We love going to this dentist for our kids! All the staff is very kind and friendly, even to my rowdy, crazy children. They kindly guide the children through all the procedures from x-rays, to teeth cleaning, to the dentists exam. And they took special care of my autistic daughter who can be very nervous and apprehensive. It is a very kid friendly environment with climb-on toys, movies, prizes, a beautiful large aquarium, and more. Were very happy we found them!

All members of the staff are warm and friendly from the front desk to dental assistants and every dentist is so knowledgeable and consistent. We love this practice. All my children have had their lip and tongue ties revised (with laser) as infants. As my children have gotten older they help ease any and all anxieties children may have in connection to dental visits snd even dental work. You will not be disappointed making this your primary oral health provider

Dr. Kimball did amazing with our sons tooth extraction today. We’ve been here with our other kids and have always been impressed by the dentists, and assistants. Today Dr. Kimball let his match with one of our kids and a tooth extraction. They were so nervous, and Dr. Kimball took time to put him at ease and talk him through the whole process. Very grateful for such good care today. I sent a text to my wife once the procedure was done and she said “hallelujah!!!” Yes, we were all anxious whether or not our kid would comply. Thanks Dr. Kimball!!!

Every experience is so fun and enjoyable for the kids and even me-- the parent! Its a beautiful and adorable facility; it has a slide in the waiting room! The staff are all great and we love the cavity- free tokens they give the kids!

My 3 years olds first visit was fantastic! They LOVED it! Everyone is so child friendly and have the right phrases and all to make it a good experience for kids. One of them had to have a couple little cavities filled and didnt even flinch! I am still in awe! I am so happy and relieved! She loves to play dentist! Dr. Jake is so happy, fun, positive, and just makes our visits wonderful!

We have been going here for about 6 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. My three year old daughter does great with the hygienists (weve only seen women), but gets really nervous with the dentists (all men) that she has been scheduled with even though they were obviously very good with kids. We wondered if she would do better with a woman, so we were so pleased when she was scheduled with Dr. Edee. Our last two appointments have gone much more smoothly because of her! Dr. Edee is great!! The hygienists are always wonderful and very patient with my kids too. Even my one year old did great at her first appointment today.I also appreciate that we can schedule all three kids at once and they were all finished in a little under an hour today. I highly recommend them.

I took my 1 & 1/2 year old in today for a consultation about a tooth that looked concerning. Dr. Cam was great and so was his staff. Everyone is so upfront and honest and wants whats best for your child. They showed me what I could do and set up a plan for treatment age wise. We usually see Dr. Jake and I would recommend both. Both have wonderful bedside manners and are very knowledgeable. If an xray is concerning, or unclear, they will take more to make sure before they treat. I have never been so impressed with a business or dentist specifically. I will refer everyone here.

Dr Jake at Mountain View Pediatric dentistry is the BEST dentist EVER! He is so great with my kids and they LOVE going to the dentist! (Which what kid loves going to the dentist right?!? 🤷‍♀️ But mine do!) He puts my kids at ease and always makes it such a great experience for them. The assistants are so kind and helpful. I recommend him to everyone I know!

We have been coming to Mtn View Pediatric Dentistry for the past 5 years and we love these guys! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists themselves are above and beyond awesome. Dr Kimball is the happiest, friendliest guy who really helps our kids of all ages feel so comfortable. He explains things so well to us parents about anything he sees in our kids mouths but doesnt say we need to do any procedures that arent absolutely necessary.The best place for kids to go for dental visits!!

Mountain View is our favorite dentist office ever! Wish they treated adults too ;) Our kids love it there and they do great at every visit. Our kids are 4.5 and almost 2 and they do great at every appt. We have seen Dr. Jake, Dr. Ray and Dr. Kimball and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a pediatric dental office! My 2 yr old loves the staff so much she doesnt want to leave anytime we go. Dr Kimball is amazing, my daughter loved the work he did so much that she kept looking in the mirror and smiling after he fixed her cute little teeth. Unfortunately that Dr. was gentle but rushed, I left discouraged.I set off to find a qualified, kind, patient, Pediatric dentist (well schooled in sedation 👍) for my girls. “MOUNTAIN VIEW PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY” won me over in a heartbeat. I had to take my 3 year old in for a chipped tooth with a cavity and a small cavity in another tooth. I was so nervous with her being as young as she is that she would panic. Dr. Jake did an awesome job talking her through each step and helping her feel at ease. Both teeth were quickly taken care of and my daughter left happy!

