When I first moved to, I had such a hard time finding a good nail salon. When I first came to this place I knew I would be a customer for years! Always happy the way may nails look.

I went in for a pedicure and full set and asked for bright yellow and nude on my nails and bright yellow to match on my toes. The guy was so rough with my feet it hurt and I came out with some ugly green on my toes. The lady that did my nails was super rough and I needed up with pale pink and white on my nails. I was super upset and told them I just wanted them to take off the nails. The owner said wait a week and she would redo my nails at no extra charge since my fingers were hurting so bad, so I went back and the owner said she was taking off the nails and refunding me my money. (I had already picked out my color and had it sitting at her station.) I recalled to her what she had said about redoing my nails and she kept telling me that she didn’t have the (new) color that was sitting right in front of her.

Beautiful space and always great service. Have gone to multiple people and they are very great. The salon is clean and follows the appropriate COVID protocols. Go to place for pedicures!

I went in for a full set today, first time Ive gotten did nails ! My manicure went great. I would definitely recommend going here as personally my gel manicure was very nice.

This was the most outstanding, relaxing, cleansing experience for my feet. The service is amazing. The staff hustles hard and really makes sure to get everything correct.

My nails were an absolute mess, and I stopped in to see if anyone could help fix them quickly. My tech was absolute fantastic, not only fixing my disastrous nails, and spending time doing a new manicure.

They do a great dip manicure that will last weeks and for a very cheap price compared to other places. Last pedi lasted forever with no chips or damage. Staff is kind and funny.

They are real friendly well mannered but I got a full set and she rushed through it.

When moving to a new area it is always a challenge to find a good nail salon. This place is great. The staff is friendly and they always fit me in without an appointment. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is nice. Salon is clean and organized. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I dont care that you arent greeted when you come in the door. I dont care that a conversation isnt held while getting your nails done, I prefer the quiet anyway, but I do care when I am cut and there is not a batting of the eye. This was not a relaxing situation. My fingers are sore from where the guy cut my skin around my nails too much and at one point cut me. I kept getting the feeling that people walking through the door was an inconvenience and even the way I was treated in the chair indicated this to me as well, therefore, I will make sure to never inconvenience them again. Customer service was BEYOND lacking. I tipped anyway, although I wish I wouldnt have done so. I always try to show compassion to anyone in the service industry, which is why I tipped anyway and also didnt complain when I was cut either, but... I cant believe I rewarded such BAD service, that is my second regret of this day, the first would be stepping foot in this salon. If it is bad enough for me to write a review, then consider it bad. I hope this saves someone else the trouble. I would not even lightly recommend this place. Customer service is terrible!

This is my permanent nail place. There 3 brothers that do a great job and their mom gives the best pedicure. Van is the best. There are other people that do nails there other than the brothers and they dont do a good job. Thats y 4 stars and not 5.

I enjoyed going to this nail shop. I purchased a pedicure and I felt like I was in a salon or a Spa. It was clean and smelled nice. There were various choices of pedicures. I even had my legs massaged and scrub with sea salt and honey. I will experience this again it was great. The price was reasonable and you felt special from the personal interaction. There was a massage chair as I got my feet done I wanted to sit there forever and then take it home.

First time coming here got a pedicure and they did an amassing job and I had an amazing experience. The place was clean and they’re well priced.

Yesterday was the second time I have been to this salon. Will definitely not return. The first time a man did my nails, it was awful there were parts of my natural nail that had no acrylic. Polish was terrible. I went against my gut and went again yesterday for my fill in and just got someone else to do them. The man that did my fill in did a good job... but the lady that did my nail art?! I got a basic design. Was supposed to be mermaid themed... basic aqua color on 4 of my nails with white scales. And the 5th finger the purple clam bra type thing on the tip of my nail. Think The Little Mermaid I had the picture of the nail designs pulled up from google. First my 3 yr old son could have done a better job with these scales I cant even describe how horrible it is. Second this woman argued me down and tried to put white where purple was supposed to be telling me the purple was white. What?!?! I wish I could upload pictures to show you guys this... I finally had to get a little snotty and tell her well if its white I want purple there instead. She snatched my phone off the table and took it to the back of the store to show someone else that worked there and talked about me while laughing. I understand there are people who may not be the best artist, but if you cant do it, dont say you can. I ended up removing the polish and just painting them a plain color myself. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning. Please dont waste the money.

I stayed for a gel manicure because I had to get some nail art, Ive been following them on Instagram for weeks and knew I wouldnt be disappointed. Its November now so I thought nails inspired by turkey feathers would be a cool seasonal touch, I was not wrong. Linda did an amazing job executing my vision and I really cant wait to return for the next set with more inspiration. If you like unique nails and a luxurious experience, this is the place for you.

I got my acrylic nails done on a Tuesday, by that Sunday two of them were broken. My acrylic was lumpy, and when I came in to have them fixed they were done a completely different shape thany other nails. Not to mention the guy who did it had an attitude about having to fix them. Dont spend your money there, this place is awful!

