My tub is leaking. I’ve been trying to reach them to get it fixed and I’ve had no luck. I bet I could reach them if I miss a rent payment though. Guess I’ll just have to contact code enforcement. I don’t know what else to do, but I do know that I won’t keep paying these insane water bills waiting on them to do their due diligence.

I have worked with many similar companies and these guys are the best. They found great tenants for me after my houses sat vacant for months.

I dealt with Don he told me I was approved for the house I applied for but I had to pay a larger deposit than normal I said ok and he told me I had 3 days to leave my deposit that was fine,then when I talked 2 him the next day he said I would hv 2 pay my deposit that day if I wanted it because he had a lot of people wanting the property. Wat happen too the days,then he told me I could get 1 of the other properties that were still being built and told me a price for those than once again he went up on the prices which were different than the amount he quoted me first . I am disgusted with this company that is unprofessional to keep telling someone something then saying something totally different .
