They are a rip off, because he switched my cross with a fake one, I just took it to them to be cleaned,, my cross wasnt cheap and didnt bend. I wouldnt trust them ever again. I suggest all do the same.

You couldnt even tell the chain had ever been broken. They did an amazing job!!! They also cleaned it as well. I would highly recommend them. It only took an hour to fix the chain I brought them.

The only place you need to handle you jewelry needs. Took my there to have a watch band installed and he did it in minutes. And at a good price. I recommend them.

DO NOT BRING YOUR JEWELRY HERE FOR REPAIR! ***SEE PHOTOS*** I brought him a pocket watch that needed a new hinge. It was a simple soldering job. I gave him half the money up front. He told me it would take 4 days to repair and he would call me when it was ready. I did not hear from him so I call him a week later. He said it was not ready. I waited another week to hear from him. He still did not call me. On week 3 I decided to show up and ask about it. All he had to do was solder a new hinge on the watch. He brought the watch out and explained he could not fix it. He had completed melted the lower portion of the watch with the sodering iron, ruined the finish on the lower portion of the cover, and made it unrepairable and useless. If he did this to my watch I can only imagine what he would do to a necklace or a bracelet. DO NOT BRING YOUR JEWELRY HERE FOR REPAIR!

This place is an nightmare to take your jewelry. The owner does sloppy bad work and try to make you feel as if you are the stupid one after your diamond fall out of your ring soon after you leave his place for a simple sizing of three rings and then all three split because of not enough gold he said he was not charging you full price and he fix but same thing happen over again and now you see he has no clue what he is doing you take to a new know jeweler and find out he over charged you and two rings had to be fully replaced with gold and the prongs had to be put in place the reason you lost the diamonds and now court!!!Do yourself a favor and never go to this place.

I fix my wife broken earring, Professional and cheap.numerous visited, for repairs of her (1) bracelet. Kept on breaking same spot. (And I still got charged).After researching, he was using the wrong material for repairs. Sorry

Terrible. The guy is very pushy and he rushes his work and does a horrible job. Left my ring scratches. Had to have him redo it. And he still left a scratch on it. Do not go there.