My daughter needed a procedure and we originally went to a different dentist at a different office. That dentist was TERRIBLE and as a result my daughter was terrified. I was so nervous that the procedure wouldn’t be able to be done without putting her to sleep but All of the staff at Mountain View were exceptional! They were engaging with my daughter and put her at ease! The procedure was done and it was such a positive experience! I would easily recommend this office. The dentists are great but so was the assistant, she even remembered to paint her nails the color my daughter suggested at our consult and showed her at the procedure appointment!

Everyone from scheduling to anesthesia to Dr. Kimball were phenomenal with my sons dental procedure. Dr. Kimball took time to personally call later in the evening to check in on my son and make sure he was doing okay. I had a great experience today. The office is really beautiful and they treated my 5 years old so well. This was her 1st dentist visit ever and she had a really good time. Dr Kimball was amazing. He really took the time to get to know my daughter, interact with her and make her feel comfortable. He was very patient with her and multiple times would pause our conversation to indulge on my daughter’s silly comments. I was very impressed. I will definitely be taking my 5 years old back to see him and I’ll also be taking my 2 years old next year for her 1st appointment.

I’ve always known that Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry was amazing, but Dr. Jake proved that point even more so on our last visit. He was so incredibly attentive and caring and communicated with my son every step of the way through two cavities and an extraction of a broken tooth (which apparently was holding onto the gums for dear life!) It makes this mama heart happy and grateful so such exceptional care and that my child won’t be traumatized by trips to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Jake for patiently taking care of our dental needs. I took my 2 y.o daughter here for her first dental visit & they were fantastic! They entertained her while we waited for her exam, the dental hygienist offered to walk her around the office so I could finish paperwork, and even though my daughter wasn’t the most cooperative patient they still got the exam done while keeping her comfortable and provided a fun experience for her first trip to the dentist!

Getting an appointment can be hard if you need work done right away but the staff were all really good with kids. They work hard to make the experience a good one so the kids arent terrified of going to the dentist. The atmosphere is very kid friendly and they do a lot to keep the kids comfortable. Dr. Kimball was great. Hes friendly and works quickly/efficiently. His assistant was sweet and knowledgeable as well. The offices are very charming

I had my son evaluated for a tounge tie as well as his first dental cleaning. The staff was very patient with my 3 year old who was less than happy to be there. The dentist listened to all of my concerns and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be taking my son back to see them for his future dental needs.

I was a little nervous to take my 3 year old to the dentist for the first time because I knew she’d be nervous but the staff at Mountain View Pediatric Dentist made it so exciting and comforting for her. She did get a little nervous towards the end but they let me hold her so she was comfortable while they finished. They had plenty of prizes and goodies for my girls to take home and they were very excited. They even got a free gelato from Harmon’s for being in the no cavity club. I’m so glad I chose this dentist office.

I love Mountain View! We were referred here for two of our children that have tongue/lip tie. After the loss of three breastfeeding experiences with my other children, I was hopeful that having a frenotomy performed would allow us to continue breastfeeding our newborn. He was the first to have the procedure done, and it has been life changing! Our dentist spent quality time assessing, and explaining to us the details of the procedure. He was extremely gentle with our newborn, very personable, and very knowledgeable. During the procedure, my newborn barely even fussed, the dentist was so quick and so attentive. Following the procedure I noticed an immediate improvement with nursing my newborn! I will never regret making this decision to have the frenotomy done. I’ve told all of my expectant mom friends, and my doula & midwife about my positive experience. I can’t state enough how great the experience was for me. My son was also born early, and they were quick to get us in sooner so that he could be seen shortly after birth. We saw Dr. Kimball, and Josh. I give 1,000 stars to every aspect of our experience.

The dentist and staff are always so nice patient and professional. I can tell they love what they do, and they do it well. I am very impressed when they can get my very shy and nervous 3 year old to sit through X-rays and a cleaning. And it’s doesn’t matter witch dentist or hygienist they are all great. Due to a suspected oral tie our pediatrician recommended us to see a pediatric dentist. We went with the one our pediatrician recommended and it was clear as day they were not experienced in this field. Thankfully we didnt give up and did our research and that is how we found Dr. Kimballs office specializing in oral and tongue tie releases. During these unprecedented times it is quite nerve-wracking going places, but upon entering the facility we were quickly put at ease. The amazing staff hold incredible standards that really make you feel safe. As we suspected our daughter had a severe lip and tongue tie and we had the releases done in office that same day. Using a laser and only taking a few minutes you can tell Dr. Kimball cares and knows what he is doing. Immediately after the procedure Dr. Kimball and his assistant assisted us into a special & private nursing room where we were able to chill and relax before our long drive home. The best part? MOST of her symptoms were practically gone with that first latch, reassuring us that we had done the right thing. THANK YOU DR. KIMBALL. We truly had the most amazing experience we could of had and we look forward to seeing you again after our little one gets her first few teeth.

