I pulled in for an oil change way too early, and Jerry kindly Reminded me that I am not due for an oil change yet, but popped my hood and topped off all my fluids for free.Sent me off with a $0 bill and an ice cold bottle of water. Really wanted to like this place because the reviews seem so good. Took almost an hour just for them to tell me they didnt have my filter. Then the employee told me none of the Take 5s in my area have it. Went to another place and was in and out in 15 minutes.

I went in on Thursday, February 4, 2021 after work I was in a rush just to find a place to service my Buick I was relieved to find that they could service my vehicle. The two guys working were Very friendly very professional and they explained everything that they were doing to my vehicle even though it was only an oil change and air in my tires they made me and Sampson (my car) feel important and like we mattered. That is the kind of service that you hope to get at most places but hard to find. Now that Ive found them I will continue to use them or another location close to my home but for now I will continue to go to them. I was so happy and appreciative I left a tip because Im from Vegas and that is just what we do for great service!! Great job guys and thank you again!

Oil change took a little longer than normal due to them training new techs, but service was great as normal!

My oil change was done quickly but they didn’t rush and they check all there work and are very friendly and with a veteran discount the price was great

Really honest guys, bought a new/used car and the old life was at 20%, so went to get the oil changed. They got in there and saw the oil was brand new, looked at it on carfax to confirm and told me to come back when it was time. Topped off the other fluids, filled up the air in my tires complimentary and sent me in my way. Will be back when the time comes.Thanks!

They are quick, professional and thorough. They don’t up charge!!! This is huge to me. Some places try to take advantage of women or those not mechanically knowledgeable. I really trust them. They even installed a wiper blade for free that I previously bought elsewhere & couldn’t install myself. No contact service - You stay in your car. My whole family uses them. I have dealt with the assistant manager directly a couple of times & appreciate his professional attitude.

I got a state inspection and the shop manager took great care of me! Offered us waters while we waited and changed my engine filter. Service was so fast and I didn’t leave my car

Ethan and Tyler were extremely quick, thorough, and friendly. We were able to get an oil change in 20 minutes and pretty much have everything else that could be checked on our car, checked. Ethan showed up all of our filters on the car to let us know what needed to be done or may need to be done eventually. They’re super knowledgeable and just respectful and friendly every time they bring up something about the car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR AN SERVICES.

I got such great service here! I stopped in for an inspection, but they even aired my tires and refilled my washer fluid. My brake light was out so the inspection failed, but they told me I could replace it and come back for free and made sure I knew how late the inspector would be there. When I came back, they got me in and done quickly. All the workers were courteous and gave great service. I recommend stopping here!

The new location on Belt Line in Farmers Branch did really well by providing outstanding service on my car! I got an oil change and they checked on other things to make sure everything else was okay. I got there a little after 6pm when I came from work and left about 30-40 minutes after! Ive been to other locations before and always provide excellent service and are so kind and professional too. Definitely worth going and they offer great deals too! I normally pay around $40 something but got this one for $23 with the coupon. Very satisfied, thank you Take 5!

Ive been there before and I never had a problem this time I went I literally sat in my car for 25 minutes they had one person in front of me four guys working on one car cuz then I will be with you in a minute so I didnt feel safe with the person that was working on the other guys car cuz it seemed like he didnt know what he was doing so I basically backed up and said Im leaving and the guys like were fixing to get to you and I was like no I dont feel comfortable or safe with that person working on my vehicle cuz he seems he doesnt know what hes doing so I definitely will not go there slow service slow people I would go to quick car any day over these people

Im not sure how new this place is but I definitely noticed it recently for the first time. Went in for an oil change which seemed reasonably priced and was done in less than 10 minutes. Never had to leave my car which was great. Ill definitely be back in the future for other services I might need.

I went for an oil change and inspection and oh my goodness the guys and this location were AMAZING! They were very informative and made sure that as a female I was aware of everything they were doing and the charges. They took the time to explain things to me and asked my permission before doing something. I really loved how knowledgeable and fast they were.

Employees very courteous. Obviously customer service is important to this company. I appreciate being treated like they want my business.

I wish i knew the guys name.... Anyway he helped me out a lot. And the cool thing about take 5 is that when you get your oil changed with them halfway before you are due back theyll top you off for free.

I took my car in for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. From looking at my receipt I was overcharged by at least $30. The 2 guys there were laughing while working on my car which was immature and unprofessional. It is also obvious that they were inexperienced since they made weird comments about the make/model of my car and told me that it would be difficult for them to change the oil filter and that I might see exhaust smoke coming out. After they completed the oil change and began putting the new wiper blades on my windshield it seemed like they were bragging about how they forgot many times to put the other customers wiper blades on. I wont be taking my car to another Take 5 Oil Change place ever again.

I am giving 5 stars because of the management and employees here. Kosta and his team were excellent. The downfall is the price. I wish take 5 would compete more on price. You guys would be so much more busier if you came down on your prices. I pay no more than 50 bucks at take 5 I paid dam near double that.
