We had a power fluctuation and it destroyed the Contactor in our AC unit. Will came by the next day and got it fixed in no time. We did have to pay a little bit extra since we had it repaired on the weekend and we were also out of Bass service zone - however I cannot be more happy with the service and friendliness that we received during our repair. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Yesterday was my first time using this company. I called in and told them what was needed. They were able to send Eddie Faircloth out the same day in the afternoon. In about an hour, our AC unit was up and running. I spoke with Victoria in the office and she is awesome. She was kind, friendly and very helpful. The prices for the diagnostics and the fix were very reasonable. I would highly recommend using their service. I will call them back if, I have anymore problems.

My first call when I have ANY heating or air concerns! Randy is our go-to guy when it comes to maintaining our home AC unit. Our unit isn’t common for our house size and I actually had two other companies before Bass come out and they were at a loss and told me my whole unit needed to be replace :OAs a stay-at-home mom with two little ones the AC is a must!! Randy was here within the hour of calling and had our unit up and running again in less than an hour!! We always ask for him now & he’s since been back a couple times, and our unit is always running like new before he leaves! I can’t rave enough about how thankful I am for this company. He was able to diagnose several problems I had with my HVAC and laid out all the options I had about what to do with said problems. Been having an issue with my AC this summer and to say the least at certain times of the day my house is a sauna because of the issue. Had Jason out today for an hour and some change, figured out the issue, worked with me on the price and got me on the schedule for the next day to get it fixed. Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. On a maintenance plan with them and I will be requesting him from now on.

Excellent and honest service. My A/C went out this summer during the hottest weeks. Mike came out for an inspection and showed me/talked me through what he was doing. For perspective, I had spent about 10 hours cumulatively in the attic the weekend before he came out trying to figure out what was going on with my unit. Eventually, I had to throw in the towel because the problem was beyond my capabilities. When he came and showed/explained things to me everything made sense and I did not feel in any way that he was trying to pull a fast one on me. Explained that we had a leak somewhere in our system and needed about 9 gallons of Freon (made since because our unit was getting progressively weaker since we moved in 2 years ago). He gave me an estimate with my options and time to talk/pray about the decision with my family. The next day we called to have him come out and do the repair. He found the leak quickly, fixed it, refilled my unit and now our system runs better than ever. Almost forgot to add, as an added bonus he found that our attic units motor for the fan was set to low when he came out the first time, and he set it to medium free of charge. I decided to purchase a maintenance plan because of Mikes transparency and professionalism.The only constructive criticism I have for the company is to streamline communication between the afterhours call system and the regular hours schedulers. We had such a great experience with Bass air conditioning. We originally had a different company come out, and after two seconds they decided they couldn’t figure out what was causing our unit to leak. I did some more research and had Bass come out to see if they could figure out the issues. Jason was so thorough and talked me through the diagnostics as well as the problems that were found. Since we do have an older unit we were advised that it’s more cost effective to replace the unit rather than make the repairs. However, they are respectful of their clients decisions, gave us pricing for both repairs and replacements, and have given us time to discuss what is best for us at the moment. There was no pressure to make any decisions right then. Bass will be our go to air conditioning company, and I highly recommend them!

Today Jason Gray came to my home to figure out an issue with my AC. I was there while the he was doing the inspection. He checked everything, definitely knows what he is doing. Pet friendly as well. I recommend this company and the technician that have.

We had some troubles with our unit a little while back, he suggested some things over the phone that we could try until he was able to get to us and take a look himself. I have had thermostat issues and what I figured a terminal issue with the unit but Randy was able to troubleshoot the problems and get it going. He has been called to my place of employment with the city and has been able to resolve issues there also. Yesterday my A/C was acting up so I call a local HVAC shop that I used 5 years ago, and scheduled a repair call, which was quoted as costing $90 . 9 hours later they came and said the capacitor that started the big fan motor was bad, and needed replacement. Ok. I had replaced it once before about 5 years ago, and know they do go bad. Its a simple plug in part. When all was said and done I got a bill for $325.All in all, I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

I like that they call you before they come out and they even texted me a photo and the name of my technician before he got there. He was very nice and explained everything to me. This company is a step above. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Ive had HVAC people not even show up or bother to call. Also other companies are always trying to sell you things it seems like theyre more interested in selling you something than in helping you with your HVAC system. This is not true of Bass. Theyve got my business.

Had the motor blower go out on system. I called Bass and within the hour the tech Randy was at my door. He was very polite. Didnt take him long to figure out the issue. The job was done in 2 hours from the time I called to the time it was fixed. Randy even had to go pick up the parts to get the job done. Thanks to Debbie who answered the phone for Bass when I called to tell them my heat wasnt working for quickly getting a tech to come out and thanks to Randy who got the job done quickly. Thankfully my kids and I wont be suffering tonight in a cold house.

Following a diagnostic on my central air unit, service technician Hal Smith discovered that the blower motor needed to be replaced since it wasnt returning air to the home. The motor was ordered that weekend and replaced upon its arrival to the company. Mr. Smith did a thorough job checking the unit in its entirety once the new motor was installed. He cleaned certain components as well. The unit is now functioning as it should. Mr. Smith remained professional throughout the process and also recommended having the unit serviced at least once a year for basis maintenance. Mr. Hal Smith is definitely a valuable asset to your company, and I sincerely appreciate the services rendered. Thank you Mr. Smith!
