I am writing this review to let other plus size Queen know that this place is not for you to get a pedicure. She told that I was to big for the chair. I should have left then. My nails do not look great but not terrible. I should have kept reading the other reviews.

Took my grandmother she enjoy the atmosphere and the employees are very professional

I wanted a polish change for my fingers. The gel polish was thin and smudged all over my cuticle. Not worth the price and the ambiance was weird.

I got my nails done not even a week ago and they are already chipping I paid 15$ for gel and 25$ for a fill in when it says 15$ on their menu. Xpo Nails gave me a fill in and a design annnnndddd gel for 35$ but they are appt only. Definitely will be waiting for an appt next time.

Helen is the best. She was very friendly and did a great job on my nails. I will continue to use her services.

Do not recommend if you put a high value on your time.On my first visit, I had called a couple days in advance to make an appointment. When I arrived, it was clear I didn’t really have an appointment. Two people were working and both had just started providing services to other customers. I sat waiting for 20-30 minutes. I wasn’t in a hurry, so it wasn’t the end of the world. The services were find for the money.I attempted to visit a second time. The day before, I called to confirm they opened at 10 am. I arrived a little before 10 am. The door was locked at 10 am. I stood outside in plain site so if anyone was inside they would be able to see me waiting until 10:10 am before giving up and going to another business.Will not waste my time waiting around for this place again.

Definitely socially distancing. I was immediately waited on!!! I felt safe!

Charged us $50 for a gel that wasnt even good and they cut my skin and charged my other friend $30 for not even putting any nail polish on. Not worth the money or time.

So nice and worth the price! She always does such a wonderful job and she’s so nice. This is definitely my nail place from now on

I had my nails done by Helen and she did an excellent job! I got a full gel set, coffin shape with a matte top coat. My nails look absolutely amazing and I’m so happy with how they look!!

Fast service but they take short cuts on your nails. I discovered that they didnt remove the gel fully from my toenails only because I went somewhere else & they removed it from my toes. Also the head tech is a little snappy for my taste. If I ask for a cut down I just want that not a why or they are not long etc. They are my nails & Im paying so just do whats asked.

Really nice place; clean and neat. I went in on a Monday so it was like totally dead so if you wanna go in when its the slowest, go on a Monday. Got my nails done; really nice job, didnt care much for the design that was done but yeah. Full maincure and fake nail removal was only $27 so pretty cheap. I rec 10/10

The way it is online, is the way it is inside. My best friend and I were new customers getting pedis early Sat. Morning. Price and service is worth your time— friendly as well; politely greeted at the door and all clean all around. Thank you we’ll be back again!

They best eyebrows and eyelash place in town hands down

This used to be a nice place with fairly decent service, now it is terrible. There is nothing but total disrespect for the customers, as well insanely high pricing. Long time customer who will not be returning. We dont pay for abuse!

I went to this place bc my friend recommended. I paid 60 dollars for a fill in. The only thing I got was a basic orange color. The lady owner was very rude, and she told me she couldnt shape my nails bc she didnt do the set originally.

Great service very friendly her and her husband work hard and do good quality work you can tell they care about there customers. the only shop in Fayetteville I get my nails done at.

I called to book an appointment there. But the couple ( owners) was very upset with that. The lady was keep saying that why I called instead of walk in. Weird. They made me feel very bad. Will not go there again.

I wanted to live this place so much because it came highly recommended but the lady was so rude from the time we walked in. We ignored it. At the end she tried to charge us $10 more and when I asked why she said I don’t know. So I said ok wait I’m confused I need to know why and then she got an attitude and raised her voice and got really rude if the two elderly women were not there and my kids I would have completely flipped on her. But....god saved both of us

I used to love coming to this place until yesterday! The woman owner is very rude. She has a very smart mouth. A simple conversation turned left and she was very rude. I Dont recommend This place to no one!

The service is great and the staff is friendly. My daughter and I have been going here for years. Today is the day we ran into a discrepancy. With the services we get every 2 weeks before my daughter moved our mani pedi,eyebrow and chin wax we paid 110.00. My daughter was in town today and we decided to go and get our normal. Imagine our surprise when we were charged a 143.00 for our normal services. We werent happy consumers today.

Very friendly and clean environment. I wanted the 3D flower and she did the 3D flower design for me. Beautiful!

The prices were reasonable, and my nails look great. The only thing that I didnt like was the attitude of the nail tech. He wasnt very personable, but he did a good job. Its very unfortunate.

Service was fine however the gel mani has already started to peel off and the polish from the pedicure is also coming off because not all my cuticle was removed .$50 and two days later nothing to show.

They are horrible! I wanted my nails in the coffin shape, and the man did them more like the stiletto shape and I was charged 35$! The lady that works there is VERY rude as well. I asked her how much was it to get my eyebrows done. She said, 8$ come back because you need yours done! & They rushed me to leave out of the store! I will never be going back!

I love love love this place...Staff is amazing, nails are done perfectly everytime..I have tried other shops due to relication but nothing compares the the quality of service that i receive here. So no matter how far the drive TEK NAILS is the BEST

Do not go to this place my daughter got regular paint on toes and hand one design 25$ really they had to think of a price. I had to give them a one star.

Staff is very friendly but polish doesn’t last long. I was very disappointed that I paid 70.00 and within a week my toenails were already messed up.

My eyebrows are always on point as long as I use Tek Nails! The girl at Ruby Nails messed my eyebrows up! Should have never gone there.

Don’t go here for eyebrows

I like this place but they apply too much acrylic on the nails for me.
