Amazing service, could be a bit cleaner, but overall great experience

I DID THUS REVIEW ON MY HUSBAND PHONEMY NAME IS LINDA MY EXPERIENCE AT SASSY NAILS WAS AMAZING. WENT IN ON A WEDNESDAY FOR A GEL MANICURE AND POLISH TOES. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE COLOR OF MY TOES. IT DID NOT MATCH MY GEL MANICURE. ON THURSDAY I ASKED FIR A DISCOUNT REPOLISH. THE OWNER DID MY TOES OVER TO MATCH PERFECTLY WITH MY MANI. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME ANY MONEY. THE STAFF HERE ARE AMAZING. ABD THE PRICES ARE GREAT ALSO😍

I had a trip to Miami coming up the lady that did my nails was amazing. They turned out beautiful and just in time for my vacation. Friendly service & relaxing.

They were very nice and gentle and can hold a conversation. My first time coming here and it was great . Definitely recommend !!

Went there for a pedicure. Although they were quite busy and all seats filled, it moved rather quickly. My pedicure came out nice. I will visit again.

Most unprofessional establishment I have been to in a long time my friend and I went in for manicures and pedicures I decided to get a full set. The first problem was that a young lady was there before us her mother came in after realized her daughter was almost done and said she wasnt going to get anything because she didnt want her daughter to wait they then took the mother ahead of the both of us did her eyebrows lashes and a manicure meanwhile its a hour after the time we were given. When they actually start on us they do a horrific job both of our feet looked or felt any different and our nails and cuticles were more damage ☹️ we shall never step foot into their establishment again the pictures were taken the next day

I visited this nail salon today after calling to verify the cost of the services I wanted. Ice I got to this salon to receive said services the price changed. The gentleman that works the counter became loud and unprofessional stating, “I asked you that over the phone.” I responded by telling him, sometimes it can be difficult to understand someone over the phone requesting a service. Rather than get loud with a customer, why not respond with, “I apologize for the misunderstanding when you called earlier.” Rather than be rude and with a customer in front of other customer receiving services. The manicure I received was a complete waste of time and money. Without quality service and great customer service your business is just a business with NO SUPPORT!

I had a great time on both of my visits and left relaxed and feeling beautiful as I am.

I had a great experience here. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. I could really tell they cared and they took the time to get out my ingrowns.

My review is for the way my and my daughters nails were done and the actions taken while were being done. I went and asked for an acrylic fill-in and a pedicure. Pedicure started and the lady was very good. The other lady that started my fill-in did it partially by the pedicure chair. One of my fake nails was coming off and she inserted an acrylic tip to prop and separate the old nail from my natural nail bed without really looking into it too much so she missed and instead inserted it between my actual nail and my skin to reveal after removing the tip that I had removed a big part of my nails bd the corner of my finger had no nail, just flesh. It was painful and I started bleeding instantly. She apologized and proceed to spray ALCOHOL with a little spray bottle and applied pressure with a cotton ball. Then went and got a “mysterious ” powder and put it on my finger she continued doing my nails like nothing happened and when we got to that nail she just glued a tip on top of my open flesh (ouch??) and proceeded to finish my nails. I was a little shock but I usually don’t do my nails that much so I wasn’t sure what I should’ve done. The nails came out ok, very thick for my liking and she filed them ALOT to where my nails look very short now. After she put 2 coats of top coat, she FILED them again and first; removed the seal from the sides and second; removed the color and the sides look unfinished and super thick now. My daughter had the same experience with the filing after top coat plus she wanted rounded nails and were filed square after the tech asked and was told specifically rounded nails. Her application was very choppy and rough, with gel polish all over her cuticles. I was very surprised because the reviews are very good in this place and I was very disappointed and sad and really wanted to like them. I give it 3 stars because they were absolutely nice and sweet but won’t return for sure.Edited to add that my daughters nail polish started peeling after just 24Hrs.

Lashes looked good for one day. Im on day four and I already look like i need a fill in which is just ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

The bomb. Kevin is the best and the only one I want on my nails. Love himmmmmm.Edit: not even a week later after getting a full set near 100 dollars I have nails breaking off. One nail completely detached from the nail bed. I’m back here

I got my lashes done and Cecilia did a good job. HOWEVER THE GUY DOING MY PEDICURE DID A TERRIBLE JOB AND I WONT BE GOING BACK FOR THAT AGAIN.

