Brought my 13 year old twins in for a new patient visit today! Loved it! Dr., hygienist and all staff were fabulous!!!

Words really cant describe my terrible crown experience. Ive spent 8 months with a terribly fitted crown I was assured would get better. I just lost the permanent crown after such a short time. Id like to go back and make them address my issues, but Ill be going elsewhere and hopefully paying someone competent to resolve my issue. This is the McDonalds of dentistry.

This Denist is The only one that opted out of Met Life and Met Life PPO. So if you go to him They will not tell you. They will have you believe insurance will cover and then after your appointment you will have a bill for the total amount that was submitted to insurance because it will be denied do to him opting out. You will end up paying full price even with insurance in the end. Do your research. The receptionist Jennifer is extremely rude. Her first day I watched her speak with a man that came in unscheduled she made him feel horrible to the point he stated he would not return. He asked to speak with someone above her Clayton told the man she did nothing wrong. Today I had to speak with her over the phone and she was extremely rude to me. talks in a tone that is demining when you question anything about pricing or your bill she talks down to you. When I hung up with her I called back to speak with a supervisor Clayton answered and defended her again today. Regardless of how she made a customer feel. as a paying customer to this business maybe they should both have someone higher then them give them a reality check on how to speak to paying customers before the lose business because of them.

If I could give a 0 I would. They lie to get more money, and they make it very clear they love the money. If you don’t have insurance, good luck! Best to go somewhere and save your time!!!

I hadnt seen a Dentist in many years after having bad experiences in the past. I finally had to go and Im so thankful for Dr. Bradshaw and his wonderful staff. They made sure I was comfortable and felt safe every step of the way. The first dental group I called had a two month waiting list. Aspen got me an appointment the very next day I called. The fasted service I have ever had and even if I would have had to wait, it would have been worth it. This place is Amazing 🙌 Thank you Dr. Bradshaw and everyone in the Farmington Aspen Office!!

Friendly staff! Explained everything and done a fine job. Staff from receptionist to dentist changed in the 6 months Ive been going. Never had a bad experience. The Nigerian dentist that pulled all 13 teeth was great! Very little pain. Got upper temp dentures and lower partial. Going to pick up permanent dentures next week. Im excited! Financing with my existing insurance was no hassle and affordable! Thank you Aspen Dental and their staff! Great job!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My best friend, who is a local NURSE for our hospital mind you, came in with teeth problems. Instead of treating her like a normal patient, they refused and called her PILL SEEKING and refused to give her antibiotics. Whenever she tried to inform them that she was a nurse, they DIDNT BELIEVE HER, and sent her out the doors.I’m disgusted with this experience for my best friend and I’m thankful that I have always taken my business somewhere else.

Ive never liked going to the dentist ever, here recently I had two really bad wisdom teeth, i called multiple dentist in the area and as far as st. Louis, no one could get me in for months. I got a appointment here and they did a full exam and gave me a complete break down with all the prices, I wasnt pressured into getting everything done that they found, they left that up to me. They were crazy busy and was still able to squeeze me in, yeah I had to wait awhile in the room but they still stayed late to ensure my teeth were pulled. And they numbed me perfectly I didnt feel a thing, a day later still no pain and I will most certainly make this place my new dentist office!

Here I sit unable to eat or barely drink because my bottom gums are tore up. The denture has mutilated my bottom gums and the staff have still not responded to voicemails left for them. I do NOT want to go through any of this again and just want my money back at this point. I am struggling to keep my gums from becoming infected. This is absolutely ridiculous and I know mine is not the only story like this.

