I lived in their property on Vineland Drive for a year. The first week I was there they had a major water damage in my bathroom. I had to leave my home for the day with no shower due to no water. They went on to have 3 water damages during this 1 year. The AC also went out 2 times both on a Friday. The electric bills were over 250 in summertime. When I moved out they charged me excessive charges for normal wear and tear. Also for their water damage to shower. Don’t use these folks, they like to take advantage of Veterans. Also I was robbed there not a good area!