I have come to this salon several different times, different days of the week and at different times. The employees here are beyond unprofessional. They lie about the wait time to get you to sit in a waiting chair for an hour. The female manager is the only respectful one, the only one worth the business. Her husbands attitude is not worth what the salon offers. I have had acrylics done and they didn’t even use the right product for what I had asked. Save your money and time and head to a different nail salon. I asked the wait time on the phone and they told me they had empty chairs I arrived not even 10 minutes later to every chair taken and them having me wait for 35 minutes.

First Time Ever Coming Here and Not Satisfied I went Tuesday For A Pedicure, Eyebrow, and Full set, and i was only able to get my pedicure done due to so many more customer waiting for the same things, i DID NOT want to wait! paid $60 for a $45 deluxe pedicure...fast forward to today friday my pinky toe is completely chipped off now i paid extra for gel so i wouldn’t have this problem! i went to try and get it fixed but per usual it’s a very long wait! i’m over it $60 wasted i was better off getting basic polish for $45!!! it’s very upsetting to go somewhere like this and not get what was advertised! but first time now i know what i can say about my experience at Sassys👎🏾p.s even the polishing is messy🤬

They were rude and rushing and pushing me and my mom to pick a more expensive pedicure. On top of that my gel pedicure came off the very next day.

I waited for over an hour and a half and the boy that did my nails was like not into doing my nails like most people pay attention to what theyre doing and he was paying attention to his type of detail and if you look at my nails it looks like I have a whole wave of a nail and the whole side of my nail is dry with the glue he used he didnt put no oil on my cuticles its like once he did his certain type of people then I was like whatever you know I mean and it was just not cool because my nails just they look one doesnt look like the other so I look like I have somebody elses different fingers all of them So not a very good review

I went to this OVERPRICED NAIL SALON on my special personal vaca getaway for MYSELF BY MYSELF treat. Decided to go to this salon for a GEL polish MANI/PEDI.!..!.!(NOT TIPS)They showed me the options.....I made my selections...enjoyed the experience....THEN WHEN IT CAME TO PAY....they added an additional $30 for the gel polish they never stated to me that using gel polish was additional $15 per service....I would have made a different selection....so what i expected to pay $65-70 like normal....THEY CHARGED ME $95...of course I paid....& left.....The following week....all my polish from on my hands was peeling off.....NOT SATISFIED WITH THAT AT ALL.....I WILL NEVA GO BACK TO THAT SALON.....THEY ARE A FULL SERVICE SALON....THEY WERE CHARGING $2-300...to different customers for different services...I pray they were satisfied b/c they stayed busy.......HOWEVER FOR MY SERVICES....I WASNT......!.!..!.!IF. U VALUE YOUR NAILS....SAVE YUR MONEY. & SHOP. ELSEWHERE....THE QUALITY OF THE WORK JUST ISNT THERE!.!.!.!

Well this was my first time coming here but my experience wasnt good the man that did my nails was rushing he didnt take his time he didnt paint my white tip all the way still see paint left off he didnt tell me to wash hands after during the whole time he just put the design on there... He didnt do what i ask he just tryna make quick money.. He keep filing my nails tryna make my nails very short i didnt like my experience i want be back here...

Brought my younger cousin for a spa day and was very pleased with the service. Paid only $80 for two whole mani pedis with regular polish. I will definitely be going to them again!

Dont go here unless you purposely want to waste your own time. I was patient and kind throughout my terrible experience here but I know some people wouldnt be able to do that. I had booked an appointment for 2:30 and I was not even seated until 3:15 and after that my nails werent touched until almost 4. The technician that did my nails burned my finger with the dremel and I had to mention to him how crooked the nails were. They got to the point where they were mediocre at best and I was sick of sitting there. Poor results and an absolute waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

Been coming here for years and wont go anywhere else. They are nice and always do a great job. Its a nice relaxing and welcoming environment. The prices are low compared to what I was used to up north. All around great place!