Absolutely the best dentist, assistants and staff. I had 3 teeth pulled and the dental assistant asked if Id be more comfortable with her in the room with me and as I cried (scared because Ive never been awake while getting teeth pulled before) and I said yes please and the next day, as she promised she was there which I appreciated more than anything. Also, they made sure I was comfortable and aware of what the numbing medicine would make me feel like and he was very gentle, very nice and professional. Also, they helped me get my payment lowered which is absolutely awesome!I absolutely recommend them. Thank you all so much! 😁

So the workers at the location are great however appntments go through a call center and I’m really tired of being lied to by the call center about what this location can or can’t do. I hate that it reflects on the workers here but it’s the system they have. So I set up a initial exam and cleaning for my husband and they assure me that’s what it’s for . He gets there and - oh we don’t schedule a hygienist on the weekends so this is only an exam. Or the other time I was told : yes they have an oral surgeon on staff and this is the consultation to get your wisdom teeth removed but when I got there they no longer have one on staff and can’t do what I need. But of course I’m still in their chair so I’m still billed even though it’s not at all what I need or came in for. Appointments need to go directly through the site not a call center that doesn’t have a clue.

I had 4 fillings done here, and 3 of them re-done at a real dentist office. The service is subpar, seems they hire any recently released felon. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They seem like the type of office that takes advantage of the disenfranchised and poor. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with your local veterinarian before booking here.

It was the best dental experience i ever had all the dental hygienist were very nice and accommodating and the dr was second to none down to earth and very informative. I would recommend them to anyone

Was able to get in quick to deal with an abscessed tooth. Went on antibiotics that day, and back three days later to have the tooth pulled. Staff was pleasant and helpful. My favorite was that they took the time to make sure I was numbed enough to pull a tooth that didnt want to let go. I will definitely be back.

Try to call in for appointment and they answer and hang up 4-5 times.

All the staff were very friendly and gave me helpful information about my dental care. Didn’t like the xrays so much but I don’t blame Aspen- they are just a necessary evil will dental visits:) Still looking forward to my next cleaning visit.

I was incredibly surprised by my experience. I went in just to get a broken tooth extracted but they explained I needed a deep cleaning done first. I didnt understand but after my first session of cleaning I knew why it was necessary. That night I got the best sleep I have had in a very long time. The pain was gone and I feel great. The staff are so inviting and friendly. With affordable payments I can finally get my dental hygiene back where it needs to be. I highly recommend this location

My appointment couldnt have been any better. As soon as I walked in the door they were ready for me and took me on back. They took exrays which doesnt hurt at all. Then the Doctor came in and may I add that he was very nice and he looked at the exrays a d the next thing I know I have an other appointment to come back and have everything all taken care of. Everyone I saw was so nice and the place was so clean. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.

It took 3 months to get my dentures, theu never called me to let me know what was going on. Had to call them and they would make an excuse that they were backed up and had to send to a different location. When I went in for my fitting they did not even acknowledge the fact. They fit poorly and said to give it a couple days to get used to it. The dentures did not fit properly and stabed into my gums when I tried to eat. I could not put them back in due to swelling. Had to wait another week to go back so they could try and fix them. Still not happy.

Went in to hopefully get a cleaning. And schedule appts to get 2 cavities filled..They did nothing but poke around in my mouth and xrays. And write up an estimate that needs paid before any treatment. FOR $5600 and that is with my insurance applied. They even put invisalign on there!Wondering of anyone actually uses this place for dental work? No wonder you can get next day appts.Really dont even think they are certified dentists there.Would give 0 if i could.

Awful experience. Recently moved to Farmington and was needing a family dentist. Went in for a cleaning and have the dentist look at my chip tooth. The whole staff was rude and unprofessional. I spent 1 and half there and never got my teeth cleaned. Hygienist was so rude and said thats not happening today, I dont have time. By far the worst experience Ive ever had at a dentist office.

After a poor experience at another location I was very impressed with the Festus location. I was greeted and helped quickly with very friendly people in every room. The doctor was funny and friendly and the man who took my x-rays went above and beyond to make me comfortable. It was all around a great experience, including sitting down with Nichol and figuring out my billing. Who knew that could ever be a fun experience.

