I enjoyed the message chair very much. The older gentleman who worked on my feet was very thorough. The only thing is that he painted my big toenails to thick. A few hours later I went to put on some shoes and the polish completely messed. I had to find a different color to paint them. I didnt care though. Today is my birthday and I just wanted everything to go smoothly.

I paid $50 to have my nails done on Saturday, August 28th. Today’s date is Thursday, September 2nd, and 8 out of 10 nails are lifting.They are very thick on the cuticle line, lots of air bubbles in the clear gloss because it was applied EXTREMELY thick, and the tips are detecting from my real finger nail tip, and when she put the tips on she glued my finger tip skin the the bottom of the tip. The older lady who did mine was not personable at all, and actually quite rough during the whole experience. She cut my finger on the cuticle line with her drill and didn’t say anything when it was clearly bleeding.Save your time, and grief and go to a true nail salon. This is not worth it.

Went to this place with my grandma to get her nails done for her birthday and decided to get my nails done too. I thought that because its inside a mall that it would be cheaper ..we were sat down and I was taken to get my nails done while she waited, I told the man doing my nails that I had a medical condition called hyperhidrosis which makes excessive sweating or wetness in the hands.. upon me telling him this he kept making jokes the entire time he was doing my nails about it and even proceeded to joke and asked me if I had a boyfriend and that if we shook hands I would have to wipe my hands constantly after. he kept making jokes and talking about my hand condition he would talk to the nail tech that was next to him in his own language which makes me believe he was talking about me.. first thing that I noticed was that she was on her phone while doing a customers nails. I told him I wanted white acrylic and he began to put them on.. I asked him if he could cut them shorter because I feel like it was extremely long and I’ve never had nails that were that length he explained to me that young girls like the long length and to keep it long. I kept explaining to him that I wanted it shorter because I didn’t like the long look he said that he can’t do anything about it and proceeded to the nail process. After this, this is when I started becoming irritated because he was still talking about my hands constantly.. Initially I was told it’d be around 30$ to get the acrylic set. finally after I was put under the UV lamp and have my nails painted, I went to go pay and was told that it was $50. I have never paid $50 especially for a service like this the nails are not smooth.. looks a hot mess and the customer service is trash. Ended up cutting them shorter when I got home. Definitely won’t be returning to this place wish I read the reviews before I got my nails done and not after.

I dont ever suggest going to the mall unless you dont care about the quality of your service. Pedicures are the only service I would say is okay here. Too many times Ive had issues with getting acrylic nails. Convenience is really the only thing you get here. Its perfect for when you are out shopping and decide to get a last minute pampering. Just dont recommend to those who are very particular with their pampering

I just got home to from getting my nails done. Went to pull my pants down to use the bathroom and the nail on my thumb bent and broke off 🤬🤬🤬. It’s so ugly. Then I tried to call and no one answered. It’s so not worth it.

The first time I went they were great . I decided to visit again today and the guy I dealt with was just plain nasty. First of all I had to wait for him to come back from the food court, once he came back he was being extremely short, like I was bothering him by getting my nails done . I ended up walking out and finding a WAY BETTER PLACE ! This shop was bigger, better and cleaner ! Got my nails done exactly how I wanted ! So happy I had a bad experience I would have never found my new shop !

I got my eyelashes done. She caked on the glue as someone said and my eye got stuck and she had to tear it apart with no remover or anything to separate and was more worried about the eyelashes or getting done . When I got home the corners of my eyelashes kept stabbing me, and now I have a bloody eye I took them off myself the same day, because it hurt so bad and no where was open, because of how much glue I lost a lot of my eyelashes. I did the banana peel method as an attempt for a gentle process. I never tugged on then I actual avoided that even after the session because I was worried I would mess it up, and I was hoping it would get better and tried to give the benefit of the doubt and this is my first lash experience and honestly will be my last I didnt wanna hurt anyones feels but I have a injury now and wouldnt recommend here I looked at old reviews and from what I can see the same lady did this a year ago so experience isnt a reason idk about nails, but they seem to really enjoy that but anything where someone has said they have been injured I would listen

