The Villagio is honestly the best place to live in Fayetteville! The building is absolutely gorgeous. Everyday when you come home you feel like you’re in a hotel and I love it! There is a movie theatre, pool, a beautiful gym, and a lobby! All of the residents are nice and keep to themselves. The owners are super sweet and really care about the residents! It is literally the best place to call home!Plus the bathrooms are huge and so are the walk-in closets.Living at the Villagio feels like you’re just living in luxury! If you are wondering whether or not to move here, I PROMISE it will be the best decision you make!

Spoke with the Property’s Managers Husband (Who is in the maintenance department so he shouldn’t even be answering the phones regarding leasing) couldn’t give me any accurate information on when anything would be available. I called to inquire about a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. He told me that one would be available ASAP. Called back a couple hours later and spoke with his wife & she stated very little of the information he gave me was true. She also hung up on me. Rude and unprofessional.

EDIT: I am concerned about the fact that the lots in front of the apartment complex are now for sale. What will be next door? A dance club, a fast food restaurant or something else that attracts crime! I am outraged that the complex can not buy and develop the lots itself. They should do like The Plantation and put in a fountain. Please buy the lots and make them for residents only, I do not want ladies of the night visiting us AND that motel.TL;DRThe apartments themselves are very nice, the amenities are okay but inaccessible, has a lack of on-site staff, needs a nice place to walk and a playground and is beside creepy empty lots. Its a nice place but it really needs 24/7 on-site management--which includes after 5pm and on the weekends, currently it does not, which is a security issue. Maybe then residents could actually use the clubhouse and the theater. My unit itself is wonderful--its quite spacious and the complex is beautiful and I have no issues with it. But the clubhouse is never used because its only open 9-5, and there is all sorts of alcohol induced rowdy behavior going on at the pool once staff leaves for the weekend. Most people who live here are respectful, but some clearly are not.The staff are okay, but there is always a new person at the desk! This place needs a nice little trail and a playground for families, because there is nothing else to do and they have the space for it. For what they charge, we should have better.

What an amazing experience! I’ve viewed many homes so far and this is by far my number one choice for so many reasons. Not only was April extremely professional and polite but she really cared about me and my needs while searching for a new place to call home. Thank you so much for helping me through this process, moving is always stressful but April has really helped and answered every single question I have had along the way. This complex is extraordinary, beautiful, super clean, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. If I could give this place a 10 star I most definitely would!

I love living here. The staff is wonderful, the manager is great, and the apartments are always kept in great shape. Its a very clean environment. Its pet friendly and kid friendly. If you ever need anything done inside the apartment, the staff makes it a point to have your needs met ASAP. I am an extremely clean person, and to be able to find a place like this is great. Its so convenient for my husband that is in the military. The base is so close by. Definitely a five star apartment complex.

Such a wonderful place to live. Management is fantastic. Maintenance is great. I love living here! We’ve never had any issues and if we do maintenance fixes it fast. The property manager, Aidimar, is very professional and does her job very well. She takes the time to get to know you and your unit and actually cares. We love The Villagio!

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. We have been under 3 different managements since I’ve been here. Prior to signing my lease I was told pest control was included, once new management arrived, I reported bugs being in the apartment, I was told I had to pay for pest control. I shouldn’t have to pay for pest control if it is included in my old lease (I did not sign another lease when new management arrived so therefore I am still suppose to get pest control). I was also told I have to hire someone prior to moving out to clean my apartment, I can clean my own apartment, I don’t need to hire anyone. Lastly but not least, i am suppose to keep the lights on after I move out, if i turn in my keys, there’s no need for me to keep the lights on. The trash person doesn’t always pick up the trash. The pool opened late. My tub had a leak for about 2weeks before anybody came out, they called a month later to see if the tub was fixed. I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY to stay here!

It’s June and the pool is still closed. Save your money, find another apartment home. Ever since the apartment complex has been taken over by these new people, nothing gets done. We pay too much money to live here and we have lived here for two years. It’s sad cause at one point this was the place to be. Oh and they also dropped off the air filter and told us to install it ourselves. I DONT PAY $1300 to install my own damn air filter. I also don’t pay $1300 a month to continue to get excuses as to why the pool isn’t opened. Do your job. (The pool has been closed because it’s not in compliance with the health department). SAVE YOUR MONEY! BRING ANGELA AND MARY BACK!!!!!!

Little oasis in Fayetteville. Lived here for 5 years and have seen one change of owner and few management companies. During the transition of owners the complex wasnt best kept however that has changed significantly. the Current owners and management have been the best so far. Although its on the blvd, its a great place to live and safe since its tucked away, and off road. Rebecca has been the best manger Ive dealt with. Shes is very intelligent and passionate about her work. Rebecca and Paul are sincere about addressing concerns and getting things done.