Instead of worrying About just making money they should be more concerned about the patients. My husband had a broken tooth and instead of pulling his tooth they told him he needed to have his teeth cleaned first. They took us to billing to find out how much and the cleaning was going to be $5005. This was not including the tooth extraction!!!! But they did try to make us buy a toothbrush for $157. Two of their employees told us they dont even use apsen because it is too expensive and one even has a broken tooth herself! We left the office with nothing done and went to another dentist. With no problem they pulled his tooth for $150 and told us they could do the cleaning for a significant amount cheaper. The dentist was rude at Aspen we will never go back! Between me and my husband they wanted to charge us a total AFTER the 20% $8930.... And I didnt have anything wrong with mine they just wanted to do a cleaning on mine as well. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

Called to make my husband an appointment because his bridge fell out. I was convinced to make myself and my daughter an appointment because it would be free for the first visit. A month later I received a $300 + bill. When I called and spoke to someone and explained I was told the first visit was free, I was told they would handle it. Apparently handing it means sending it to collections. The bill was for my daughter but nothing was done to her teeth, x-rays and check somehow became a $350 apt. Dentist refused to put my husbands bridge back in because it had been out for two days even though it still fit fine but of course theyd rather we pay $700 for a new one. A few months later at my next visit I had an abscessed tooth pulled. Visit was awful because my mouth never numbed but I was happy he got the tooth out. When I went to try to fill my prescription it wasnt signed. Waited for it for about 15 minutes before the pharmacist caught it and I had to go back and have it signed. Not a huge deal, people make mistakes, it just made it an even worse ordeal and I was in agonizing pain the entire time. I would not recommend Aspen.

The experience I had was genuinely great. Very warm welcome from many smiling faces. Everything they performed was explained to me in detail and carried out very gently as to not hurt you. The doctor was very soft spoken and through with his examination and recommendations. As far as Im concerned all the folks at the Farmington Missouri location met and exceeded my needs and expectations. Great place!UPDATE: watch your billing they will pad your bill with unnecessary procedures or procedures they did not perform. They stole $268 and $43. Then act like you are wrong. Will not use any Aspen Dental. Total crooks!

Nice and polite staff in office, didnt like how service call quoted a price when I called, and it was twice the price when I walked in.. the staff adjusted the price, but still higher. Aspen should do away with call center thats in another location. All in all, I do recommend Farmington Mo. Dentist office.

I thought i was gonna be able to do payment plans .. I called the week before and asked they said yes.. Then i got there waited 3 hours didnt get in.. I had to reschedule then came back 2 days later to find out i didnt qualify for payment plans .. My experience was terrible

First, I am deathly afraid of dentist, but Aspen made sure I was relaxed and stayed calm. The staff and doctors at Aspen Dental are awesome. They keep u informed on what is going on step by step and if u have any questions they will do the best to answer..

Doctor Goodman did absolutely amazing! Ive seen him twice now and he has been so gentle and seems to genuinely care. 100 times yes to Aspen Dental!!

I was happy with the employees and their getting me taken care of right away with little wait time, but I was forgotten in the green room for about 15 min after my dental care was taken care of.I totally understand covering your own butt in the payment department but I guess you have to have excellent credit to get financed through a lending company to receive a payment plan. Over the phone they said they do have a payment plan there so I totally felt confident in choosing this company but they failed to tell me it was through a lender, if I wouldve known that part ahead if time I wouldnt have wasted mine or their time. Ill be doing all this over again somewhere else.Again the employees were very sweet im just not a fan of the way they handle their payments department, not the employees fault at all its a corporate thing....

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. This was my daughters very first time going to the dentist, & she was pretty nervous. She is 6 years old btw. But from the moment that they took her back, she wasnt nervous anymore & ended up leaving pretty happy. And she even got $1 from one of the staff members, who is absolutely fantastic doing her job! I couldnt be more happy with everything about this appointment! Thank you so much for helping my daughter ease herself into the whole situation. Definitely recommend them for sure!

The Dr. worked very quickly and efficiently and made sure I had enough local anesthetic so I wouldnt be in pain, that would normally get him three stars, but his receptionist is a 10 so Im giving him the maximum number of stars I can give him, I mean she is a genuinely flawless. I will be getting any and all dental work done at this location for the rest of my life.

Aspen Dental is a great place to go if you need any kind of dental work. I had a great experience when I had to go have a denture made. All the people in the office was great and explained everything to me. The dentist came into the room and had what they call great bed side manner. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I would recommend Aspen Dental to all my friends and family.