Ihad a fill in and my daughter got a full set only 5 days ago here. First problem was it cost me $50 for her simple nails and $40 for my fill in, then they weren’t how we wanted them and he even change the shape of mine without asking me. They were lumpy and not polished good. Now only 5 days later they’re cracking and popping off. I do not recommend this place and We will not be going back! A total waist of $90

Me and My cousin came in on 6/22/21 to get her a Fill in and pedicure and I also got a pedicure and got a full set nail. My nails did not come out as the picture that was shown it was really simple. Before staring my nails I looked down at my toes and the paint had already started peeling off. Her nails were all different sizes. The guy had a problem with fixing my toes and I also had to get someone else to redo all my nailsALSO BEFORE PAYING WE ASKED HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING BE FOR BOTH OF US AND HE SAID 195 I HAVE NEVER BEEN ANYONE AND PAIED THAT MUCH. JUST FOR MY 40 DOLLAR PEDI AND MY FULL SET WAS 105 AND FOR HER FILL IN AND PEDI WAS 90. WE WERE NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

I think the nail salon was ok. my nails turned out good. BUT,the service was not all there. i asked for a lighter color pink and the woman told me it was too light and made be get a pink i didn’t want. they also seemed very rushed and she stopped at least five times to help other customers while she was in the middle of doing my nails.

Yesterday I went to this nail shop and got the guy with the blonde hair. He was a little polite, but my nails are terrible. He made me bleed (alot) and he put the acrylic over my entire cuticles to the point where they are on my actual skin. He did not care for my fingernails at all and Im convinced hes either a new employee or just cant do nails. I showed him my reference picture multiple times and still got the complete opposite of what I wanted. Im very disappointed in this service and dont see myself coming here again.

This place is awful. Me and my sister went here to get our nails done before Christmas holiday. I got a simple manicure and the lady that did my nails was very rude yanking my hand and huffing while she was doing my nails. At one point she even started face timing and put the camera on me while she was talking. Plus my nails did not make it past 2 days before they started chipping. My sister had two women doing her nails while removing an old nail one of the ladies messed up her nail bed. I would not recommend this place to anyone! The women here are not very friendly!

I got my first pedicure 2 days ago the atmosphere was nice. But the lady was kind of rough on my feet and now I have a blister by my toe and im a type 1 diabetic i wanted nice smooth feet not for them to be burning when i take a shower

Went to go get acrylics done and let’s just say they were not even close to good. The acrylic didn’t even fill my whole nail, the gel paint was messed up not even 5 minutes after leaving. The section I was sitting at was so NASTY & you would think with a pandemic going on it would be very clean but it was not. The man who did my nails didn’t wash his hands before doing my nails. he didn’t cut my nails before putting on the fake ones and also did not cut my cuticles.. -5/10 I do not recommend and will not even come to this establishment again.

My wife is Handicap went to use regular paint with clear gloss with gel so it can last long, like she did in the past and lasted months, very happy with those results. she was told today, that this was her fault, because for mixing regular with gel causes the paint to wrinkle, the person she use did not speak English and rely with others in the shop to communicate and maybe was new, did rough massage was not a good experience. After she was at the register a guy who works there, told her to please stay that they would fix these nails 3 hours later she got a regular job that will last weeks with no “GEL” 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Update: I dont know exactly what she did to my toes, but she ripped my toenail edges out of the skin and three days later I was in the emergency room at 4am with a severely infected toe and pain all the way up to my knee. They had to do a procedure and open my toe to relieve the pressure. Two weeks later all the skin around my nail died and fell off and I almost lost my nail. Im glad I have Tricare or else I would have paid $300+ for this pedicure.I had a great time here tonight. The woman who did my nails was funny and friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. Id say the salon is slightly on the expensive side but I think its worth it for the service you get. They also have some sort of reward system you can sign up for.

