Amazing service and speed. I needed a watch battery replaced and it was done quickly. I have a few more watches that need service and I’ll bring them here. Also, Heritage has a lot of really nice jewelry. I’ll definitely come back to look for gifts.

Bought the SF ring for my father in law because he lost his years ago. I searched for over a year for a good quality and reasonably priced ring with no luck until I found Heritage Jewelers. They made the ring and shipped it in one week in time for Christmas, which is incredible. The best thing about it was to everyone’s surprise that it’s the exact ring he lost many years ago. He was super excited, which he rarely shows so that’s saying something. Thanks guys.

Heritage Jewelers was recommended by Batteries Plus to replace the battery in my Casio watch. They replaced the battery and then asked for payment of cash or check. I had neither! The lady stated that she would take my name and number and for me to come by at my convience to pay. WOW! You dont find places like this anymore. On my way out I browsed the various items and ended up buying a very nice bracelet for my wife. Without asking she gift wrapped it and put it in a nice presentation bag. Everyone is very friendly and helpful without being pushy. I will be returning to buy more.

There was no military discount, and I thought $25 S&H on an order over $500 was wrong and maybe the extra $20 for a mens size 11 is reasonable (even if Ive never had to pay this anywhere else). But my negative feelings disappear whenever I look at the best quality ring i couldve ever wanted.

Because I am a guy with a 30,000 foot view of what I want, a little something affordable just because for my wife; but I had no idea of where to start; I asked for help... and they knew some great items to show me right away. I bought something even cooler than I planned on > A solid silver bracelet she can change the main black onyx out on with other pieces so it can go with pretty much everything/any occasion. Anyway, loved going there, they made it easy, and Ill be back. :)
