Would not recommend. Was charged 45$ for a full acrylic set cause I requested coffin shape. The lady wouldnt let me go any shorter. She always wouldnt let me look at my nails after she showed me the first file she did and I told her the shape was off. She said she would correct it and never did she also trier to say my finger is crooked.

Let me just say this is not my usual pla⁸ce, but they were convenient and open later than most salons. All I needed was a full set. Originally came in for a fill In, but was told Id have to start over, which I had a good feeling. No big deal there. First off all they had was pink and white options for ombre, Second the man who did my nails could not even it out to save his life and then tried to convince me that I asked for this. I asked for coffin shape. They were all really nice, and the man tried.. I guess.. but not worth the $50 in the end. 😔

I wish I could give a zero!! My mother took my daughter to get her nails painted and the male nail technician was extremely rude and mean to my daughter. She came home in tears. And the owner tried to justify his behavior by saying my daughter moved her hand. I dont care if she move 10 times, she is a paying customer and deserves to be treated appropriately.

This was my first time going because I needed a last minute pedicure & Medicare. They had good service but nails look horrible. I’ve never been to a place where my nails looked this bad. The man was horrible at math because I was suppose to be spending $70 because 35+35= 70 but he said $65 & told me 65 because both was $35. I didn’t say anything cause it wasn’t worth it but I’m never going there again and if you want my honest opinion I wouldn’t want anyone else going there.

Terrible experience! Bad service, they do really fat acrylics. They make up prices as they go, and when asked about it have absolutely no explanation! I really should’ve listen to the reviews!

Gel polish. Freeking terrible. Pictures say more than I need too.

Got gel fill in Sunday and one nail broke within 2 hours. Three others are chipping and one overlay is separating from my nail because the nail tech filed overlay too thin. I got a clear gel coat and the coating is lumpy. My pedicure started horribly because water was scalding and when I told the same technician she turned cold water on and my feet soaked in cold water. She also rinsed the scrub off my legs with cold water. She was also rough with my nails and feet when clipping my cuticles. Worst experience ever and the first time I’ve reviewed. Usually I just settle but this was horrible.

Ive never had a bad experience at this nail shop. Ive used them for years! Ms. Helen (the owner) is very attentive and will address any concerns you have. The shop is extremely clean, well organized and sanitary. I dont have acrylic nails but have had both pedicures and manicures there for a very long time without incident and always very happy with the finished product. Happy to give them 5 stars!

I normally go here just for a pedicure. But my nail tech got sick and couldn’t do my nails. So I came here for a fill in. Shortly after I left my gel nail polish started to peel

I took my wife to get her nails done and they did a great job, also very nice and helpful and friendly staff, helping out with her and her walker really nice place to get your nails done they dont have a lot of wait time they get you in an out while doing a great job thanks for making my wife happy 😀.

Great experience! We showed up at 8:35pm and their sign said 8pm, but they still let us go in and did all three of us for pedicures. Even though it was late, it wasn’t rushed and they were very nice. Definitely will go back!

I came in and specifically asked did they carry clear ACRYLIC, I was told yes. I only wanted a clear full set no polish, the man that did my nails was very rough and cut me multiple times, one time very deep on my pinky. By the end of the service I asked how much and was told $45 for a short full acrylic set with no polish. Then I was told that it was that price because it was gel powder (not a real thing), which I know is not true. So as soon as I said I asked for acrylic the price moved to $40. At this point I was just frustrated and ready to go so I paid it. Never again. That place was empty on a Saturday for a REASON.

Helen told me I can come in today when I called Monday and my nails broke Sunday and I got my nails done Saturday and she wouldn’t do my nails at all.

I went in to get a set of gel acrylics and the guy was very rude. He cut my cuticles multiple times and he was rushing. The quality was horrible and after 4 days, one of my nails broke from switching over laundry. This morning, another nail broke while I was doing the dishes. The quality sucks and they’re not professional at all.

One lady tore my skin as she was filing the nail and then goes “oh your skin is so thin!” but in reality they were just being really rough with me. Overall, my nails look pretty but there are some spots on the side where there is no polish. Could’ve been a lot better!

If you are looking to get your fingers cut up and lumpy Nails this is the right place but if you are not I advise you to not waste your money nor time going here.Theres only one Tech who actually does her job right and the other two just run through doing your nails and cut you and dont even care if your finger is bleeding. they have very poor customer service.