DO NOT GO HERE. I left with multiple fingers bleeding and quite a few messed up nails. My hands were hurting so bad I couldn’t argue with the woman when I had to pay. I called back for a refund and they refused. The woman did nit have a manager to put on the phone and she hung up on me. This place was also unclean and unable to handle the problem in a professional way. If I was able to give a place zero stars I definitely would.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever received Nina did my nails and she was very rude after I told her I didn’t like my nails and asked for a refund and she would not give it I showed her that she didn’t even make my nails the same length let alone some being wider than others. I went in there to get a full set of acrylics and it was $50 and yeah they were pretty and all but they were coming off a WEEK LATER.Plus i was there for 2 hours cause the lady doing my nails was going to another client.

Cleanliness was lacking severely at this nail salon. The salon employees were rude and demanding at times. Water was very cold and my pedicure was very uncomfortable. I didn’t have a relaxing time and probably won’t be coming back.

I was with my sister which started hers before me. The guy failed to get my pedicurist tube filled at the same time so I was late getting started. Then the pedicurist finished my pedi way before my sister. I decided to get my nails painted for $7. The lady was nice enough to shape them up, and use top and bottom coat in the deal which seem reasonable but a little pricey. She failed get the sides of my some of nails. I guess because its dark in their she overlooked it... While my nails were getting painted my sister was still enjoying her pedicure...REALLY? we both had the same special but she didnt get her fingernails painted.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I was in town from Ohio for a visit on February 4 2017, decided while at the mall to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment for a basic pedi and basic mani, after picking out the color I was directed to a foot bath chair, the technician handed me a card with all the pedicure package options, I said just the basic please, she continued that I needed to get the callous remover package, I replied, no thanks just the basic, she started to push back my cuticles really forcefully which had me almost coming out of the chair, she looked up and said oh, Im sorry - you really need the higher package it will get rid of these *pointing to my heel*, I responded, fine. She continued the pedicure slightly more gently, when she got to the cuticle trimming she ripped off too much and my toe started bleeding, Im sorry Im sorry she said, continuing on.... We then got to the callous removal part (the cheese grater across the foot - for better words), she starts rubbing and then all the sudden forcefully goes across the arch of my left foot, I stated OW! and pulled back, she got up to get the paraffin. At that moment I took a look at the bottom of my foot, 2 holes starting to bleed. She returns, oh, no, that was like that, that was there I replied, No, it was not, I wouldnt have pulled back and thought to examine my foot from severe pain if it were there already. At that point she painted my nails, I let them dry, and left without tipping. I suggest anyone to find a different place to get their nails done. Not worth the price, pain, or the attitude.

Love this place. Ive been going consistently for over a year and only had one experience with a poor technician. Clean space, professional service, and great techs. Prices super reasonable. Theyre busy during the times you would expect (weeknight evenings, weekends) but they always get you in and the wait is never too bad.

There was acrylic under the nails & on my skin, all the nails on my left hand were leaning to the right, the nails on my right hand were longer than the nails on the left hand, you could see & feel the lumpy streaks from the gel polish & the nails weren’t filed evenly & smoothly.

I have been going to Lee Nail Spa Fayetteville for over two years. Even though I have moved out of the area I still come here. It is by far and away the best nail salon in Fayetteville. Everyone is extremely professional and no matter who works on my nails its always perfect. The place is also incredibly relaxing and cheerful. And while there is definitely an awesome girl power vibe, its a welcoming place for everyone. I couldnt recommend a better nail salon in the area.

My wife really dislikes this place. Not the cleanest place and the customer service we would rate a zero. Has a funny smell in it too. The nail techs in there charge for every little thing..seems like there is no set price. She has been to much better nail salons who definitely charge less and do a much better job! I am sure the only reason this place is still open is because the location. They are in the cross creek mall and its convenient to stop in while shopping at the mall. Other than that this place is horrible. We have given this place more than one chance. I would give this no stars if I could.

The staff is very professional and they focus on taking care of you. Not like some place that will sit there talking to each other. Or answering the phones or getting up to help other people. Friendly, relaxing, and professional are just the start of words to describe this place. They did a great job on my nails. I love it.

Simply perfect. Not only is the space gorgeous, the staff friendly and welcoming, but everything is super clean. The color selection is amazing, and the sugar scrub left my hands feeling sublime. Im in love, the only disappointment being that my own lack of funds means I cant visit as often as Id like.