I used to go to this nail salon frequently until recently I went (a Wednesday) and got a mani and pedi. When getting my toes done, the staff asked me “what kind of polish do you have on your hands?” I responded dipped and they proceeded to file my nails and put foil on my nails. When my toes were finished and I got seated at a table, the staff takes off the foil and says “this isn’t gel, what is this?” And I responded dipped once more. He said “if you told me that sooner this would already be off”. Staff proceeds to rush to finish my nails and now here I am (a Saturday) and two of my nails are chipped. My nails typically last me two and half to three weeks without damage. I am very upset and will not be returning here.

My pedicure was amazing!! I got the lavender pedicure and it is worth the extra! My nails look nice, however the man who did my nails was EXTREMELY rough! My fingers are swore. He did my nails same time as I was trying to RELAX during my pedicure. If I return I will get pedicure. I will not get nails.

I got my nails done with my pedicure. I really enjoyed my pedicure, some places don’t have timers and you feel rushed. They didn’t rush. My nails all came out perfect. They are gel and aren’t thick and fake looking. The guy that’s did my nails was very polite, and the lady that did my feet gave a really good massage. I am really excited that I found a new nail place.

I have 0 knowledge of nails and Kevin was so friendly and helpful and explained all of the different options and helped me pick the best option for me! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted. Would definitely recommend this place, and I will be returning. 😊

This was my first time at this nail salon. Google reviews sent me. The lady that did my pedicure and manicure had lovely customer service. I realized that she did not use the callus remover tool on my feet. I realized after my pedi was done while getting my mani. So when I was finished i brought it to ( I guess) the manager attention. She goes and look at the camera. And says yes she did. She did not. I have 4 eyes and saw everything she used on my feet I know for a fact I WAS NOT LYING. I hadnt had a pedi in awhile so I didnt really notice until I looked on the cart while getting my mani. Even asked her to show me the tool they use to remove callus. Definitely was not used. Im not a confrontational person so I paid and left. Also, paint job was just ok.

I have been visiting this salon for years now and despite moving farther away and trying salons that are closer to home, I still choose to come here because they simply offer the best services. Very friendly and accommodating, nice music, decent prices and continuously improves the services and the look of the establishment. I am always pleased.

Came in for a pedicure and gel polish color change, the environment was clean and organized. I was greeted immediately upon entry and was seated at the pedicure massage chair. The gentleman was very nice and gentle and did a great job. Cecelia did great on my nails and was so sweet and informative. My nails and toes look amazing, I’m highly satisfied. Ive been to many nail salons in town and this is definitely the best. Its clean, everyone is friendly.I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place

The BEST in Fayetteville! Stop looking you have found your regular nail place. Clean, thorough, attention to details and lots of polish to choose from. Very friendly and professional staff. They respect your time.... if you want slow and relaxing, they do that. If you are in a hurry, they are quick but good.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

Took my daughter for her surprise birthday gift and Im so glad I did. Her birthday is 9/11 and most places were closed, but the customer service was outstanding, not only did we get there almost closing time and it was a few of us getting services done.. they were nice helped me pick out colors and explained what would be beneficial to my nails. By the time we were finished they should have been closed for almost 2 hours and they still were very nice.

Went here today for my second time. My first time I had a very long and relaxing pedicure. This time I had a gel manicure. The man who did my nails found almost an exact match to the picture I showed him. I also brought my bfs daughter, and they did a very cute white/glitter tip manicure on her as well. When my nails were done, he gave me a hand/arm massage, felt so good! Will definitely be back!

Tried nail shopping around town for a while now, this is my second time here and I think we have a keeper!finding somewhere where its comfortable is a bit of a challenge, but they made me feel warm and welcome!I go for manicures, and the girl today was warm and friendly and conversational. She followed up on any concerns I had going into it - cuticles and such. She was thorough and quick - was in and out in 20 minutes!Very pleased, and it was only for a manicure. I did not know they charged a 5yr old $25 for a pedicure and some nail polish. Next time I ask someone for a price I will leave if they dont know. Either way if you want to get your services done here, that was great. The man who did my pedicure was great. If you want to take your child you can get the exact same service for $10 at Coco Nails, if they still do it for that price. The manager was very nice in explaining so I was happy about that. She wasnt rude, she just explained.