My husband and I have lived here for two years and are planning on renewing our lease for another year. While we enjoyed the previous management company, we’ve had positive experiences with the new staff. Aidimar has been extremely kind and helpful, even when she did not need to be. Maintenance has been extremely friendly and I’ve seen him several times outside of regular hours tending to emergency calls.Honestly, if you’re in the market for a great place to live, it’s best to come meet the staff and take a tour before writing it off based on a disgruntled tenant’s review.

Great place to live. I can’t speak for the prior Management but I only had good experience in this complex and April the Manager is always very accommodating when I need anything or have questions! Floor plans are fantastic and my apartment was freshly cleaned upon move in.Usually the ppl who are complaining are either not following the rules or were charged for items they broke or didn’t take care of. Unfortunately you can’t force ppl to take care of things that don’t belong to them. It seems they screen potential tenants well and I do feel safe here.So keep your stuff clean, pay your rent on time, be polite and you won’t have any problems...

When I moved here, I was new to the area and Angela (Community manager) went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! The rest of the staff is great and always there if you need them. The amenities provided are nice but most of all I loved that it was a gated community and I always felt safe. Definitely recommend The Villagio!

Stay away from this place! This place has tons of roaches in the hallway and in your own apartment. The office doesn’t help get rid of the roaches, you have to hire someone to take care of them. They are not very helpful in any way. Every since Townsend Real estate it has gone down hill. No wonder they have so many apartments empty. Please stay away from this place. April down at the office is very two face and will be friendly to your face but then talk junk to other people in the company about you. I’m just glad I moved out as ASAP. If you are military please stay away from this place.

It is certainly a pleasure to say how wonderful it is to live @ the Villagio Place Apartments. It is exactly as depicted on the website, with lots of amenities, not to forget added bonuses of a gated community with cameras throughout the property for extra security, coffee bar and refreshments daily. The building well maintained and quiet. Apartment itself large, comfortable and well equipped. I must also compliment the staff from property management to maintenance for taking pride in your work, it shows thanks for an enjoyable experience and I most definitely recommend living @ the Villagio. My only regret is that I didnt find this place sooner. My new home living Villagio...

We called this place A Diamond in the Rough The entire place is well maintained. What you see online is actually what you get in person. This is probably the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in, most of the neighbors are nice, and there isnt anyone sketchy just hanging around. Most of all the management is awesome, Alyssa was great to work with when we had to move out, and the maintenance always responded quickly. Since moving to a new state, it has been a disappointment when looking at other places

Moved in about 4 months ago so I think it’s time for me to write an honest review.Positives:I love the granite countertops, W/D in unit, and all the extra storage closets. The elevators were very convenient for the movers when they hauled all my stuff to the 4th floor. I was worried about people throwing loud parties (some apartments are known for that) and I am pleased to say that hasn’t been the case here. There’s always plenty of parking. The downstairs mailroom is very convenient. The location is near Skibo (where all the shopping is) and Fort Bragg.Negatives:When I first signed the lease there were a few hidden fees I wasn’t told about until I had the pen in hand. $10 for valet trash, and $20 for someone to replace cheap air filters once a month. I was also told I have to pay for someone to professionally clean the carpets before I leave. I don’t agree with the tenant paying for that, especially considering my carpets weren’t cleaned when I moved in (I don’t wear shoes around the house and when my HHG arrived you should’ve seen what I vacuumed up!) The apartment has a theater which is awesome, however...I’ve never used it because it’s only open during office hours. I had an issue with wasps at the beginning of summer and I was told it was my responsibility to get rid of them. And the big one(for me), the security system. I have not had one solid nights sleep since I’ve moved here because of the outside front gate. There are people constantly walking in and out of that gate all night and in the wee hours of the morning. The system is broken so that thing slams shut and rattles and drives me absolute nuts! I’ve told the management about it since day one and they’ve told me they’re working to fix it. Considering it’s been 4 months I don’t see it getting fixed before my lease is up.There’s flaws in every apartment complex, we all know that. Though there are things I mentioned that I don’t like, I overall enjoy where I’m living and would consider extending my lease. Only determining factor really for me is that freakin gate! Hope this review helps those looking for a new place to call home.

We moved in July 2018. I wanted,to move here for over a year. When we moved in I notice a number of problem area ref to appearance of this facility. Looked sort of run Down. I learned a week later that the building had been sold. After the new owner took over, he put in a new staff. And things changed. The grounds have been reworked and are quite beautiful now and every time I have talked to the staff They are great. I look forward to a long relationship at Villiago. Check it out for yourself.