Normally I give places the benefit of the doubt but I gotta say something. So I wanted my gel nails soaked off. So I call wanting to know if there was a wait on a Monday afternoon, she said they would see me as soon as I got there. They kept their word on that. But what happened was unacceptable. The nail tech was nice, she greeted me and sat me down. So I thought I was getting my nails SOAKED off. NO. This girl CUT THE FAKE NAILS with CLIPPERS, then took another FAKE NAIL out of her box and began to peel off my gel nails off of my real nails! It hurt like hell and she cracked my real pinky nail in the middle if the bed! Ive never gotten my nails taken off... but Im pretty sure that that is not how youre supposed to go about it.

I loved the facilities! Clean, friendly and in a great location. The owners were amazing, very nice and helpful and treated us like special guests. Everyone was very satisfied with what they got in our group!! Will definitely go back if Im in the area again!!

Let’s start off with the fact that their prices are unnecessarily high, especially with the fact that their service is less than satisfactory. The nail tech that was doing my nails left me perplexed on what I should have done. She was handling my hands roughly, yanking me forward, and for who knows what reason, asked me to pay her before she was ANYWHERE near done with my nails ($40 FOR A POOR FULL SET). Also, the facility could have definitely been cleaner. LASTLY, my results of nails are extremely poor. My acrylic is uneven on my thumb (right hand) and the paint on my nails are chipping. It hasn’t even been 3 days yet. Just poor service as a whole. I wouldn’t recommend for anybody who cares about their hard earned money.

Service was quick...but the quality didnt match. Although Im used to paying $35 for a refill with gel polish...Im also used to the gel actually staying on my nails until I get them filled again. I got them done Sun.... It started chipping that same night!😵 I went to those guys for convenience...I dont normally go here. My regular nail tech is going to laugh at me...cause now I have to go to him to get them REPAINTED...🤦🏾‍♀️ I dont like wasting my money.

They did an awful job on my nails, got a simple manicure for $16 and they did not even remove the glue from my nails from the full set I had before, also the pedicure results are something I could have done at home. Dosent help that they pretend to be unable to understand English as well as did not even clip my nails like I asked twice. This was the worst waste of money Ive ever experienced

Overpriced for less than mediocre work. Spend $93 and in 4 days nailbreaks in the middle of finger nail. Nails was done on Friday/Saturday and come Tuesday the nail breaks in the middle of finger nail...like come on...seriously??? The place is nice but the work provided is a joke. Would give half a star if possible.

I asked for my nails to be soaked off to avoid damaging my nails. I asked numerous times and the lady kept shaking her head yes, as if she understood. She then popes my nail off, making my nail thinner and not smooth. I expressed that I was upset because of this and was asked to sit with someone else. I asked the next technician for a coffin shape on my nails. He kept telling me square shape is better. Then he said he would do the shape I asked for but if I didnt like it it was not his fault. I told him to stop and that I would go to another shop and asked how much I owe for the services I had been provided. He told me Nothing, just go

I went there because I was at the mall and though it would look better than it did. Trust the reviews, pick a different nail salon.Definitely wasn’t the cleanest, but wasn’t grody either. They are rude and unprofessional. I got me and my two daughters nails done. When we were done they charged me an extra $20 on top of what they originally told me. They really offended me because they acted like I never get my nails done and I dont know prices. I am from Tampa and have been getting my nails done for years. They claim they are from Tampa as well and that the prices are the same. Anyways That was on a Thursday and by Thursday night my daughters toenail polish came off two toes. By Saturday morning I was looking at my nails and realized my shellac polish chipped off my nail. I dont ever want to go back. Im used to better service and nicer people and a Cleaner facility. Please dont ever go there!!!

Took my sister for her birthday since she wanted to do shopping there at the mall. The lady told her that her fingers was fat (she is 12 by the way), she also made two of her cuticles bleed (she offered 2 free designs because of it), & before she started painting her nails she said pay me in a rude way. I let my daughter get her nails & toes painted (all this was Saturday), today is Sunday & the polish is gone off majority of her nails & toes. I told the dude at the front that the lady had poor customer service skills & he said yes she does so they know & dont care. We will never go back.

