Outstanding customer service! I reached out to Jason about a home I was considering purchasing, and asked him to help me get an evaluation of the heating and air. The same day the scheduling coordinator reached out and got me on the schedule. Their technician, Tyler was on time and did a phenomenal job. He tested the heat, the A/C, evaluated my condenser, fan, duct work and other heating and air components. He informed me about the age of the unit, how to maximize the life of it, what Freon it takes, and what it would cost me to replace it in the future. I went up in attic days after service was done and found many ducts that air was escaping from and condensation leaking on insulation and ceiling damage that’s was happening and service person didn’t mention and of this, costing cold air to be wasted and repairs to be done and ducts to be repaired and would have saved of money if inspected correctly . If this was found weeks ago, I think all seasons would of gave me a quote for repairs on my ducts and not just collect payment for one time service? Maybe because it was hot or something ? But only suggestion was to clean outside unit and heat from sun directed to side of the roof causing house to heat up . That is a lot of wasted money to run a/c system that is leaking in the attic . Not satisfied and could not leave any emails to company because website wouldn’t allow message to be sent and no one answers phone .

All Season is always on time, they always send a trained professional or if they are training a new employee they always have a trainer with that new employee. They notify you in advance of their arrival and about what time frame on the day service is scheduled. Everyone from the field work force to the support staff are professional and friendly when you interact with them. There are very few companies I highly recommend but All Seasons is a company on top of my list of companies I’d recommend you use.

Tyler Dove was the repairman who answered this call. I found him to be complete professional, well groomed, he quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair part needed was on his truck. He installed the new part and waited to be sure service performed was what was needed; allowed system to cool my house sufficiently before leaving. Very impressive and courteous.

We had to get a 220V outlet installed so All Seasons came out and gave us a quote. Price was very reasonable. They were not pushy at all and very professional. Since weve been meaning to have someone professional look at our breaker panel, we asked Thomas to give us a quote on that as well. Again, price was very reasonable compared to other quotes weve gotten. They came out to do the job and we are extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. They did a great job and everything is in place and very neat! Most importantly, everything is working! Will definitely use them again on our next project!

My HVAC system needed to be replaced as it was 15 years old. I had several bigger name companies come out to give me estimates and was very disappointed with the quotes given and the services offered. Thomas Martin was on time, worked hard and was honest. He provided us several options on how to repair or replace our ceiling fan(s) problem and after consideration we decided to replace. There is absolute justification for this review. Had the service done in August of 2020. The diagnostics was only completed on the outside units. The capacitors in the attic were not checked and the ac drains were not checked. I didn’t know all of that should have been checked until I had another company come out and do the job correctly. When I called to ask why this wasn’t done the customer service rep was extremely rude and provided horrible customer service. I will never use this company again or recommend to anyone I know. Please do you research before calling them.

Excellent servicing of our HVAC systems. Thorough cleaning of two systems and tech spent time showing additional features the system can provide. This will greatly improve the operation of the systems.

My upstairs unit went out and anyone can attest, this is uncomfortable and unbearable especially in North Carolina heat. My neighbor mentioned that our neighbor Jason AKA JJ might be able to help. It was Memorial Day weekend so he was out of town. What happened next was mind-boggling because on Memorial Day evening Jason came by. He mustve heard I was looking for him. He gave me a prelim but said service would have to come out and do a diagnosis to confirm his suspicion. He made a phone call and the next morning Patrick was there.When I got home JJ came by and explained everything. He gave me options, and best and worst case scenarios. I didnt feel rushed or pressured, he gave me time to see what route I wanted to take. He even offered to get some window units to help alleviate the problem.I replaced both units and was given two days for the work to be completed. They arrived a day early and the job was completed that same day. Jason, Hector, Vinney and Devon were very efficient, and professional. My family had an appointment so they left the house and I was at work. I would occasionally pull up security footage and these men stayed steadily working in temperature that well exceeded 100°. They sent a txt when they were done and JJ was there to make sure my home was locked up and secured.  When I got home I was very impressed. My home was the way I left it, with the exception It was much cooler. Angie set up an appointment a week later for them to come back out to do an inspection. I would recommend this company 100% they provided me with exceptional service.

Thomas installed two Ring Spotlight Cameras. He analyzed the existing wiring and extended new wiring so that all the new electrical is hidden. He is a true professional. Thomas and Dwayne were courteous and friendly. I definitely recommend Thomas for your home electrical needs.

