This place bent over backwards to help me. Ive hit some real hard times with a divorce. The only real asset I was able to keep was my tag Heuer watch. I screwed up and it got serious water damage. They helped me get it fixed under warranty and it only cost 30 dollars. I will be forever grateful to them for that

I bought an Engagement ring and Wedding band from Patrick. He was very kind and treated me awesome. I didnt propose for a few months and moved states. I forgot to get the ring sized. I called Patrick up and he was able to set up a meeting for me with a jewelry friend of his in Kansas. The ring was sized and I didnt pay a dime. Highly recommend to everyone!!!

I inherited a stainless and gold Omega watch from my father no batteries required. It was 10 years old never given us any trouble until last month. I dropped it off expecting to drop $500 because that is what omega chages for service. Picked it up today and it was less than $100 and they even cleaned/polished it up. 5 stars from me. Be careful going in there the shop is amazing they have an awesome selection of watches and jewelry. 👍👍👍
