Tim was extremely professional, and was very helpful to explain what the process was for cleaning out my wife’s car. He was very kind and even checked out our home to see if our vents needed to be cleaned. I would highly recommend this company for cleanings, and I will be using them in the future.

Tim was excellent! He not only walked me through the job being performed, but took the time to educate me on the process and the status of my dryer vent (completely blocked!). He was timely and the quote was accurate for the work performed.

Tim with NWA Duct cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my dryer vent. Being a sceptic of the service we went in the crawlspace and took the duct apart and he showed me what it looked like before and after. I was amazed with how clean it was when he was finished. I would recommend this company anyone, even my grandma!

Tyler did a great job. He was professional, respectful of my home, and kind. The vent cleaning we had done went hand-in-hand with a bathroom renovation and he went out of his way and came back to clean the last bathroom vent. I appreciate when people who enter my home treat me as a person and not a job site. Tyler is someone who takes ownership of his job and does it joyfully.

I highly recommend NWA Duct Cleaning. Tyler with NWA DC was very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job at our home. We called Tyler a couple of months after moving into a new home when it seemed like my family couldnt kick the allergy bug (runny noses, cough). Like most people, we swapped our filters and thought we were fine. It wasnt until a few days after Tyler finished cleaning our ducts that we saw drastic improvement in our breathing, especially with our children. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. Youll be happy that you did.

FYI- this is not Tyler! This is NWA Duct Cleaning Services, and Tyler works for NWA Duct Cleaning Inc. I believe! We thought this was Tylers company, and had NWA duct cleaning services come out based on the reviews, and while he was so nice and showed up quickly, we paid $500 and did not feel like the job was done to completion. Half our air vents are still covered in dust, and when we had him come back out he said he didnt think they needed to be cleaned even though you are charged per vent. $500 felt like a lot of money to spend on something elective for it to be half done.
