I came to this property management group, after leaving the worst rental experience Ive ever had, that was with another, large property group. The day I began to move in here, I found that a pipe for the washing machine had leaked for a couple of days, while the property was vacant, leaving standing water in multiple rooms and causing extensive damage to the home. All American had a plumber out here, within a couple of hours to address the leak. They had industrial fans and dehumidifiers set up, within 24 hours. The property owner is a new client to All American so there were multiple other issues, left from the prior tenant. Paige, Vicki, Mary and Jessica (Yadkin office) have been on the ball and have handled the maintenance/repairs with a sense of urgency. They have been patient and courteous in my dealings with them, which I greatly appreciate, especially since they were bombarded with issues, from day one of my tenancy. I know this situation is stressful for them as well. I can only hope that the rest of my tenancy with them will be as professional, timely and courteous. I hope they know just how much I appreciate their time, efforts and understanding. Im also thankful that the property owner seems to be a good owner that handles issues appropriately, in a timely manner.

There are two different offices. I recommend going to see Dominique at the Cliffdale office she is wonderful, and very helpful. I had a bad experience at the Yadkin rd office. She was very rude and I was told that I was denied because “my income could change at any time” because I’m in school and don’t have a actual job. I am a disabled veteran and a full time student with a disabled 3 year old I make well over 3 x the rent. Someone who “has a great job and good credit” was chosen over me. Very disappointed.

Purchasing a rental home so far everything is going very well we were showed several properties to choose from Wilton Keith Shooter is our agent he is doing a fantastic job answering all of our questions and facilitating everything that is requested. Mr. Shooter is very well organized and will map out which properties to show in sequence to make the process of showing properties much quicker.

It was such a pleasure having Jay as our real estate broker. He listed and sold our property for the full asking price. His customer service is impeccable. He never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. Jay also assisted us with finding great contractors. His photographer/videographer did a wonderful job; the attention to detail was amazing. The pictures were bright and crisp and looked great online. Jay guided us from the beginning of the process to the end in a courteous & respectful manner. All in all, he left no stone unturned. I had a terrific experience here. The realtor sold my father a home when I was 11 and now 18 years later helped me find the perfect home. The realtor took the time to explain the entire process to me, essentially teaching me real-estate 101 crash course. Extremely pleasant and patient, made us feel like family... You wont be disappointed.

My Mom and I both have had the greatest experience with this company! They always answer when we call, if they dont have the info that were requesting, they find it and call us straight back, theyve maintained the property very well, and theyre VERY nice!All in all, this is the best company Ive ever worked with. :) I definitely recommend them!

Would have zero stars of I could. Rented our house for 3 years. Originally was Prudential and our property manager retired with no notification from the company to us. No information on the new manager or that they were bought out until we called 6 month into the first lease. Our contract stated 2 inspections annually and had to fight with them to get it done annually. The tenants contract stated 2-3 times annually. Pictures from inspection were random and they did not show most of the damages in them. Rooms were painted a darker grey without consent, as were ceiling fan blades. Huge burn mark in 3 year old carpet from 2nd tenant, found out from neighbors after. New glass top stove had the glass literally splitting apart over 2 burners. Holes in the walls badly patched (two being large holes about the size of a sheet of paper) house was left filthy and had smokers stains all throughout (no smoking was in the contract) dogs had chewed trim and baseboards. Wax seals were worn and not replaced, should have been caught at inspections with the rings on the vynil. Huge fire pit was dug in the back yard,a against contract, with so much trash in it-broken glass bottles, aluminum cans, even christmas lights. Fence was damaged by dogs and gate was barely hanging on a hinge. Blew our ac blower motor due to not changing filters (clearly evident when we pulled the filter) and had scent packs blocking vents (packs stated on them not for vent use). Siding warped from having a grill near the house. Security system sensors were broken. Last tenant broke their lease early without any word. Just dropped the key off at lunch time. Theres so much more. House was built in 2011, rented from 2013-2016. Theres no way they did not notice damages. Several thousand dollars worth. When they got him in the office, they just let him go without a forwarding address. Then told me I could pay for a private investigator and I had to be the one to take the tenant to court. They apparently didnt use new contracts and had this guy just sign an form stating he was being added to the current lease and he would be solely responsible for all prior damages. Ive seen the forms and now I know why he agreed to sign, he planned on moving to Florida right after. They have been in this business for years and they never gave me any answers or guidance aside from telling me I had to do everything. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PROPERTY!!!

We loved working with them, our agent Ron was awesome and we love him. He was up front honest and told us how it was, no bsing at all. We just bought our first home and he made it pain free!

Mrs Paola is personable, attentive and awesome. I admired how my home loan agent Mr Bob, from Veterans United, and she had a great working relationship to better assist me and also my needs.She educated me on various aspects of home buying, communicated after business hours of pertinent information and even worked on Mothers day morning.Ive heard soo many horror stories of how buying a home takes a month of searching then 3 to 6 months to close. Hence I was at times frustrated with not finding the best one. However Mrs Paola was very assuring and patient which we found house within 2 weeks.I am BLESSED, APPRECIATIVE and FORTUNATE that my process from beginning to the closing date (22 june18) was only one month and without any problems. Thank you Mrs Paola for the assistance of my 1st home.

Front desk reception is pleasant, but that is where the level of service ends. As a property owner, weve had to do much of the work and stay on top of issues. We could not be more dissatisfied with the level of service. Updates, basic service, and annual walk-throughs are only completed if you call and insist upon it. Emails are ignored and pushed aside. Dont expect hands on customer service with this company. Even the broker seems indifferent to customer needs.

All Americans Homes Rental Management are ALL INCOMPETENT IDIOTS! From property managers to their accounting department, they expect everything from you as the tenants but do nothing for you as a property management company. We reported a gas leak at our rental property and no one even addressed the issue not even the homeowner who we dealt mostly with because All American Homes DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR US OUR ENTIRE LEASE. Stay far away from this company especially if you are military because that’s who they target the most!!!
