Absolutely amazing people to lease from. Khandice is extremely responsive to every concern and email (no matter how big or small) and is super friendly. My condo/townhouse was super clean. The maintenance man always left a tag on my door when he was on the property doing service and the couple times our paths crossed he was beyond friendly. Anytime they needed to schedule maintenance for the property they always notified us well ahead of time. Such amazing people to work with, talk to, and just be apart of…they make their property become your home.

Really nice company to rent from.

Ronnie and his team take great care of our rental property and the tenants. They have routine pest control done and visit the property quarterly to be sure the air filters are changed and the property is in tip top shape.
