Mike and his tech were wonderful. Would use services again. He identified the problem quickly and taught me how to keep the issue from happening again. He crawled through tight spaces in the attic to get the job done - which was a feat in itself.One final icing on the cake: His tech was very respectful and polite. He didnt want to walk through my house without me giving him the okay or accompanying him. I thought he was extremely kind and professional.

Amazing people! Making money is their last priority and saving their customers money is their first. Mike saved me over $1,000 when the energy efficient blower went out on my system and walked me through how to convert my system over to a conventional blower, which he told me where to go to buy the parts myself. Because of Mike, what should have been a $1,000+ repair, ended up costing less than $100 and my system now works just as well as it did before. He wouldnt even let me pay him for the service call! Great company, will absolutely use again in the future.

I know how hard it can be to get someone out to look at your AC in the summer but this company is amazing. The were ableTo come out within a few days notice and arrived during the time scheduled. I have used a/c tech numerous times for service, repair and a new installation. I had several estimates from other companies and their prices were the best. The services provided were GREAT prices were Very reasonable customer service was great. I was given a round about time that they would be at my house and they even called me to let me know when they were on their way. I have used them for previous warranty work and they kept us very informed on the part we needed and when it would arrive and how soon they could fix it. They also continued to maintain contact during this process to ensure we were as comfortable as possible until the replacement part arrived. I have recommended them to numerous friends and family. Due to the time of the year, HOT. A/C Tech attends to those who need cooling first, which I understand and have no problem with at all. They were due to come on one day and had to reschedule due to this fact. I was needing an inspection done due to me selling the house, I was not out of cooling or heating. They came the next day and communicated with me the whole time to let me know what was up. When they arrived they were friendly, very organized, explained everything to me in detail and even told me what or what not I may need. They emailed me a very complete and thorough inspection report. Very helpful and honest people.

AC Tech was very helpful and informative in my time of need! I had the misfortune of having my Ac unit stop working on me this earlier this summer. I am always a do it yourself kind of guy but I knew this was going to be a job for a professional. I contacted Mike with AC Tech and although he was unavailable he returned my call quickly in between jobs! WoW! I was giving some quick info over the phone about basic checking breakers and such and scheduled an appointment quickly for the next business day. Thank goodness it was not the middle of summer when AC technicians can be booked up for several days in advance! Mike was prompt and professional and gave his best effort to explain my repair options and help make my decision. He did NOT do a cheap fix and move on to the next job. He did take his time to analyze my whole system, give me trustworthy information on what exactly was damaged, and give me minimum ( I can make it work but it may not last. This is what many companies do so they have to come back to fix it again causing more expense) and recommended ( Repairing the system back to a state where it should provide many more years of dependable service). I chose the later. AC Tech showed up as scheduled to make our agreed upon repairs. Their employees... respectful and courteous! Their work... A+ quality, lines, wiring, and equipment all look even better than the original. I waited 1 year to post this review. Now a year later I have had zero problems. As an added benefit, I am enjoying a greatly reduced power bill. I recommend hiring AC Tech and dont be afraid to follow Mikes advise. He wants your system to work flawlessly for years to come also! This is the best HVAC repair service in Fayetteville. Ive had them come to my own home and to rental properties I own. They tell the truth and really go the extra mile to help you. They are willing to actually fix units instead of just trying to use the opportunity to pitch you on an expensive new system like a company I called before I found them. Their prices are always very fair, and less than the big companies who have to overcharge just to pay for all their advertisements. They really care about their customers and Im very glad to have found them and cant recommend them enough.

Their explanation detailed how to address my problem cost effectively, however, there was a communication problem between us and I went with a different company.

Our A/C was not turning on at all, me called A/C Tech and they came that day! They did get it working again, but we then discovered a secondary problem. The unit wouldnt turn off when it was supposed too. We called them again and they came back out as soon as they were able to, found the problem and fixed it!!! A/C works great now!! They are friendly people who do a great job and I will call them with any future issues yall are great!!

My A/C went out in early June at 12pm, when it was super hot outside and A/C Tech was the ONLY guys who offered same day service. They had a service guy out at my house 1hr later and by 2:30pm my A/C was working better than ever. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was and it was affordable !!! I give him and his woman a 1 because they finally showed up. But this is what you call BAD business and shody customer service. They call you after the block of time scheduled to come, then take another hour and 10 minutes to arrive at your door with Papa, as she called him, comes swaggering up to me with toothpick in his mouth and a nasty demeanor. Do yourself a favor, this type of service you dont want ...Papa as he was called tells me...you must have heard it wrong then lady...i was told you would be here all day at the house. So why dont you just get someone else then, not my problem...he walks off. Very shody business and couple. Papa called homeowner to say the sitter cursed him out and thats why he left. Well thats a big fat lie buddy. I never cursed one word at either. I asked with firmness what happened and why had it taken them so long to get here. Being firm, not cursing is not the same. You should not expect any customer to just wait not knowing just when you will arrive. Maybe you should have called me back to say how much longer and lose the attitude.

A/C Tech added Freon to my unit. Mike was here the same day I called. Price was good also.

A/C Tech was excellent. They took my call last minute and came right out, actually got their early! My thermostat wasnt working and many things happened that tripped breakers and caused power to go off to the units and thermostat. We werent able to figure this out on our own and they quickly troubleshot the problem and made the repairs. Their prices were very reasonable! I told my neighbor and she will definately call A/C Tech if she has any HVAC issues in the future! Thank A/C Tech, you are very knowledgeable and have great customer service! We will always call you in the future if we have a need.

Let me start by saying that my experience with AC tech has been a great one. Before I called AC Tech I went through two other companies; Blantons and Best Air. The tech from best air told me that the unit wasn’t getting power (which I knew it was) then charged me $75.00 for that useless advice. The tech from Blantons at least spent an hour troubleshooting the system before he told me this one was too old (8 years) for repair and that he recommended I purchase an entirely new system.The people from AC tech greeted me as a husband and wife team, and immediately said that I needed a little Freon which they added for me. While adding the Freon he found out that the problem was something totally different that needing a little Freon, he thought that one of the pipes may be clogged and that was something he didn’t have time to do that day but offered to come out on a day that he would have more time. Since he technically didn’t fix the problem that he thought I had, he didn’t charge me for the 2 pounds of Freon he added to my system and just told me to recommend them to people I meet. Simply the most professional AC people that I have had the pleasure of dealing with to date, I will be using them in the future.

Good customer service and always tries to walk you through problems over the phone to save you money before coming out.
