This nail salon is by far the best place I’ve gone to in fishers and trust me I’ve been to all of them. It was last minute and I called in to see if they were able to do a full set and Helen the wonderful women whom did my nails said it was alright I went in unlike most places she cut my nails and my cuticles off filed down my own nails and gave me almost a mini manicure before staring my set. Also I asked her I wanted my nails short because of my guidelines and something professional she did such a great job this review is a understatement.

WONDERFUL experience. Anna did amazing on my gel manicure and she was extremely nice and professional. My nails look great.. I will be returning.

I love Kenny. He does a fantastic job. I’ve been going there for full sets and pedicures for MONTHS. They do a wonderful job and pay so much attention to detail.

Getting your nails done post pandemic is a little scary but the staff here is so friendly, the building is super clean, and they make sure their instruments are sterile for each person. They really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect for you. By far my favorite nail salon!

Love this nail salon! The staff is super friendly & funny. All the guests seem to feel comfortable & able to joke with the nail techs. On top of that, the deluxe pedicure was relaxing & used hot stones.. basically your legs turn to jelly from the massage & heat. Love it! The polish looks great as well. I’ll definitely return & recommend this place!!

I don’t want to give these guys a bad review but I’m super disappointed today. There’s a sign on the door that says they’re on family vacation until July 11th and would return July 12th. Great, I totally understood that when I happened to stop by yesterday.I came back today at 10am and they were still closed. Okay, maybe a late start since they open at 9:30am. I ran to target and came back at 11:15am and still no one.Super bummed and hopefully I’ll find another day to come back 🙄

Shop is not following COVID-19 policies. I asked the person who was waiting on me to wash her hands between clients and I was told “if you don’t feel safe here then you should leave.” It was obvious No equipment has been cleaned in preparation for people to return.

I have been to 5 star nails a few times now and every time Ive been there I have had a great experience. Recently my polish smudged quite a bit and I went in a few days later to see if they would redo the polish. Not only did they redo the polish they refiled my nails and touched them up. They also charged nothing. They were very courteous and kind.

I have gone to Five Star Nails for the past 6 years...in the past 6 months, a new owner has taken over the salon. It is fantastic! They are friendly, funny, and they have my best interest at heart when they suggest things to do for my nails and pedicures. If you havent tried this place out in the past few months, you must come check it out! The new owner is a pink & white specialist!

Last night my friends and I went to get acrylic nails, the people were doing the nails were pretty polite but both of our nails came out sloppy. They took forever to finish and the guy doing my friends nails got up and put the basketball game on and watched while doing her nails. When she asked if he could file them down a little more he told her he wasnt done and was not very polite about it. Not the worst service but not the best.

Got my first pedi here and gel nails done. The people were so sweet and caring. It was a great experience. Will be coming back soon!

Kenny, the owner is so accommodating. He is very friendly and I was impressed at how well he did my pink and whites! I would recommend this place to anyone that loves pink and white for a great price!

I went to get my nails done today and it took forever to get them done, when they were finally finished they already looked faded and the nail polish was done very sloppy and poorly and broke off the very next day. When they were finished they looked like a 12 year old had done them. Wouldn’t recommend going.

I was in town for a wedding and found this place. I get Gel nails done regularly and they always last 3 weeks minimum. At this place however they lasted 3 days before they started chipping. These people used a drill to remove my gel nail polish that I already had on. That is NOT the way to remove them. 60 bucks for french pedicure and gel french manicure. not worth it.

I have been going to Five Star Nails for several years. Kenny and Anna run a very nice business. Salon is clean and they do a great job. However, sadly, they have a new employee that has been rude to me everytime I have been in. I have been stuck with him the last 3 times - he is always rude, makes outbound phone calls while working on my nails and not paying attention, paints solution on one hand and not the other, etc. He never says thank you for the tip and I tip more than 20%. Going to a salon should be something one looks forward too but now I dread going. I hate to take my business away from Kenny and Anna (I have also referred alot of others there) but this new guy either needs to be trained better or shown the door. I will not pay hard earned money to be treated so rudely after years of loyalty.

From the moment, Kenny and Anna, the whole staff, were exceptionally polite, and empathetic to our needs. We signed in and in 2 minutes we were in chairs. We both got mani/pedis. My girlfriend and I would gladly return. We wish you and yours the best Kenny! This establish is WORTHWHILE for anyone seeking a relaxing, quality, nail treatment.

I wouldnt even rate this place 1 star. First and LAST time I go there. I went for a basic French manicure, the guy who did mine was rude from the second I sat down. He cut my ring finger and made me bleed. Then got up and ordered his pizza in the middle of doing my nails. He then wanted me to pay before I even had my service complete!! And to top it all off my French manicure turned out horrible! Its uneven and looks worse than if I would of done it myself. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. Do not EVER go here!!

My nails was trash after a week in a half

Absolute poor quality of acrylic nails. Constant nail breakage, right after getting them done. Which has NEVER been an issue until this salon.

I went to this salon for the first time and I found them to be very rude ! I was asking this lady to file down one of my tor nails that very thick and she kept telling me she did.The Man sitting ask the first desk told me to sit back and let her do her job and he repeated it several times, his tone wasnt nice and they where very busy. Ive run a business and this is not the way to talk to customers if you want repeat customers. we I went to pay I had a coupon and they told me I couldnt use it, I accepted that be cause I doubled up on services but the lady that was doing my nails told me no one ever uses coupons and she acted like it made her mad that I wanted to. When she put me under the nail dryer she slammed my purse down and no one thanked me for my business or asked me to come back. Well, I will never go back !!!!!

I went here to get a mani and pedi. For my mani I wanted 2 diff shades on Blue(ombre style). I told him 2 times what I wanted which was light blue on the bottom and royal on the tip. He then lays the light blue as a base then paints over the light blue with the royal blue. I asked him why he just did that and he goes I dont know I was about to ask you the same thing. After going back in forth for 5 minutes I told him I was not happy and this is not what I wanted and then he told me what I wanted would not look good and that he was not going to redo it. This was my first time there and I am so disappointed. I will never ever go back there.