This place is EVERYTHING!!! The customer service is excellent as well as the work that they do. My nails are nothing less than perfect every time I leave. My nail technician does an excellent job with acrylic nails and designs. I always get a pedicure by whoever is available and I am always satisfied.

I went in today for lash extensions. I am so happy I did Cecilia did such a wonderful job and made me very comfortable. I treated myself today as an early birthday gift. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

This place is awesome! Surprisingly a gel pedicure and manicure is easy to mess up, but this place does such a fantastic job! Right by my house, and when ever I call they always get me in within 10 minutes. Irrespective of how busy they are.

Hard work should be recognized. I heard from other Google this is THE place to get your nails done. I see many great reviews from mostly happy customers about how clean the place is and the awesome artwork. This place hooks it up.

I only went to this place because my friend said she had been there before and they were great. As soon as I walked in the door you could tell this place lack cleanness. I decided to stay because I had a military ball to attend that evening and didnt have time to go drive around to another place. Anyways... The employees dont care about infection control. Some wear gloves and some dont, they touch peoples feet and than they answer the phone with gloves or dirty hands. They clean the tubs were you put your feet in with just a sponge... I even saw this dude that was working on this ladys nails (hands) get up, went to do something to this other ladys feet and than go back to the lady and continue to touch her hands. Didnt wash his hands between clients.

I got my lashes done and within 2 days they were falling off. For $100 I expected a lot better. They didn’t want to redo them or give me my money back. Never coming back again

I came and got my lashes done here; prior to application I asked the technician to use hypoallergenic glue in which she assured me that she would. After the application, my eyes became irritated, red and swollen. She assured me that the irritation would go away.Within hours I went back to have the lashes removed due to the continued irritation. She then asked that I continued to wear them for a few days. At that point I told her I would not compromise my vision for the sake of lashes. She attempted using excessive glue removal however half was incomplete. Due to the pain I asked her to stop and I would attempt to remove at home. I was left with open sores on my lids where my natural lashes had been plucked alongside redness and swelling. I contact CiCi the next day and advised her of the continued swelling due to the glue left on my eyelids. I then asked for a refund in which she was not willing to do due to their no refund policy. Although i understand product and service was performed, I also was left without compensation or the service in which i came for. I have tried to compromise; I would think that providing a customer a refund for the misuse of product and pain would be of essence; however they think otherwise. I would chose to take further services elsewhere.

I moved from Philadelphia and needed my nails done ASAP! I was a walk in appointment and was seen without any issue. The wait wasn’t too bad and my nails were done and sculpted to perfection. This place is amazing !! It’s been two weeks and my nails still look great. I cant wait to go back for a fill in.

This salon is great. I am traveling in Fayetteville and saw that this salon was new and already had great reviews. I first contacted them to make an appointment and they responded very quickly. Everyone was friendly and services were great. I got a classic pedicure which was very relaxing. I also got my acrylic nail removed and a manicure, which turned out really nice! I’ve been going to Sassy’s Nails since 2008 for mani’s, pedi’s, and most importantly my eyebrows. I love this place so dang much. I always get exactly what I want even if I don’t know what I want when I get there.

Went in for just gel nails and gel only no manicure I was charged $25 even though last time they told me it was $20. In Pennsylvania polish only cost 10-15 dollars. They definitely make up prices on the spot kind of expensive just for gel polish. However the guy who did my nails did a good job..

My experience here was amazing. My boyfriend and I came in about 10 minutes until closing time to get a couple’s pedicure for our upcoming trip. Cecilia was the only one working and she offered to do both pedicures just one at a time and we agreed. She was so sweet and professional and stayed well past closing to accommodate us both. I wasn’t happy with how thick my nails turned out. When I mentioned it to the nail tech, he said he couldn’t go any thinner or the ombré nails will look translucent. I tried to take his advice because it’s been years since I’ve had my nails done. I thought the nails would grow on me. But when I went home, the more and more I looked at them, I just had to take them off. I’m very disappointed that I didn’t speak up at the salon and wasted my money.

Seems like new management isn’t as good as old staff a lot of the workers are no longer there and it’s just different now with new management and the new guy there has a gloomy atmosphere. Service has went down and it’s sad because this once was a nice salon smh