I just moved to Fayetteville and was in Cross Creek Mall for a new go-to nail salon. Technician did a great job, and even fixed my toes after I smudged them walking with the toe separator, ops. My manicure lasted 3 weeks and basically grew out before it started to peel or chip. Prices are good/competitive. Treat yoself!

I was charged $45 for a full set of acrylic nails with regular polish not gel and two of the nails with a design. By the end of the week I had three nails out of the ten pop off and when I tried to talk to them about it they blamed me for them falling off tried to charge me $5 a nail that popped off. Mind you I still had the nail that popped off as proof.Two days later I went to regal nails in Walmart where I found out that they done worse of a job than I originally thought. The nail tech took the polish off my nails and her exact words were THESE ARE HORRIBLE WHERE WERE THEY DONE? As I told her she shook her head in disbelief she began to file them down. The lady who originally done my nails at the mall seat #3 left them way too thick, lumpy and did not apply enough glue. Well at regal nails out of the full set from the mall 9 of my nails had to be cut in half horizontally repaired and refilled and told me if they fall off now there wont be a chance to repair I will have to get a full new set.So I waited a couple days called in and asked how much for a full set with regular polish they told me $25. totally a rip off place unless you have the money to blow do not come here prices are inconsistent and work is not of good quality

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS!!!Woman would not listen to any of my instructions as to how I would like my lashes done, then proceeded to pack my lashes down with thick black glue...They ended up being to long so I asked the woman to trim them down, all she replied to me was no, no, no,no time after time eventually she went to the manager as they proceeded to make sly comments about me to each other. I’m still trying to get these horribly done thick lashes off of my eyes because the glue is so caked on. I paid 35$ for work I was not satisfied with.

I paid $45 for a gel fill-in. When I usually pay $30-$35. They charge $15 just for the gel polish. The tech filed my nails down so thin that in a WEEK my nails are chipping and bending, my nails are even breaking. Ive been getting gel for years and NEVER had this issue!!! This was my first and LAST time coming to this place. I will be asking for a refund and going somewhere else and get my nails re-done. I dont want them touching my nails ever again in life.

My daughter went here and waited a really long time. She went to get a full set but still had nails on that needed to be taken off. Instead of soaking her nails they just used a fake nail to pull them off which was painful. Then he kept cutting her fingers while he was doing her nails. At the end of all this wait, discomfort and pain he charged $60 dollars! For that kind of money you really need to know what you are doing. But these places really take advantage of their location in the mall and young people.

Went in on a Friday evening, seen in 10 minutes. Another salon had really messed my nails up bad and this man said dont worry, i can fix this for you. I actually almost cried because i didnt think they could be fixed. He was SO NICE! Offered my daughter and myself a drink which was a nice touch. I was getting a fill in, my adult daughter a manicure with gel polish. The guy was very slow...very slow...but he was careful and doing great on my messed up nails!! But finished all but two and a lady takes over. She was faster but VERY GOOD!! Turns out, he knew he was slow and he didnt want me to be there forever. She had to go do eye brows so he switched with her again. Then when she finished, they switched again. I was there over an hour but together they did an amazing job!! My daughter on the other hand....she got a spa manicure for $16. They soaked get fingers for a couple of minutes, trimmed her cuticles, filed her nails and then did a gel polish. When she paid it was $35....the same as my fill in with gel polish. I asked...what happened to the $16? They said its because she got gel polish. So she paid $19 for GEL POLISH???? wow! Thats not right. I thought maybe $5 but $19 more with no more than they did...that was a rip off. She was furious! He also was rushing and touched her nail when it was still wet and made a mark and quickly blamed her fire touching the light. She said no, YOU touched it So you fix it. So my experience was a good one...my nails look better than they have looked in a long time but my daughters...Not so much. In any salon Ive been too, they do not like to admit their mistakes thats for sure! Ill probably go back, but If i cant see one of the two i had the first time, i probably wont stay.

Loved my acrylic nails. Immediately sat and taken care of. My mom enjoyed her lady who did her pedicure, and even had some wine.

Good place to go to.

