My air went out ..the unit was running but not blowing cold air ..i called and was reassured that they could fix it and they would be right here..the worker came and he was nice and professional and after thirty minutes was able to show me and explain to me exactly what was wrong and had it fixed right away at a fraction of what i even imagined..i would highly recommend them
