Decided to take my 4-year-old daughter to the Gossip Shop and I definitely dont regret it!! Now by no means is this my childs first haircut, but all the ladies were very patient and explained everything to her and she was very comfortable from walking in the door. Their patience was refreshing. I will definitely be coming back here as it is a very nice salon but moreover I enjoyed my experience there

The Gossip Shop Salon is amazing. The decor is one of a kind, truly something youd expect to see in an upscale part of New York City and brings the environment to life. They took great care of my young kids with the coloring and hair style they wanted and made it fun and interesting, explaining how it worked and what they would be doing. The owner, Catherine, brings a lovely personal touch to the entire experience and the stylist Ty was super friendly and did an awesome job. The icing on the cake was the kids getting to create their own necklaces at the Love Charms jewelry boutique inside the Salon. A truly unique experience I cant say enough good things about.

This was my first time there. Catherine is the owner and helped me with clothing, jewelry and gift ideas. Ty was the stylist and she did an amazing job with my hair and wax services. I love the atmosphere of the salon, sort of a 50ish vibe. Very clean. I like that the price quoted is what you pay. There’s a no gratuity policy so the price quoted for services is what you pay. They also give a 7 day “warranty,” if you will, on your hair service. If you decided that you wanted it just a little shorter or whatever, you can go back within the 7 days and they’ll handle it. They want the customers to be happy. Both ladies are very friendly with bubbly personalities. You owe it to yourself to go see these wonderful ladies and pamper yourself. You won’t regret it.

Soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely owner Catherine and her husband. She explained everything to me as I sat down in a beautiful chair to fill out a paper for them to get to know more about me. (Which I loved because its so hard to get to know new stylists and introduce yourself)The owner introduced me to the stylist who would be taking care of me, Mrs. Tiffany. They offered me a cold beverage and snacks! Wifi and extremely clean restroom! Every step was explained and nothing was done until I was very sure! Tiffany was absolutely amazing, but ALL of the staff was so friendly and inviting! Rebooked my next appt already!

I have been to see Ty 3 times now. Each time I was able to get an appt when I wanted. The first time they were able to get me in on the same day after another salon butchered my hair. Ty was able to fix my hair so it was at least presentable. When I returned she was able to trim and shape so that I was comfortable withe the look. Finally on my third trip my hair had grown out enough to actually cut and style. Ty did a great job returning my hair to the cut I wanted in the first place. All staff are so friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy my experience at the Gossip Shop.

The Gossip shop is the best place to get a hair cut in Fayetteville. They are always so nice and professional. The atmosphere is wonderful and the awesome decor is a bonus. Also the bracelets are so cute. Thank You ladies. We will come back again and again.

My family and I are new to the area, and wanted to find a place where I could take my three year old daughter for a hair trim. I was pleasantly surprised by this Salon. I scheduled mine and my girl’s hair cut with the same hair stylist, and were taken care of by a pleasant young lady name Nicole. The salon is very clean, each cart is cleaned separately, and everything was just immaculate. After our service my daughter was able to create a necklace with the Salon owner. We absolutely loved the experience they offer, and the service is exceptional. We are definitely coming back.

This was my first ever eyebrow wax. I was nervous and scared of the outcome because I’ve always shaped up my own eyebrows. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two stylist, Tiffany and I can’t remember the others name. I was offered a beverage and snacks. Tiffany immediately gave me the paper work to fill out and explained everything. Honestly after that I wasn’t even nervous anymore. Then I went to Tiffany’s booth and explained what I wanted and she did exactly that! I felt no pain or discomfort at all. She was amazing and very friendly. She also showed me around the shop and showed me the products they have to offer. I ended up leaving with the men’s shampoo and conditioner. I would highly recommend The Gossip Shop as well as Tiffany. You won’t be disappointed!

Ty is honestly a wizard behind the chair. She’s professional, caring of her clients and their needs, holds amazing conversation, willing to go above and beyond for her clients, and lastly she’s the most selfless person - she’s just amazing. I will ALWAYS recommend her and this salon. 12/10 experience EVERY time I go.

