In this horrible heat, when the unit went out, Mark-air continues to rise to the occasion by sending someone out as quickly as possible. As a customer, there’s an appreciation with having the ability to make an appointment through their website. Which I did at 4 AM. I also have an appreciation for the communication from the Mark-Air team. Tracy reached out first thing to let me know what they had available, and then when there was a cancellation, she reached out again to let me know they could send a tech sooner. Antwan arrived and he too was amazing to work with. He kept me informed throughout the inspection, process, and offered his professional recommendation moving forward. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way.

My service technician, Trey Strickland, was very professional and proficient while he was performing my HVAC maintenance. He was prompt for the appointment, explained everything he was doing for my maintenance service, and seemed very knowledgeable about my unit when answering my questions. I would highly recommend him, as he is an excellent service technician!

Came home to our AC not working, we were pretty confident in the issue as it wasnt the first time but could not fix it on my own. I called Mark Air fully expecting to just wait until the next day or Monday as it was Saturday but Brandon was dispatched and was kind enough to come out even after just getting home with his family. He was here and able to repair the ac and get everything working again so we didnt have to go to a hotel. He was very respectful, kind and professional. We were very thankful for him and Mark Air.

Got home from work the other day to AC, of course it was after 5pm. Started calling companies, Brandon at Mark Air was the first to call back. He explained there was other people who called and were in front of me and he couldnt guarantee a time as it was one of the hottest days of the year. When he was free he call back to make we still needed service. Brandon came out worked quickly and efficient and got our AC back up and run. Just a all around Excellent experience. Brandon was at my grandparents home fixing their air conditioner and the way he treated my grandparents was just all around amazing. He really showed compassion and treated them well with alot of respect. Weve had people in the past that just talked down to them and treated them wrong due to their age but Brandon was never once disrespectful. I called Mark-Air after hours due to my AC unit not cooling. I was promptly transferred to a technician (Antwan) we informed that we had a customer ahead of me and it would be about an hour before he arrived at my location. However, shortly after I hung up, he called back and said that that customer had cancelled, and he would be over right away. About 10 minutes later he arrived, remove the cover to the AC unit and immediately located the problem. It was no time at all he had my unit back up, operating and cooling. Antwan was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and precise. I am extremely satisfied with his work. I will schedule him for my next AC needs and I will strongly recommend mark air AC service to my friends.

When our AC broke we could not get our normal company out, so we decided to try Mark Air. Service Technician Brandon came out after that experience we will call no one else. My air conditioner died on a Sunday, and Mark-air was at my house within an hour of my call…they were one of the few companies that did service calls on the weekend. They had the part ordered the next morning, and installed quickly after that! Eddie was very friendly and professional, and made sure our questions were answered before he left.

Eddie was very professional and fast when it came to our A/C breaking (of course in the extreme hot weather we were having in August). Eddie came to our home the same day we called, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and came back the following day to repair it. My A/C went out last night, I have marks company a call this morning and was met with immediate professionalism and kindness. The woman that answered the phone took down my information and within 30 minutes a technician had contacted me and made arrangements to visit my home and fix my issue. The technician got there right on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. After clearing the clog in the drain of my A/C he explained to me what had happened and how I could diagnose and correct the problem if it were to happen in the future. I’m grateful they came so promptly on a Saturday and I’m glad I’ve picked Mark-Air!

The new system Mark-Air installed functioned properly, but the house wouldnt cool. They came out twice, looking for and suggesting potential fixes, finding and helping us resolve the source of the problem (not their new system). Every employee we encountered was not only timely, polite, and knowledgeable, they were kind and empathetic.

Fast, friendly, and exceptional service. They assisted me with getting a loan and had great prices for new units and installation. Our new AC unit was turned on in the last hour, and it already feels like a new house. No more swampy, luke warm air. Instead our air is now cold and crisp!

Today was the first time we had an out of pocket-a condenser was failing (he showed me on multimeter). We have always had courteous service men and office personnel. Had a new unit installed and was told duct work would be patched up to make unit work more efficiently and nothing was touched. Technician was supposed to cut out a vent hole and still after two months no one has come back. I contacted them several times with not one response. Was told I would receive a $400 rebate from my electric company and two months later nothing. Wells Fargo called today to say I was two months past due yet I’ve never received a bill statement. I wouldn’t recommend this company for no HVAC needs

They came out to repair my AC could not repair because they had to order parts That was gonna take 3 to 5 days to get .the temperature outside Was 95ﾟ Then the company did something that I didnt expect they went out and bought a new portable iair conditioning and bring it And set it up for my wife so she can have air conditioning while waiting for the parts Thats what I call customer service

This has been the worst experience with our entire selling process. Because a new HVAC system was requested by the buyer, we were given Mark Air by our realtor as “the best.” Antwon came out initially and was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. Chris came and gave us the prices for an entire new HVAC system; he was honest, fair, and very attentive. The installation was a NIGHTMARE. They rescheduled and “cancelled” our appointment via text multiple times. When the date finally rolled around, they said they show between 7-8a: They showed after 9. They replaced our perfectly good thermostat without giving us a heads up that it would no longer connect to our security system, and now it consistently beeps with a “malfunction.” The techs left a piece of chewed gum on my bathroom counter, left the old unit in our front yard, and our garage door open so all of our belongings got soaked. After the contractors left, the company called and jumped right to, “go ahead with your card number,” right before trying to overcharge me by nearly $200 over what Chris had stated (as if spending over $5,500 out-of-pocket wasn’t enough. Ha!) Horrible customer service just after a penny. Horrible unit. Horrible all around.Now - not even 48 hours later - we have our house set at 69 (mind you: the outside temperature didn’t even reach 73 today), and it’s 76 in our house. So I guess it’s broken.I would HIGHLY encourage you to look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

Mr. Eddie was Courteous and upfront about anything he found and what was needed and was Efficient and very Helpful, in making me understand the different parts of the HVAC system and how it functions. He made a Stressful situation, Better.
