I love Town Square Jewelers! The place is immaculate and the people are the best. Everyone knows their stuff and are just as nice as can be. Just today, Eric put in, took out, and took out links in my watch for me. I say took out twice because he kept at it until I was happy with the length! Last of a dying breed = great customer service.

The service was amazing and served with a smile. My representative Laura was very patient with me and went out of her way to accommodate my every request. I spoke to Eric on Friday about cleaning and dipping my ring. I dropped it off that afternoon saying it would be ready on Saturday. 20 minutes before they closed I got a text that my ring was ready already. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. Let me start by saying this was the first time I had ever been here. The positives about this place is how well they are handling the pandemic, they are limiting the amount of people in the back and they have plastic covers and ropes up to keep certain areas sectioned off. Everyone has their mask on and it’s squeaky clean. The reason I came was because my bestfriend died in August and her birthday is tomorrow, she would have been 25 years old, so I wanted to get a Pandora charm bracelet to gift to her mother. I explained that as soon as I walked in the door but somehow I had to repeat it two more times because the representative did not seem to care or even listen to me. She was completely insensitive, never have I felt this way inside of any jewelry place because it is suppose to be a personal experience for every shopper. Customer service is vital in a setting like that because you don’t know if someone’s coming in for a wedding, birthday, or god forbid a tragedy so you have to treat every customer with care and respect. I was extremely disappointed by my experience and I hope this will prevent something like this from reoccurring.

I stopped by Town Square Jewelers to purchase a Pandora charm for my boyfriend’s mom. I arrived approximately 10 minutes after the store opened and the staff were in a meeting. Makenzie quickly left the meeting greeted me with a smile. When I told her what I was there for she walked me back to the counter to show me what they had in stock. I knew I wanted a birthstone charm but didn’t know what she already had and I went back and forth between two charms for at least 10 minutes. I was shutting myself but Makenzie was always pleasant and did not rush me to make a decision. Town Square does have a proffessional staff. I brought my husbands ring in to get polished and a few pricelice watches to get new batteries. The ring turned out beautiful! We own our own family business as well and I always try to improve especially with feedback. The watches did indeed have new batteries but the time was wrong on all of them. Just suggest that it should be set with the battery change. You do charge $15 a watch which is much higher then other jewelers and thats fine but go the extra mile and set the time! We will continue to use your establishment and refer as always as we trust you with our precious jewels.

I came in to see about getting my pandora bracelet fixed and ended up getting it traded in for a new one due to a mechanical problem with the bracelet. It was slightly out of the warranty range and they still fixed my problem. I am so appreciative of the service and compassion that was given to me.
