I called Total Carpet because of many very good reviews and customer feedbacks. Without doubt, I made the right choice. He took time and ensure tile in the Kitchen was throughly cleaned and returned after two days for the second time with a small additional fees.Total Clean company saved us so much money.I highly recommend for anyone who would like to clean tiles.

We just had our Carpets cleaned by Total Clean (Tuesday April 20, 2021)! I am here to say and Please Believe Me...this service and what they did for my carpets BLEW my MIND! My carpets Look brand new, as in they were just put down! They are a small family owned business and do INCREDIBLE work! Fair prices, in and out and oh so polite and respectful! I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past (YUP even the popular one) and they can not compair in the result of the carpets cleanliness! I believe I had Robert as a service tech(son of the family business and also former military service if i heard correctly)..just a sweet young man! ONE TIME to the minute, great value...I just cant say enough. Today...this was my happy place.

The carpet cleaner tech and the company was very unprofessional and rude. I ask him to let me know when he cleans the carpet under the bed. Because I would move the bed so the entire area would be clean. He was not honest about it. He had packed up his equipment ready to leave. I asked him again did he clean under the bed. He said yes, I checked and it was not clean at all. I then asked him could he please clean that area, I would move the bed. He start getting very loud with me. He came back in my house slamming his hose and equipment on my floor. My Mother was on the phone with me. She ask me who is screaming at me and slamming things so loudly. The tech lied to me about cleaning under the bed in my face. I then called the company and explained how he lied, screamed, and slammed his equipment in my house. The company said I’m sure he did a good job. I would never recommend this company to anyone because they are very unprofessional, they will lie to you, horrible customer service, and will half way clean your carpet.

Chase was very professional and informative on telling me everything that was gonna be done up front for the carpet cleaning process. He also did a great job on repairing a few holes I had in the carpet. He was very friendly and displayed a good work ethic. The job was done in a timely manner. Where do I even begin?! Richard at Total Clean floored me today! My carpets were in HORRIBLE condition. Blue coolaid, tattoo ink, dirt, coffee, dog poop, cheerwine, red wine, paint and makeup stains had been sitting in my carpet for weeks and he got all of them out within 20 minutes. He was on time, friendly, and fast. I was so worried that he wouldnt be able to get the stains out, but he did! My apartment almost looks like it did when we first moved in!