Lance cleaned the unit inside and out, very courteous and professional and answered all questions that I had. For this reason I would like to request Lances services next spring if possible .Go ahead and schedule me in advance All Seasons for next spring.

I cannot say enough about how pleased and satisfied I am with JJ, Jason and All Seasons Heating and Air. Those 2 guys are the best! I love my pups and wanted them to have a cool place to be. JJ recommended installing a mini split system in my garage. I was VERY hesitant at first because of gaps at my garage door and of course the doggie door. JJ explained to me how the system works and that it would cool to my satisfaction inspite of the small gaps. I still wasn’t completely convinced because I’m trying to cool a hot garage with no insulation. JJ was understanding with my concerns and basically promised me I wouldn’t be be disappointed and it would do what I needed it to do. So I decided to go with it. Jason and another guy came out and did the installation. They did a fabulous job. Everything was setup so quickly and neatly and Jason answered all my questions and explained how to use the system. Next day I was not able to be home for the electrical installation, but felt comfortable not being there and leaving it with my son. The electrician, also from All Seasons-did a wonderful job, he even showed my son what to do and turned on the system. It was nice and cool when I got home. Unbelievable how great this thing works. Anyone on the fence about this, it’s awesome. No regrets and all thanks to JJ and team. This company is by far the best for me and my family.

Friendly, knowledgeable, competent and professional inspection and recommendations without pressure. Everything explained in detail--such as cost, financing and discounts available, and what equipment and services were included in install. All questions answered satisfactorily. Financing was arranged at time of purchase of replacement combo electric A/C and gas heat unit.Permits were obtained and install scheduled a few days after purchase. Install work inside and out done in a professional manner. No mess left inside house or in yard.We needed a new electric line run in the crawl space. Their electrician came out and got it done during the install at an additional but very reasonable cost.Highly recommended.

We had our entire duct system replaced and brought up to code. This could have been a stressful process, but Jason fully explained each step of the process and addressed any of our questions or concerns prior to starting the work. Understanding exactly what was going on during this service really eased our minds. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and very professional. Great price and good job very professional

I found this company to be unprofessional, dishonest and untimely. My 9 year old AC unit was leaking freon and I was pleased to see my 10 year warranty for parts was still effective (I was told by an employee of All Seasons)- transferred to me as a new home owner. I called and asked for a part replacement but they said I needed to pay for a leak test first in order to identify where the freon was leaking. Once the leak was identified then they would replace the part free of charge due to the warranty.However, despite being told It was covered under the warranty - it wasn’t paid for and it left me with the whole cost of a new unit as well as a $300+ leak test that did not result in anything beneficial for me.In the interim hot summer heat they said they would send over a few window units. But they backed out the day they were supposed to bring them over because I was getting a quote from another AC repair company. So after paying for the leak test, they refused to uphold any promises made to me which resulted in me having to pay for a whole new unit (go with Honest Air - great company), losing $300+ in a leak test, and suffering in 90 degree heat for two weeks.This company was unhelpful. Despite knowing I had no AC in the summer they did not actively seek other solutions to cool the home. Only after I asked about a window unit was it agreed upon and then they never delivered.

My outlet knocked the power out due to some wiring, the electrician came in fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was helpful, talked me through the whole process & was hell of a lot cheaper than what a previous technician was trying to charge.

Well, our HVAC stopped working for the second time in 2 months so we went ahead and gave them a call because of their great help the first time. Expecting the absolute worse outcome (price wise), Patrick came out for the diagnostic and took a look at the thermostat, and the HVAC himself -It even started to rain while he was out looking at everything- with a smile and good attitude. Quickly, he knew exactly what the problem was. He walked me through what I needed to do instead of doing it himself, which truly saved us money. I went ahead and got all the gunk out of the drain pipe with my shop vac and the AC started blasting again. My pups and I couldn’t thank Patrick enough for his work and his hospitality.

I had a heating element go out in my water heater,i had a element for my heater but they said they could not use it.i paid 14.95 for it.the person who came out went and got the same as the one I had.i had already let the water out of the header,all he had to do was remove and replace the element.he then made a bill for 380.00, I told him that I thought it was too much for the work you did so he called his office and they reduced the amount so even though I thought it was still high I paid it.keep in mind I am a senior citizen and live on an income below poverty they still over charged for what they did.so if you use this company make sure you get a quote first.