My nails looked horrible, the guy who did my nails was very nice tho, the nails however Stayed on for weeks!! I dont know what kind of acrylic they use but it left deep indents in every one of my nail beds. So if you get your nails done here, make sure you plan on keeping them for life. My nails looked really bad tho, take heed to the warnings on here

Should not waste your money or time at this place. The customer service and the way they did me and my daughters nails was horrible. I will never return to this establishment and wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy.

Not happy with my first time experience! I went 2 days ago to get a fill and was talked into gel nail polish because i was told it would be 5$ to remove my gel polish from my currentl gel polished nails. 2 days later and my nail polish is already chipping! While getting mine done i was told by a lady sitting next to me that she was there getting hers repainted as hers started chipping 2-3 days after having hers done here. I live 30 minutes away and dont see myself going back there to even have them fixed.

Pros: No wait time!Location in the mall!Cons: No soaking soap applied to your water. Just luke warm water!Inconsistent methods in completing my pedicure. One foot gets a massage; one leg gets abundant amount of sugar scrub; alcohol runs out instead of refilling the bottle an oh well look is given.Requested the classic pedicure, which is the lowest of the service does not mean provide me low level effort! Pedicure was not up to the standards of the price point!Language is understood until you request a method to be redone or you have a complaint.I would not suggest this salon to anyone who values where they spend their hard earned money!! It bothers me that people who provide look good, feel good services can display such ugly behaviors toward the ppl who keep them in business.

Don’t trust them! Be up front with what you want! Don’t take the wheel of colors if you want to pay for acrylic, they won’t tell you until the end that it’s gel, and no matter what you ask for it will always be $40 or more! Con-artist !

Not sure why, but each time I come to this nail place (I’ve been 3 times and get the same thing), the price always changes. It’s like they make up their own price, lol. The work is okay, nothing special but it’s convenient as it’s right here in the mall. Won’t be back though.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE NAIL PLACES. All you have to do is say you can not do this shape or design and leave it at that..don’t have ppl sit there and waste their time. Ladies or men don’t even stop idc if it’s the last place open!

Came here regularly for pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Went today and the lady doing my eyebrows, waxed off part of my left eyebrow. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging what she did, she sat there and argued with us. She literally started to blame us and waving her hand in our faces. Before leaving she said “I don’t care, keep your $10, it won’t make me rich”. Mind you we had done a pedicure and multiple waxings in this one visit. We had to speak to the manager just so we wouldn’t get charged for the botched eyebrow job. We will not be back anymore. I’d rather travel and spend more money for better quality.

My daughter went to this salon for her prom. We were told one price then at the end we were charged something else. Her nails are starting to come off. We asked for a design to match her dress. The technician was rude didnt understand and the man at the counter was rude. When questioning about the price and the services the correct answer was not given. Will not be returning to this salon.

DO NOT GO HERE! WORSE nail spa experience ever. At first glance the location looks nice and professional but boy was I fooled. I asked one of the employees how long the wait would be for a pedicure. She said they could take me right that second. I was seated and that was it. A young lady ran the water for my foot bath and walked away. That was it. I sat there for 15 MINUTES & NOBODY came to check on me. A couple employees finished with their guest and I still sat there patiently and waited. Finally I asked an employee walking pass for a towel to dry my feet so that I could leave. She apologized over and over but did not say anything about finding someone to start my pedicure. I felt like even though I was getting up to leave they should have tried to get someone to start my pedicure. I say that because there were more then 2 employees free. I will NEVER go here again. I should have read the reviews before I went here. All the reviews are poor I mean every single one.

I got cut and burned at this place! The wax was way too hot and my skin was cut when my cutical was being trimmed.

Nope! First time I went here was 2 yrs ago. It was horrible then and horrible now. We went 2 weeks ago. However this time they cut my daughters skin with the nail grinder 4!!!!!!! Times. 4! Seriously WTH! We both had the same pedicure package side by side and did not recieve the same treatments on on feet. My person also didnt even do both feet the same. He also was laughing with the lady taking care of my daughters pedicure after pointing at our feet. I was not getting my nails done but he kept trying to get me to have them done. I will never ever go to this place again.