I went here to get my nails done for work and it was a poor experience from start to finish. I was getting SNS with tips added. The nail tech didn’t evenly cut or shape the tips after being glued on and I had to ask her to redo my thumb nail because of how badly it compared to the other. I figured after the dip she would be able to better reshape the nails and they would be even. I went to wash my hands after the initial buff and she then buffed them again and immediately put the clear gel coat on. This was frustrating because white flecks then we’re underneath the coat and could be visibly seen atop the color I picked. Once she was done she rush to provide a wax to another customer. Didn’t even provide a hand massage. Never been to a place that didn’t do this automatically after a manicure. I went with my friend who also was very disappointed. She got a French and the nails were far too wide, not at all a coffin shape like she asked, and the white tips were far too thick. I complained to the man checking us out about my nails because they were so uneven and all mishapened. He attempted to file them down more only to make them worse, taking off the red color along the sides on the nails. At this point I asked him to stop and he proceeded to tell me my total of $40. I wanted to speak with a manager. I’m not one to complain and would normally deal with it and file them at home but these were SO janky. Apparently they didn’t have a manager and so I asked them to take them off because they were so horrible. Very poor execution by two techs, do not recommend.

I enjoy coming here because its so close to home and they do my manicures exactly how I like them. But please update the hours for Sundays. Ive come up here twice when theyre supposed to be open and its closed both days.

I usually go to this salon because it is close to where I live. I was extremely disappointed after I arrived an hour before close and was lied to. I was told by a tech that she only does pedicures, which I knew was a lie because she has done my manicures before. I understand it was almost closing time but instead of lying she could have just said she cant do it due to being close to closing. Very disappointed!!

Went there to get my nails done for my wedding here. The gentleman working on my nails continuously took breaks to answer his phone calls as well answer each text message. While he was distracted with his personal phone calls and texts he ended up placing two different size tips on my thumbs. I would never recommend this salon because of this experience.

This people are unprofessional and disrespectful. I went in to get my long nails cover with gel polish. The lady got upset because I told her not to file them. The next day I lose a nail. Then realize that she layered the layers at the edge of my nail and left the center thin. Needless to say I have lost 6 real nails. I did notice that she was laughing with the other employees as if she was doing something to cause me to lose my nails. I will not go back and I hope that people like this will go out of business, because they do not take their job serious, and think its a joke.

I have been going here for awhile now. Ive been to many salons around. Well, this was the second time Ken overcharged me for my nail polish. I get gel polish over my real nails and Quinn always does them for the right amount, but hes overcharged me for the second time so Ill absolutely not be going back again. You cant charge someone because they want 3 coats of polish versus 2. I also specifically asked for someone to NOT do my pedicure and he put the guy there anyways. So now my feet have open cuts and thats not good when you have gestational diabetes and 38 weeks pregnant my $64 visit turned into $71 this time and $76 the time before that. For a pedicure and gel polish on hands and feet. Absolutely not!

Will be my last time coming to this shop. I came in with my daughter for a pedi for myself and a mani for my daughter. My daughter waited patiently in the chair next to me while I was getting my pedi done. The older gentleman very sweet but I had to repeat twice that I had just cut my toe nails but he went in anyways to cut and resulted me pulling my foot back because he got some tissue attached to toe nail. He cut too close to cuticles because it stings now that I’m sitting under the air vent. This is what took me to the top- I have a herniated disc so sitting too long gets me stiff, so when I got up and was stretching my back I told the nail lady that took over my pedi to give me a minute while I stretched. She felt the need to full close fist to hit my back and tell me that she could take care of that. I had to be firm and tell her no to stop! You just never touch someone if they didn’t ask you and little alone if you don’t know if that person has an injury. Their business is no longer good as it was three years ago.

This is the worst nail salon I have been to in my life. The lady made three of my nails bleed taking the nails off. I told her I wanted it really short ans she complained about it. I told her I wanted it clear and she talked about me. This is no place for taking care of your nails.

Please dont go to this establishment!!! Ive have been twice, since my son was getting his hair cut next door it was convenient. The first time the lady clearly didnt understand English enough to follow directions, or just did not care about the satisfaction of a customer. The second time the ladies set around and gossiped in their native language while two men practiced on customers. I say practiced becuase at best they are amatuers, the polish on my toe nails ran and pooled it looked awful. when I told him he said ok and shrugged it off. I had to tell him HEY fix my polish please....I should not have to ask for my nails to be painted correctly at all let alone twice. Than he forgot my toe design, I had to remind him that I asked for one. Than my manicure was poorly done. I feel the gel was done wrong and with out any care, my nails have been breaking since. You deserve to leave a nail salon feeling pampered and happy, not pissed off. People work to hard for their money to give it away to anyone just trying to make a quick buck...nothing elegant about this place....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I try to go to the same salon all the time..Ihave been coming here for over a year.there are only two guys I will let do my nails. I see that their standards have dropped..considerably... there was a pair of shoes on the floor in the lobby for months... floors are dirty.. its dusty.. And the fish tank looks awful..I find that a lot of the polish is too thinned out so it never really sets. I will be looking for another place to go... not good