This was the 2nd company I called. Talked to a live person immediately. They came out on Sun evening, repaired my AC. Gave a 3 hour window and was 45 min early for the 3 hour window and all repaired long before the estimated time of arrival. Price was hard to beat even for Sunday service. Will absolutely use these guys again.

I called All Seasons around 9 am and they were out to my doorstep by 1pm the same day. Jason was very professional and was willing to explain what was happening to the ac unit. A part had frozen up which needed replacing. We turned the unit back on to notice that the motor in the attic had burned out due to the contact not working. Jason took the time to find the part as it was an older ac unit. All seasons ordered it and were out the next day by 2pm to install it. I was very impressed by the whole process. I have AC again upstairs!!!! I highly recommend them.

I have been trying to get an AC unit for years. I tried last year but due to financial issues I wasnt able. Then in 2020 Jason came to my house again. I was finally able to get it done. He was very patient when it came to the proposal. He was also helpful and answered my concerns that I had. All seasons was the only company that could get all my unit outside. I got my pantry back. They really made you feel like family. They worked sooooooo hard. It took them a week to do it.....there were minor set backs because of the weather. The guys did an amazing job installing 2 mini split systems. Jacob and Dwayne made the install exactly how I wanted it and made sure everything was right the first time. I would highly recommend All Seasons for AC and heating needs.

I suddenly inherited my mother’s home this year, and as much as a blessing came with the tragedy, the crawl space was a MESS. My first month here, my ELECTRIC alone was almost $300 and it was HOT inside. Some of the vents were flooded and/or on the ground. The crawl space however, along with the lake under the house, was ice cold. I got a few estimates, and every contractor was telling me different information. Jason came out, and he was the first contractor that MADE SENSE and explained EVERYTHING to me. I decided to just fix it all so I won’t have to keep worrying about putting band aids on bullet holes. I ended up replacing the unit, all new duct work, insulation (there was none), and a vapor barrier. Jason and his crew were amazing. They were prompt and courteous, especially considering my toddler’s sleep schedule. I’m new to this homeownership thing, and Jason was available to answer all my questions.Now I feel ALL the AC, equally in every room, and my light Bill is HALF what it was 2 months ago. (I was waiting to write this review after receiving my first full month PWC bill. I was going to attach a pic, but it won’t let me) The savings alone on utilities will pay for the work itself.Highly recommend.Edit: Jason actually showed me pics of what was going on under my house. Every step of the way. He also drew and mapped out my vents and duct work and explained to me exactly what was currently going on, and exactly what SHOULD be going on down there. It was a complete mess. Very appreciative of the time he took to explain, because everyone else was just throwing me numbers. It took almost a week, but they provided window units and made it easy on us.

I made clear what I wanted when I called. I wanted someone to look at my system and duct work and see that it was okay or what they recommended based on my issues.Person sent to my home didn’t even look at the system on the outside of my home. He stood on my carpet and asked how many vents and returns I had, entered the info on his iPad and gave me a price for cleaning. When I asked how much to replace the duct work (b/c his cleaning estimate was awfully close to a quote I received from a competitor to just replace the duct work) he told me someone else had to come give me that estimate and they would call to schedule it.THAT visit could have been done online.Two stars b/c they responded to my call same day.

Had ducts replaced first as hvac was 9 years old, but metal ducts were original. After several months the fan o hvac died. And the cost to replace I felt would be better put to a new system They were very fespnsive to get a new unit installed.

The services went well except- but a technician had to come back after semi-annual maintenance 5 days later because the service tech forgot to reset breaker on upstairs unit. The vent was pushing out cool air on heat Mode on the upstairs unit, so the unit was cooling the upstairs instead of heating the upstairs

I never do reviews but All Seasons installed our unit 2 years ago. Between the time that they came out, determined we needed a new unit, ordered it, and were able to install it; they supplied window units for every area of our house that we needed it. And, of course (Murphys Law), while my husband is out of town it stopped working. The sweetest technician came out and fixed it efficiently. It was a relatively simple fix that I shouldve thought of (read basic maintenance we had neglected), but, he was very kind and very respectful. When you paired that with Matthews good service; youd be crazy to look elsewhere. Thanks guys. You rock!