I cannot recommend this and place and Ty enough! I come from the San Diego area and these ladies are TRUE PROFESSIONALS AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL ITS PERFECT! My only advice is have patience and a free schedule to be able to let these wonderful women give the best experience. I love my new look and will never let another place touch my hair. Nicole was absolutely amazing! I needed a haircut and was worried about trusting someone to chop it. Ultimately I was thinking I would lose 12 inches, because it had been over a year since I had anything done to my hair. She took such amazing care and we only had to do 5 to get it back to healthy! She was a breath of fresh air and I enjoyed every minute in the salon. Cat & Nicole made me feel like they had been apart of my life forever! I needed a mama break and spent the whole afternoon just talking. It was just what I needed. Now my daughter will be getting her first hair cut there later this week. Now I am a forever client!

We have been here multiple times and each time has been a wonderful experience. Nicole has worked absolute magic on my two older daughters’ hair and Ty has been phenomenal with cutting my toddler’s bangs each time. Each visit is a wonderful experience and Nicole has been super patient with my girl’s, making sure to take little by little off to make sure their hair is the exact length that they want it and everything is evened out. She listens and makes sure we are happy before we walk out the door, and they have a 7 day guarantee if we find something out of place or it wasn’t quite what we’d asked for. We have yet to need to utilize it, however. The owners are also lovely people who stop to chat and get to know you as well. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been searching for the right atmosphere and quality salon and man did I find it. From the moment you walk through the door, your world just got a dose of warm, welcoming, Barbie pink happiness. The decor is brilliant with its pink and black motif, exceptionally clean, not to mention, the attentive friendly staff, great complimentary snacks and drinks. Nicole was so sweet and listened to my concerns and looked at my photos to ensure I left a happy client. If you’ve been salon hopping, hop no more, you’ll be thrilled you stopped by.

Lovely place, very nice people - they really take the time to understand what you want done. We spent time scrolling through pinterest and discussing options until we came up with the perfect highlighting idea. When I had a migraine, they turned down the lights and music, which was very appreciated. Lots of snacks and a very chill atmosphere - I am very introverted but I felt comfortable here and recommend it to everyone I know. I will be going back for as long as I live here!

Ashley did an amazing job on my daughters hair. Great quality work and products. Very clean and proficinal. Would love to go back, but it is very expensive so I will have to think about it.

Precious women, they deserve all the business as they make you feel at home. Today was my first time getting my hair done at the gossip shop salon and I will never go anywhere else again. First, I had a consultation with Ty about 2 weeks ago she broke down and explained the process of everything which I really liked. When I got there today she was ready for me and greeted me with a smile on her face. As she was working we talked and laughed together. She did an absolutely amazing job. My hair was a disaster when I came in and she had the best attitude about fixing it. She was determined and I really appreciate her hard work. I was in her chair for hours and the entire time she was so sweet. Asked me if i was okay & got me water and snacks lol. This was the best salon experience for me and I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend Ty.

I brought my kids to the Gossip Shop for haircuts yesterday and we had a wonderful experience. The owner, Catherine, and two stylists, Ty and Nicole, greeted us with smiles and lots of information about the shop/expectations for the visit. The ladies brought us all snacks and drinks and even asked my kids what kind of music they would like to listen to. Nicole and Ty really listened to what my kids wanted and left them both saying it was their best haircut ever. After they were finished, Catherine showed my daughter how to create her own necklace from her jewelry shop inside of the salon and gave it to her as a gift. Such a fun experience all around. The Gossip Shop was also extremely clean so we felt comfortable being there during these crazy times. We will definitely be back.

I have been using Ty at the gossip salon now for several months. She is amazing and when she does hair it is like she is creating her own artwork. She also will teach you different tricks to use when styling your hair. Everyone I have met in the salon is super friendly especially the owner. They treat you like family and make you feel so welcome. Their product is great and they recommend those that will work best for whatever your needs. Comfortable and very cute shop setup. This salon is in good repair and has amazing customer service. They offer snacks during the hair cut and do a superb job. They are well staffed and keep the salon clean and even started to support a group that donates hair for those with alopecia so my sister could donate hair. The stylists are friendly and welcoming creating a family esque atmosphere while doing an amazing job. A little pricey but tips are included.