We love this place I first took my daughter here when she was 3 months old for a tounge tie. The staff is so thoughtful and they keep the kiddos their number 1 priority. During this last cleaning Amber was my daughters hygienist and she said her dentist appointment was great!!!

The office has a very cute mountain theme throughout. Both my kids (almost 2 and 5) had a great experience. They were able to watch Frozen while getting their teeth cleaned and enjoyed looking at the fish tank and getting a prize at the end. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and courteous my son was very comfortable he had had seven baby teeth pulled and once again the staff went out of their way to make my son and myself comfortable I sat in the room with him the whole time I would recommend this dental office to anyone that has children

I brought my 2 month old daughter to be evaluated for a lip tie. Dr. Kimball was awesome. He and his staff were very friendly and reassuring. They explained everything thoroughly and clearly. I was very nervous about the frenectomy procedure to release her lip tie, and although it’s always hard to see your child cry, they were quick, gentle, and so sweet to my baby. Dr. Kimball had experienced a tongue tie release (as an adult) with the same topical anesthetic that they use on their patients and was able to explain exactly what it would feel like for my daughter.After the procedure, they let me sit in a nursing room and feed my daughter and just sit with her for a bit to make sure we were both calm before our drive home. The office was clean, inviting, and felt as inviting as a home instead of the cold feeling some dental offices have. They were very careful to maintain social distancing and the staff wore masks at all times. I waited in my car for a text to come inside and they took me straight to the exam room. They even had someone take payment from me in that room so I didn’t have to spend any time in the waiting room. Very, very impressed.

My 4 kids absolutely love going to see Dr. Cam!! Even my three-year-old keeps asking to go back to see him. Everyone we have met there is friendly, excellent with kids, and professional. Definitely the best experience we have had at a pediatric dentist! Although we havent seen the other dentists that work there yet, we have heard great things about all of them!

My 2 year old has been so nervous every time we have gone to the dentist which has only been twice. Her first experience was at Mountain View and it was amazing! They showed us around the entire office before her appointment and every person working there was just so patient and kind to her. Dr. Kimball is the best! He is so patient with my daughter. She had brought a stuffed animal with her both times and Dr. Kimball took the time to show her what would happen by doing her stuffed animal’s teeth first. I am just always so impressed when I’m there and so grateful for the patience everyone has there with my screaming child. Definitely recommend to anyone. :)

I enjoyed our experience here! My two girls are 6 and 2, and my 6 year old can be uncooperative. They were great in making her feel more comfortable without being too pushy. I also felt the place to be very cautious for COVID19. Fabulously kid-friendly.

PATIENT BEWARE!We switched all of our kids over to Mountain View after hearing many great things about it. As far as our overall visit, we were happy. They interacted with our children very well. Jake (the dentist) was awesome. The facility was very nice and clean.My wife and I were very clear that our kids were switching from another dentist, and that they were due for their 6 month cleaning and basic exam.They opted to perform a comprehensive exam (of which had been performed just 6 months earlier, and would no longer be covered by insurance) We left happy, but were surprised when we received their bill in the mail. We called and explained to their billing department that our kids should have had a basic exam and teeth cleaning, and that we shouldn’t have seen a bill since it would be covered by our insurance. She told us to work it out with insurance, and that there was nothing they could do.Mountain View Dentistry needs to do a better job at communicating to their patients. My wife and I are thinking we will switch back to a dentist we can trust. Our kids previous dentist office wasn’t children focused (which was the main reason we made the switch) but it’s more important to me that the dentist office is transparent with the services they are performing!

Dr. Kimball was amazing today. He was so personable and did not rush me. He allowed me to ask whatever questions I had and did not pressure me into a procedure I did not want to do for my daughter. He gave me an honest assessment of my daughters oral ties and supported my decision to go through with the lip tie revision while saving the potential tongue tie revision as a last resort given her tongue just looks weak and could likely do well with strengthening exercises. He was so good with her too that she never cried, aside from the actual procedure, which lasted only a few minutes. He provided various referrals for support in my area through chiropractic services, lactation consultants, etc. I told my husband Id have no problem driving the 35-40 minutes regularly to take our daughter to Dr. Kimball because it was such a good experience. Thank you!
