Dave did an amazing job cleaning our dryer vent. Ill tell you that I certainly dont envy his job during the NC summer. He was on the roof before I knew it and had removed a major lint clog built up right on the vent. He then went inside and cleaned the entirely of the vertical vent pipe leading to the roof from the dryer itself. He was quick, professional, clean, safe, and most of all, extremely polite and easy to talk to. He entertained no less than 725,471 questions from my 5 year old son throughout the entire process, and Im pretty sure my son is ready to get into the dryer vent cleaning business now. After introduction, he looked at the dryer and asked if there was any particular reason we wanted vents cleaned. I explained that they had never been cleaned and we havent had an issue.He did a camera inspection and flow test and found our vents were restricted by 20%. They removed about 1/2 a bucket of waste. Air flow had improved by 300 cubic feet per minute.Im extremely satisfied and I have requested to have them return to clean my HVAC ductwork in a month.Great job Dave & Jesse!

Dave was very courteous and professional. He showed me what he took out of my dryer vent as well as pictures from the scope he ran up through. He had the chance to make extra money when I asked him about replacing my vent cover, because I was willing to pay to do it, but he was honest enough that he told me that I still had a few more good years left in it. Requested maintenance cleaning of dry duct on 2year old home, come to find out dryer duct was never connected to outside, just covered with fasia. He cleaned my dryer vent (which was almost completely clogged up), then afterwards he checked the air flow and realized that there was a problem inside as well where the hose connects to the wall, and fixed that in less than five minutes! The dryer vent in my new home did not meet current code because it was flexible tubing and way too long. Dave from the Dave’s Dryer Vent Cleaning analyzed the problem, proposed the solution, and installed a new rigid metal vent that meets code. The new vent was installed quickly and it was a very creative solution to take the vent through the attic of the home and out through the soffit. It’s much shorter and easy to clean and virtually invisible from the outside.