The assistant and dentists are all very welcoming but I have never had someone be so rough with me that my whole face is swollen I’ve been in unbearable pain for two days now I’ve had a tooth pulled once before and it never hurt like this.... he was way to rough didn’t take his time to extract it gently and now I’m paying for it.... and they gave me no pain medicine to help. I will not go back.

One week ago Aspen Dental in Farmington Missouri pulled a tooth for me that had broken. All week the pain has been constant and not relieved by Motrin Tylenol or Aleve, I just called them this morning and told them, the lady wanted to schedule me for a visit tomorrow, I explained I do not have money or the time for a visit tomorrow because my husband has to work all week, she laughed and said then why even call. I will not be returning to Aspen facilities now. I went there because it was an emergency and they could get me in.

2 ladies behind the desk did not even acknowledge my arrival. The xray technician was amazing. The dentist did not listen to me and made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about or even care I was in pain. Prices are so over the top I walked out and told then I would find somewhere cheaper just to have a tooth pulled.

Very bad service. Their scheduling department is hard to get through to. The staff is unprofessional and they overcharged me.

They are a little more costly, but they got me in the same day. Everyone was super nice 😊. Thank you all for the help. The exam and x-rays were free.

My visit was very pleasant. They took the time to discuss options. Pointed out things that I was not aware of. Overall...If I had more than than two thumbs...they would get them all enthusiastically up.

Wonderful staff who actually care about the service they provide. They do all they can to help you financially and emotionally (say of you have anxiety about going to a dentist). The only negative remark I have is against Dr. Goodwin. There was a little mishap that was entirely his fault and he got very defensive quite quickly. But all in all the other staff made my experience Very Pleasant.

Had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned. Carla Vasquez is amazing with patients. She was let go for no reason. I cant support a business that in my opinion lets go of people because of age. Some day that could just as easily be you. All that experience going to waste so someone else can work for pennies on the dollar.

I work on call 24/7 and have to have multiple visits, knowing how difficult it is for me to get time off, they offered to work me in whenever Im home. The hygienist even offered to work through her lunch break to get my cleaning done. Very easy, no interest, low payment plans so Im able to get all the work done I need after I exceed my insurance coverage. Great place to work with!

I do not like dentist but Aspen Dental Care is a dentist I would recommend to others. They explain everything in detail and answer all your questions that you have. I do not have dental insurance and they worked with me with payments. They are just all in all a pleasant dental office

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so nice! I went in just the other day to get my wisdom tooth taken out and the numbing took longer than it did to get the tooth out. The Dr came in and in less than a minute my tooth was out! Can say enough good things about this place!

Aspen Dental in Farmington after being paid 8 grand...we had a 600 dollar remainder to be paid...asked if we could make payments on the last 600 (life gets in the way sometimes) and they said yes you can make as many payments and take as long as you want to pay it but you wont get the dentures until the whole 600 is paid...Just called them and they dont have jesses dentures and pretty much told us, sorry for y

Waited over 2.5 hours but watched them turn away a lady who showed up 11 min late? But it didn’t end there as they were using the “torch” a piece fell off and into my hair then again off and onto my lip where it burned me! Then the dr asked me if I was scared? And I said now I am? Also during X-ray I got hit with the X-ray machine more than once and one time was to the right side of my face! Felt like they were in a rush and didn’t do their jobs properly!

Dentists seem to change often. Not all dentists are careful. I choked on part of a tooth and got cut by one dentist that worked there. Once my dental contract is complete I will not be continuing to be a patient at Aspen dental. Also they tried to change an appointment on me without informing me at all.wait times can be poor without always being told why you are just stuck in the dental chair without anyone checking on you. Not everyone is terrible, but this is not the best experience I have had. I would rate this place 2.5 stars if it would let me.

All the staff was very perfessional and extremely polite. I got a tooth pulled out by them on Thursday and the Doc did a great job. They will definitely have my business from now on. Along with a few others I know.

Called and set up an appointment go in and waste gas for them to tell me that they didnt see me in the schedule and that they removed me from the schedule and cancelled my appointment because I didnt respond back to a text message they sent me I didnt know and nobody told me that I had to respond to a text message in order to keep my appointment when I had just set it up two days before the appointment. Bad customer service on their part. I will definitely look elsewhere for any dental work from now on.

