To day is 5/26/2015.Im in need of a home for myself,wife and four kids.There is a house in Raeford NC on S. Buckeye Dr. that is in a good location and form the outside looking in, appear to be in good shape for me and my family.On 5/19/2015 I sent a email to the property manager Mickey Phillips though the Zillow web site inquiring about the home wanting to make arrangements to see it in person. I got no reply.On 5/20/2015 I called the Re Max office and a lady said that she was transferring me to him and I got his voice mail.I left a message and waited approx 2 hrs for a call back and did not get one.I called the office back and the lady I smoke to prior said the best way to get Mr.Mickey Phillips, who was the Property manager and the only one who could show the home was by email.She gave me his email and I sent him a email and got no reply.On 5/21/2015 I had my wife to call and neither did he return her call.It has been 8 days now and not one call from this company.No email.No nothing.I fill like the tone is my voice scared him/company away from doing business with me.I fill stereotyped and that I have wasted my time and while waiting for a call back I have missed out on other houses that could have worked for my family and I.This is very unprofessional and I fill that any one who list a property with them should put there name and number beside theirs for problems like this.At this point I am seeking a higher authority to solve the matter.This is a good way to loose business.

I want to save you the hassle of working with this office. I had a Property Manager, Yolanda Dutary that performed substandard as a property manager and later as a Seller Agent. For context as a service member I move alot and have worked with probably 8 realtors over the past decade from buying, selling, and renting homes and she has been the worst. The top 3 reasons I would not use Yolanda.First, she seemed confused on who she was representing, she would frequently give advice to me that benefited the tenant and not me, for example she would dissuade me from doing leases in lieu of month to month agreements.Second, she is rude on the phone. When I probed for more information she would speak defensively and I would eventually only communicate with her via text. With texting she was slow to respond and rarely offered any updates or info without being prompted.Lastly, when selling my home she rarely updated us on key dates unless I asked. I found out about the closing date from the attorney and the day of closing she completely stopped communicating with me. She never even called, texted, or emailed us to tell us when the home sold. Again I had to call the attorneys office for updates. I would NEVER use her for anything.I called the office to make a complaint and they couldnt even be bothered to return the call.