I jus went to this place 5 days ago to get my nails done they are long. They charged me 35$ for a full I got the painted white gel polish. The man who did my nails did an horrible job I had clumps of polids dried on my nail. Today I go in because my nails were lifting and one broke I called before I came they said they will fix so Im thinking for free you Kno since I jus went in 5 days ago. They fixed nail then tried to charge me I told them no they became aggressive rude and called me broke I should really sue them but I will jus no longer give them my money they are horrible and disrespectful. I will never go back and I rate them a 1 star

Tommy always cut my cuticles with the drill. I always left feeling tortured. Tina does a great pedicure. Nikki is super rude and demanding her nail opinions. Helen was good at first then she started to not care...i.e. kept painting over a piece of cotton on my nails, kept painting 5 coats making the nails difficult to dry even when I ask her to stop. Charged my friend less for the exact same services because she liked her better than me. This happened for months as if we wouldnt compare costs???? So, she charged me what she wanted to; my last visit she tried to charge me $20 for a gel polish change only? I could get a full set for $15 more...I told her she would never get our hard earned money ever again. Beware.....if you want a great pedicure only....ask for Tina!Super Nasty too.

Paid for girl to get her toes done, she showed them a picture and the lady just painted all her toenails the same color even stated that her way was better. We suppose to get what we pay for. She told them she didnt like it but it was just offered for them to take it off After charging her. No offer of changing it. Rip off

I went to get a spa pedi and mani with dip polish. They were nice but they use the cheese grater to scrub the dead skin off your feet and it doesn’t look like they sanitize anything. I had to choose my color from the actual powder jars instead of the usual sample colors on the key ring nails. My color ended up a burnt orange instead is the light pink I wanted. Worse part is I paid all that money and the dip came off of two nails 8 days later! I pay the extra money for dip so it will last longer, usually 2.5 weeks but this time it barely made it a week.

I went to do my eyelashes yesterday 07/10 and woke up the next day with half my lashes gone when the woman said they last two or three weeks. That to make sure I dont wet them which i did not! Called back to see if they can do something for me and the woman hung up on me twice! They said i can do my lashes again but i can not because my lids are swollen. I explained that over and over and than they tried to accuse me of going to a party! Said i should have come back same day but they came off next morning! I asked to speak to the manager and they kept telling me no! $25 down the drain!! I am so upset this is the kind of service i get after spending money there! If i could give 0 stars I would!

Ms Helen did my pedicure and she was great... but when it came down to my nails the guy did a horrible job!!! Paint wasn’t smooth, nails not filed properly and were uneven. Lady bout ripped my skin off for my eyebrow wax and did a mediocre job. Tried them because they were close to my house but Smh... first and last time coming for my nails/eyebrows.... wouldn’t mind returning for a pedi though. Ms Helen also fixed my nails for me and made sure I was satisfied before I left!!

Never go the lady was killing my had. I will never go back. I went because it was closer to my house. I was just trying them out never again

I started going here back in 2016, lets just say I gave them more chances than needed. I am a diabetic so I was always hesitant to get pedicures, and now I am highly upset. Dealing with them has caused decay in my toenails and now I am paying a podiatrist to fix the issue of their unsanitary environment. They do not clean their foot tubs instead they just rinse them out and assure you that they cleaned them

All I have to say is new clients become regulars.The fact that they did not have hot water in the building and they went out their way to make sure certain clients had warmed up water pisses me off! Lol so that’s a pedicure with cold water. I didn’t get to enjoy my pedicure I felt once a regular came in it was rushed.

