They sized my ring in 1 day I loved the guy he was so cool and you know your stuff is safe because not just any ole body can go in there. Will use no1 else ever again but them!

My husband took my wedding ring set to be soldered together for my Christmas present. The work was completed, but nothing like requested. The jeweler took it upon himself to solder the ring COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the way requested, and has completely changed the way the set is supposed to look. There was no phone call to say, “hey because the shape of the engagement ring, it can’t be soldered the way you requested. Would you like to come pick it up or would you like me to try another way?” So when my husband went to pick up the rings, it was just stuck together the completely wrong way. To the point I won’t even wear the ring set and now we have to go in search of another jeweler to not only take the rings apart but put them back together the way we wanted in the first place. It is totally unprofessional to alter a customers jewelry drastically different than requested without ANY sort of communication on the matter.

I have already told people about this place, and I just visited today. Do not go to the jewelry repair kiosk in the mall the price was literally 6 times the amount for a small fix, 6 TIMES!

I walked in with a slight problem with my ring, which I had worked on by a previous jeweler. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes and polished up my ring to finish. I couldnt ask for a better jeweler who obviously cares about the quality of his work and his customers! A+ service!

Needed a watch band sized up on a Friday afternoon, an Invicta I couldnt live without, and MGB jewelry repair came to the rescue. All the other stores in hope mills have a 2 to 3 day turnaround on watch band sizing(removing links). They did it for me in 20 minutes and with a smile. Awesome place! I will be back