Everything about my experience here was wonderful! The staff was attentive and friendly. I came here with my mom because we both needed a change. Being new to the area can make finding a decent hair salon tough. Luckily, this was well beyond decent. The atmosphere was perfect, the whole team was perfect, and shout out to Nicole for making my hair perfect!

This past Sunday was my second trip to the Gossip Shop. Having received the same level of service and care both times I feel comfortable giving these ladies 5 stars. My first trip was an all over color with fashion highlights and a cut. This last visit was 2 months after for root and highlight touch ups. I had been searching for a salon closer to home and came across their location in a google search. I was not disappointed. They do a consult before they ever touch your hair so everyone is clear on what you are hoping to leave with. Their pricing is reasonable, upfront and you know before you get to the register what you can expect to pay (no surprises, no charges for services you didnt need/want). The shop is always imacculate and well organized. They have snacks and drinks they offer to you during those longer services and the charm shop has great gift options. The stylists are knowledgeable, friendly and never in a foul mood (you can tell they like their job and their work environment). I have worked with Ty and Nicole.

Wonderful staff and AH-mazing service. The atmosphere was also very positive and uplifting. They were able to get me an appointment the same day I called, and Nicole cut my hair exactly like the pictures I showed. LADIES let me just start off by saying i’m currently parked making this review bc I couldn’t wait till I got home to make it. 5 stars doesn’t even do justice to this fabulous place. This is the best hair salon experience in town! You are pampered and treated like family while you are there. The salon is immaculately clean with safety standards followed. Plus, only Paul Mitchell products are used here - upholding ethical and cruelty-free beauty. I had a marula oil treatment and hair cut; leaving with a special gift for my birthday. In conclusion, I feel amazing with shiny, healthy, movie star hair that used quality, cruelty free products in spotless environment with wonderfully kind and knowledgeable folks. I love the experience I had at this salon. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I had a picture from Instagram that another salon in the area told me would not be possible to get with less than three sessions. They did a great job making a plan and were able to get the color within the first session. I can’t wait to go back for toner and see if it changes anymore. The salon is awesome! I have known Cat since her Love charms days and have bought a lot of jewelry from her. I went to the salon because my former stylist steered me wrong and damaged my hair beyond saving. I came there with blue and purple fantasy color and wanted platinum. The girls all worked diligently on my hair and 7 hours later I had a beautiful haircut and color. Cat goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The place is super clean and beautiful. Snacks are provided. The girls are very knowledgeable about what they do amd they do it well. Great experience.

I went in with my hair looking a mess. My color was extremely faded and my cut was grown out and uneven. Ty bleached my hair and gave me a gorgeous ashy blonde and freshened up my cut. My hair looks amazing now and is still so healthy. She wasn’t just worried about how my hair looked but also how it felt. I will definitely be returning and look forward to my next appointment! I am also pregnant and before leaving I got a cute little gift bag with samples and little baby feet earrings!

I love this place! This is my third visit. I must say that it gets better each time. Nicole is my stylist, but the team as a whole is incredible. Someone complimented me on how much my hair has grown within a month. My blow outs have been wonderful. No need for a flat iron at all!😊 I have to give it all to the crew at the Gossip shop and those hair products! I was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer and started losing my hair. Ty who is my daughters best friend told the owner of the shop Cat and they scheduled me for a day at the shop. The people who operate the salon are questionable. I disputed my charge as the services provided were not satisfactory whatsoever. The owner sold me a product which she spilled all over her counter. I let Ashley know that I was not happy about my visit a few days later and she didnt have anything to say about it. She also did not wear a mask while doing my hair. Chris hounded me via phone to get this money back to them, which I did. After talking with Chris and attempting to provide details, he talked over me and started bickering with me, the client, and stated he would press charges in court! Interesting approach to get your money back. Beware of this salon.

I have always been looking for a regular stylist to do my hair, and that is truly hard to find. I tried this place because I saw an ad on Facebook and did not see any bad reviews, so I gave it a shot! Let me say this was an amazing experience. Ty did an amazing job coloring and cutting my hair. I would 100% recommend Ty as she went above and beyond for me!