This place is horrible! No stars if i could! I went in to get waxed and a pedicure.The lady started mt pedicure but in the middle of it she left me and did 2 other people waxing ! Then when she fimally finished, she had me sit in an uncomfortable office chair to wax me.The wax was extremely hot and she went over ut 4 times!! On the 2nd time I turned my head to see what was coming off because i told her it was hot and my lip was feeling sore and she told me not to move my head! Needless to say i paid her and left with the intentions of never going back, but the next morning when i got up i had small blister looking bumps on my face where she waxed me!! I decided to go back for an apology and to show her my face and she did everything but apologize!! She told me that it was because my skin was sensitive and that i touched it!! I told the woman that I am a 28 year cosmetologist and a salon owner, Waxing isnt a service that we offer at my salon and i have been getting waxed for years and this has never happened! She proceeded to not apologize and to tell me to not touch my face ..Wow is what i responded with and told her that the only reason I came back was to show her my face because as a business owner myself we always want a customer to leave with the feeling of satisfaction! I knew going in that the blisters wouldnt go away instantly but a heartfelt apology was what you would wanna give a customer. ***DONT GO HERE!!!!!! I paid over 160 for myself and a friend to get pedis and gels/acrylics. (Including a tip for the pedi tech).The lady who did our toes (Tina?) was very nice, considerate and awesome. She laughed alot, was very sweet.The lady who did my nails was sitting next to her husband. She put a total of 7 layers of gel on my nails. (The first 3 layers of black were thin so she got a new bottle then added two layers of that plus two layers of clear coat.) She didnt want to remove the faulty layers, She just kept adding.There was not any nail brushes to clean your nails before enamel. I had to ask for one and was handed one from under the sink that was sitting in a dish with a rag.I asked if the tech could get the extra material from under my tips or the polish from around my nails on my skin. She first used a NAIL BUFFER FILE ON MY SKIN TO REMOVE POLISH. When i said hey um no she told me that it would all be ok when i washed my hands at home. I mentioned the shape of my nails and didnt get a reply.My friend ended up getting cut by her tech and was bleeding. They put alchohol on it. It was still bleeding and i asked are yall gonna use a styptic or anything? The lady doing my toes looked at my friends nails and the cut and said something to the other tech. that lady came over and said oh ok i put alcahol. I said ok she needs something else. So she took some little bottle with blue liquid and dotted it straight from the bottle onto my friends finger and said here this stronger work better. Um ok? Didnt say what it was.They dont put down towels or wipe the stations between nails.I saw the pedi bins being cleaned.This place is overpriced, unsanitary, and has incompetent techs. Ive had better nails in Hood/Killeen area. Dont go here. You will waste your time and money. The ONLY person worth her salt is the awesome pedi lady.We will not be back for nails.

Rude and didnt do a good job on my nails

Went here yesterday got my lashes done for the 1st time. They were horrible. Lady holds her hand weird and uses cheap 30 sec weave glue. I asked for thick they looked like roach legs. When she finally did 3 rows and only used 1 1/2 pack I told her add more here she is ready to say that will be more. I mean most shops use 3 packs. Smh so when shes done they look nice on top but all my natural lashes r showing on the bottom like wings. The same night I get home they already lifting together like a strip. I was so disgusted. Vowed to never go to them but I paid my $25 and wanted my moneys worth. I go the next day to get it fix. I wait 2 hours b4 she gets to me. I ask can I get my nail fixed and all fingers painted and my two big toes polished with a design. My nail I got done is way longer and skinnier than the other hand then wait another 30 mins to get my lashed fixed while shes walking around eating a banana. Hello Im still waiting Oh oh what u need. What happen u must of did it. U not take care. Ughhhhhh she fixes it but slaps glue all over my lid to keep the last sticking on. What a waste of time and money l. Do not go here! No new colors. All old polishes. Used nasty tools every where. No brush to clean hands afterwards. Lashes and tools all unsanitary. Please clean your facility better and take pride in the appearance. Never will revisit!

Nail techs be abusing my fingers. I bleed inside of my nail everytime i get a refill. They are lazy and electrically file my polish and real nail off and hurt my fingers. Nail broke off withing two days, abd my gel was chipping. 🙄never again

The guy there kills my hands. Everytime he has to use the electrical file he cuts my skin on each side of my fingers and it is so painfull. As long as one of the ladies do my nails they are awesome and prices are good as well. Like I said tho beware of who you actually allow to do them tho. I ignorantly allowed him to do mine a total 4 times but I refuse to let him now bc its just to damn painful leaving with 6 n 7 lil cuts from a drill one the corners or my fingers. Ughhh... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have used this salon for 4+ years and never had an issue. Today I called at 6:30 and was told they close at 8:00pm. Helen asked what time I would get there and I told her I couldn’t arrive until about 7:20. She told me “see you then” and when I got there exactly at 7:20 I was asked if I could come back tomorrow. I told Helen no I couldn’t and she told me it was 7:30 and they were about to close and everybody was ready to go home. It’s very rude and unprofessional to tell a customer you’re ready to go home especially when you have 40 minutes left until close of business. I will not return to this salon simply because of this one unprofessional encounter.