Suzi Q sounds like a crybaby, anywhere you live when renting you are required to change your own air filter. Angela and Mary were actually let go because they were managing the property terribly which is why the owners probably went with new management. The new management team has pressure washed the community, had landscaping done (which hasnt been done in forever) and the pool is opened. Summer hasnt even officially started yet. Whoever Suzi Q is (probably a fake name) is probably a resident who crys about everything when it doesnt go their way. Just saying- great place to live and the girls in the office are super sweet and super helpful. They just took over and this property seems like there is alot to it so alot to learn. they are doing great.

I lived at The Villagio for four years. The management was great. The residence is the top in Fayetteville and provides exceptional service to military. While I was away, the manager watched my place. She provided me periodic e-mail updates. The apartments are luxurious, carpet throughout, granite countertops, modern appliances, all necessary amenities - and very spacious. The interior looks like a 5-star hotel. The pool is very serene. I slept with my windows open almost year round. I would recommend The Villagio to anyone!

My fiancé has lived her for 7 years and i have been here for 2. A year ago, 9 months ago i would have left a 5 star rating and raved about living here. It truly was an amazing place to live. It was a hidden gem within the hard exterior of Bragg Blvd. Angela (the old manager) was one of a kind. She always made sure her tenants were taken care of..you could even text her on her off time and the next day at work she would make sure your concern was addressed. However, unfortunately the old private owner sold to Wellington Advisors. They are a corporate company that quickly turned the Villagio from a private upscale apartment complex into every other typical apartment complex where they lower the expectations that aplicants must meet just to get the apartments filled, they fired EVERYONE that was on staff from the previous owner and replaced the office staff with all new. And then, thats when it all went south. For everyone who raves about the new office manager I’m confused because every time we enter the office there is a new person sitting at the desk with little knowledge as how to help us with small complaints. Like the ant problem. Let me tell you about today.....Today a young lady named Crystal was working. My fiancé went downstairs for the 3rd time to ask about having someone spray for ants in the appartment (which is an ongoing issue here at the Villagio, the building is infested but the previous owners would just spray. I mean what else can you do) The first time he went to the office for this issue the first girl working said “are you leaving food out? Im just confused because i never heard of ants traveling upward” Annoyed that she questioned our cleanliness he asks just to have someone come spray and told her that its insulting to ask someone about their way of life when this is an actual building issue. So today he goes back down to address the same issue and Crystal instantly asks him “well did you leave food out?”Stunned that instead of assisting us in a work order to spray we have again been challenged to our cleanliness. She also states that there were no previous notes made that we asked to have someone spray. So this tells us they just ignored us the first time.Let me tell you what happens next. I go downstairs and i tell this Crystal lady that i get on my hands and knees and i scrub the floors each week WITH.MY.HANDS. And i tell her maybe she doesn’t know how to do that but i do and how dare she accuse us that it must be dirty in our appartment. Instead of helping us.THEN Because i”insulted “ her she started yelling at me that i need to get out of her office immediately. When I refused to leave until someone helped us with the ant problem and to speak with her manager she started to refuse to give me her name, she refused to give me her managers name. She just kept yelling for me to get out of the office. Again I refused and I did get upset and told her that this is ridiculously unprofessional. She started yelling at me saying “look how unprofessional youre being! Get out of my office, youre the one being unprofessional “ ..now mind you im standing there in my pajamas the last thing im worried about is being professional. Crystal then proceeded to call the COPS on me. Then she ran into another office and locked me and my fiancé out in the hallway and, called her manager. I then went and asked the maintenance man if he had a corporate number where i can get some help since this lady just insulted us by saying things like “you’re obviously from the north because people from the south dont act like this” she called the cops on me, and stated to my fiancé “I’m from here and i know people on the police force” ...like its a threat.... I felt that after all of this clearly she was set on not helping us so the only way to rectify this situation is to talk to someone higher up. Finally she unlocked herself from the office she barricaded herself in she gave us her managers email. This story goes on but im out of space, ha. I will say after she insulted us. She did call the exterminator. So kudos to her.

I love living here. Ive lived here for about two years. My work is very stressful, so when I drive into the apt complex after Im finished for the day, I instantly relax.. The landscaping is always beautiful.. would help if the dogs didnt pee all over the grass so it would be all nice and green, but otherwise everything looks excellent. The apartment building and the rooms are gorgeous and beautifully designed. The pool is amazing. Having a pool view may get loud at times because the noise kind of echoes into the rooms, so keep that in mind. But its nice to look at and guests are always impressed with the the apartment and its amenities. The valet garbage pickup service is very convenient and the theater downstairs has very comfortable chairs where you can enjoy watching your own movies.Of course, the location is awful with hookers walking down Bragg blvd and the sketchy hotels close by, but its more amusing than anything else. I havent had any problems living in the Villagio as far as safety goes. However, make sure to lock your car doors, or else someone will manage to rummage through your vehicle. The staff is always attentive to my needs and are very prompt with any requests. They really do try to make the Villagio a nice environment to live in. Allyssa, the manager, is awesome! I would definitely recommend living here.