They took a copy of my insurance card and private information to check my deductibles and never called me back or returned the copy with all my info. What was supposed to be a hour has turned into 2 days. No call. I hope the owner finds my information sheet and calls me so I can stop by and pick it up.

I didnt know what to expect upon entering the new Aspen Dental facility in Farmington, MO, but it turned out to be an enjoyable, very warm, calming atmosphere, and as I walked through the facility, the pleasant, uplifting decor accented and framed a very friendly, efficient, and professional staff.I appreciate that this facility which is an extension of a corporation did not come off as being a pushy, must buy this approach, rather they presented their findings obtained by advanced, state of the art technology, educated me & recommended what they felt was best for my individual dental health needs, and left it up to me to decide on the services & various products available to me whether at their facility or elsewhere.From the front desk receptionist, dental assistant, dental hygienist, dentist, the office manager, you couldnt ask for any more pleasant & friendly individuals who were professional in every respect. They were very helpful with working with my individual needs, educating me, and were never pushy.Im very proud to let you know that my experience at Aspen Dental was excellent! Thank you for the at no charge initial visit that was offered to me. I will definitely be a voice for Aspen Dental in the community where I work and to those for whom I come in contact with who are looking for quality, professional dental services.

First, they were very professional. Everyone I had contact with had a smile. My comfort was their concern. They told me everything before they done anything. They made sure I was numb before starting. Absolutely the greatest experience with a dentist. Highly recommend!

I had a filling done three months ago. I was experiencing pain with pressure (biting down, chewing, etc.) that I had not experienced prior to the filling.I had a follow-up appointment for scaling and root planing that was completed before the filling.While there, I wanted to schedule an appointment for someone to look at the poorly done filling. A dentist (different from the one who placed the filling in the first place) came in and decided that it was hitting my teeth because it wasnt properly shaped to my bite.Then he got confused and started drilling on THE WRONG TOOTH. I had to tell him that it was the wrong one and he did fix the problem with the filling. However, regarding drilling on the wrong tooth, he laughed it off saying no harm done to the other.I will not be going back as this is the second time dental treatment there has caused more damage to my teeth.

Never, ever go to Aspen dental. After confirming your appt. they say you dont have an appt. My new permanent dentures have fangs on the right side, have baby teeth, gum line is crooked. Wont make good on their guarantee. Passing the buck.

Ive almost always had a good experience with them, but this last time was horrible. There was no introduction, I was known as the 2 cavitiy girl, and the dental assistant put so much pressure on my jaw with the suction piece that my jaw was sore all day from it. Of course Im going back because I paid for my visits ahead of time, but if this would of been my first visit with them, I wouldnt have came back.

They were good and all nice, they just cant see kids because they dont have the equipment for them.

Nice office, staff was courteous at the start of appointment. When it came time to discuss the cost of services the account manager did not mention that our insurance was out of network. The estimated cost was outrageous and the staff became very upset when we said the prices were too costly and that we were never told doctors were not in network. Not what we were expecting, lots of hidden costs, advertising is very misleading. We drove over two hours and suffer lost wages because we took off from our jobs. Very disappointing!

Ive already told other people about Aspen in Farmington, two I know are going to make appointments. They were very professional and caring from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. Just try them and you will see for yourself.

Here is my rant for the day. Aspen dental are scam artist. Their Web page says full denture 399. I call make an appointment she says my office and x-rays are free. I go in they do the x-ray doctor pops in for 5 seconds says yes I can get bottom dentures. Lets go talk money because I have dental insurance the dentures are now $1000 theyre going to charge my insurance for the office vidit it and the x-rays. I tell her lets forget I have insurance and give me the $399 denture your sign on your door says x-rays and office visit free. She says they cant do that because when I came in I told her I had dental insurance and therefore have to use my dental insurance. Now I knew having called around to the other denture places that I was probably going to be out $500 out of pocket to get my bottom denture. What bothers me is the way that Aspen dental went about it. So common sense is thinking surely you told Aspen dental to go screw themselves.