If I could give them more stars I would. I want to start out by saying that they go above and beyond to inform you of what to can expect. And depending on what you want done, you will know how much its going to cost before you decide. Ty was my hair stylist and was super knowledgable in achieving the outcome I was looking for. I decided in December not to color my hair anymore. My natural hair had about 3 inches of natural growth, and Ty put in a ton of baby highlights. No demarcation and perfectly blended, a toner was applied to give me the muted look I was looking for. I have no regrets, I love my hair, I will probably never color it again. Except for maybe a toner. I have no reservations about recommending anyone to The Gossip Shop Salon. Their Team is exceptional. Lorena

After deciding on everything, she gave me a price which I feel is very reasonable. We didnt set up a date yet to have everything done but believe me, I will. I regularly visit Sarah for a scissor hair cut. I have struggled to find someone in the area that can cut a styled male hair cut beyond the typical military look. This place is AMAZING! Came in to get a hair cut after having my baby. Went in fee like a hotmess mom, that needed to accept the fact that ponytails are now her life, to leaving feeling like a hot mom who hasn’t put her hair up since leaving! Ashley was my stylist and she not only treated me like a queen but she helped make sure my baby was taken care of and that I was able to just relax. I also got to meet the owners who were welcoming and made it feel like home. 10/10 will be going back for a trim in a couple months!!

My wife saw the shop while in Haymount, so I was a walk in today for a mens low fade dry hair cut and a trim on the top. Catherine, the owner, welcomed me into the shop and Sarah cut my hair. We had a great conversation, and I am very pleased with my hair and the free samples! I will be returning when Im due for the next chop.

I had the pleasure of being treated to a day of pampering at this salon! I was totally impressed by the staff and cleanliness from the moment I walked in, not to mention the salon is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS inside! The owner Cat, greeted me with complimentary beverages and snacks while I completed my paperwork and had my personalized consultation with my stylist Ty. I ended up getting a beautiful blonde balayage, deep conditioning treatment, trim, style, and eyebrow wax. Everything turned out better than I could have imagined! Ty was great. Gave me the haircut (and color) that Ive wanted when other salons couldnt. They are not overpriced, which is awesome.

Gossip Shop Salon was a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, the space was very clean and well maintained, and the hair cut was perfect. The decor is adorable and the music is solid nostalgic 80s. Loved it and Ill go back.

This place was amazing, everyone there is so beyond friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. They truly have an amazing setup and extremely professional. One thing given the current situation with COVID that I strongly admired it that they did a great job not making you feel nervous, anxious or anything given the COVID state!!!! This was so appreciated and really made my experience that much better. On a side note, they give you snacks and beverages during your visit. This salon is amazing and has made me a client today!!! I highly recommend and will be going back.

I made an appointment earlier in the day to get an all over color for black dye and I told Ty that I had thick hair over the phone. I get there at 8pm for my appointment only to find out they don’t even have enough dye to do it (they had one box!) Ty the hairdresser offered temporary hair dye but told me it will look bad. Why waste my time all day when you knew that was what I needed? Why offer me a service but tell me it will look bad? I’m more dumbfounded than upset because they had no problem doing this.. This was supposed to be my first visit and I already referred a friend here but they will no longer have my support. I will gladly go back to original salon and I encourage everyone to not waste their time coming here.

What a gorgeous shop! Went Sunday for waxing services. Not sure what product they used but It was painless. Definitely will go back.

Before coming to The Gossip Shop, I had a very grown undercut and extremely faded red hair. Sarah did an amazing job at cutting my hair to connect my undercut to the rest of my hair and cutting off the split ends. She took my faded red and changed it into a beautiful ashy brown, all while treating my hair to keep its integrity. Thank you so, so much, Sarah! I love the new cut and color!

Went and got a Fantastic haircut by Ty! The haircut was clean and exactly what I wanted! Ty did an amazing job at washing my hair and cutting it. I now feel revitalized and clean! 10 outta 10 will come again!

My stylist made sure she knew exactly what I wanted prior to starting with welcomed suggestions. Nicole did a fantastic job with my hair and wax! I definitely recommend The Gossip Shop for all your hair and wax needs (and dont forget to browse all the gorgeous jewelry!).Love Charms is not only my go to place for personalized gifts, but its the place I go when Im looking for something fun for myself. The owner, Catherine is incredibly friendly and helpful! Shes made snaps just for me featuring my favorite hockey team. Even my husband enjoys shopping in the store, always finding unique gifts.

