Set appt at 3:30 and called back to reschedule to 8am. The owner confirmed the appt but on the day of service never showed. When I called at 9:15 he said “ his mind l” didn’t remember to update the appt time.An entire day wasted due to his oversight.Uunprofessiona indeed!

Very professional and friendly! Worked quickly but did the job very thoroughly and my carpets look amazing. I had a few really deep stains that I haven’t been able to get out no matter what I tried, and now they’re completely gone. Highly recommend!

Very professional. Had a stain in walkway near kitchen, and they got it out. Added extra product until stain was gone. We bought our home new 10 years ago, and wanted to brighten the carpets back up. Highly recommend.

As my self and my wife where driving down Raeford Rd one of the vans decided it was imperative to change lanes without using a blinker or turn signal. They almost side swiped our car. He than decided when we beeped our horn at him. He decided to flip us off. We than Calle the number on the van and the guy who answered didn’t seem to really even care. This is a poor reflection on the company as a whole.

Love my carpet! Have been using for years

They were nice, polite, affordable and 30 minutes early. The only issue was that the carpet didnt pass move out inspection. Few stains left on carpet. So I used the small upholstery shampoo machine and it came up.

I have been using them for years, they are prompt, professional and our carpets always look great. We have never had a stain that they couldnt get out. I would recommend them over any other company!!!