Ive been riding by this salon daily because its just down the street from my home. I was curious and finally stopped in as a walk-in. Was greeted with a smile, seated right away, and got a professional cut. The shop looks brand new, and all the personnel were dressed professionally and, of course, wearing their Covid masks. I am now officially a returning customer! Another great Haymount asset.

This place is amazing! The customer service is unparalleled to other shops. They offered snacks and drinks upon my arrival and were able to get my husband and I in and out relatively quickly. We both LOVE our cuts and will definitely be back in the future. 10/10 reccomend.

I visited for my first service at The Gossip Shop Salon at Love Charms yesterday and I was overall very pleased with my experience. Staff is welcoming, very friendly, down to earth, up-front and transparent, and hard-working. They tackled COVID-19 and provided a VERY safe environment for those who are looking for salon services. They have gone above and beyond to provide customers with the most comfortable and positive experience possible, and I really appreciated this. I chose Ty as my stylist and she did a phenomenal job. This is not something I say often about hair stylists and I am VERY untrusting of new stylists touching my hair. Have no worries at all when you schedule an appointment with Ty. She and Catherine both worked to make sure we achieved exactly what I went for. I definitely see myself returning to this salon and following Ty through her hair stylist journey. Its SO hard to find a hair stylist who is willing to put the manual labor and time into their work. Im SO happy and relieved that I found someone who is both talented with color and equally easy to talk to. She and Catherine both have fantastic people skills. I really like the points that customers earn for every dollar spent. This is a great tool for customers to use as well as a great development to keep clients coming back. I didnt ask about these point expiring so I am unsure about that. With the two services I paid for yesterday, my points earned will almost cover my next eyebrow service! Very cool!Things I liked about this salon: Cleanliness, decor, talent, organization and flow of shop, thorough consultations prior to any hair/wax service, options available for upgrades during your service (such as an upgrade in shampoo etc.), availability and hours, easy to find location, easy parking, comfortable salon chairs, staff attitude, strong support within the workplace, gratuity-free (reduces competition), team players, and eagerness to learn and perfect their craft.Things that I didnt like or improvements that need to be made: Pricing is a bit excessive and I feel that the majority of customers cannot afford to pay their service costs at regular 6-8 week intervals. This is of course just my opinion and speculation from what I think to be true. I received partial baby highlights and had my eyebrows waxed yesterday. This costed $247.00. I am used to paying about $150 (20 dollar tip included in this price) for partial baby highlights and eyebrow waxing in a high end salon out of Myrtle Beach, SC. Money isnt my absolute biggest concern because I would rather get what I want and pay a bit more versus paying significantly less and walking out of the salon unhappy. That being said, I do think that pricing needs to be re-evaluated to try to attract customers who arent top tier paying/earning clients.All in all my experience was an excellent one and I will be seeing Ty again in 2 months. Please give this shop a chance. They have worked really hard on this business and I can almost guarantee you that you will be blown away with the services you receive. This place is awesome. Its like a best kept secret. The jewelry is beautiful. There are different styles and designs. You have to go by and see for yourself you will not be disappointed. The owner is so friendly. It hard to find good customer service these days. Please go by and you will see for yourself.

Today I came in for a Marula oil treatment. It left my hair feeling soft smelling amazing and actually brighten my blonde. Ty was very greeting and good energy. She was very open about everything she was doing to my head. She made me feel beautiful the whole time and left a good vibe on me, I went ahead and booked for some fresh all over baby lights. Thank you guys again. The shop was very clean, open, and pretty inside. I definitely recommend the Marula Oil treatment!!!! && I definitely recommend Ty as your stylist!!!

I just love this place. Great for quick easy gifts for ANYONE! My husband loved the personalized pins for his graduation gown. I purchased many other items for several loved ones and they all LOVED their gifts. I love having Love Charms USA nearby.

This place has so much to offer. From necklaces to rings to snap bracelets and slides. Do you know you can even make your dog a fancy collar with their name? The owner Catherine, is very welcoming and knowledgeable about her inventory and will help you find the perfect gift or item for yourself. They also host parties 🎉 too.
