I used to use this facility for detailing my car and i was so impressed of how clean and good job they performed. Yesterday i bring in my new car for detailing and looks like they are just cleaning it in rush. I was thinking of bringing my other car for detailing another day, but seeing how this was done, i will change my mind. Plus theres a scratches on the roof, probably from their car wash machine. I will take my car to other services from now on.

Spent $239 for clay bar and detailing. Clay bar and polish looked nice but I noticed the cap to the seat warmer is missing, there’s a scratch on the leather, and the carpet could have been shampooed much better. Also I was expecting a more thorough clean such as between the door and car frame by the windshield, and between the back window and top of car, a small brush could have gotten a lot of little spots (this is what I consider detailing) anyone can vacuum and wipe down obvious areas, but you pay someone to take the time to hit those areas a car wash don’t. Do you know what I mean? Ever seen your license plate area still dirty after a wash? A detailer would clean that.Of course if I brought this up to the business they’ll deny everything like accidentally vacuuming the car seat warmer button.

My family and I have used this Car Spa for several years and always had a great experience. The last 2 visits have been a total waste of my money. I took my SUV after a trip to the beach to get rid of all the sand and dog fur. The back seat hadn’t been vacuumed and was covered in sand and dog hair, the cargo still had a lot of sand. I didn’t feel like making a trip back so ended up vacuuming myself which I should have done in the first place. The last time I went, the inside and outside of the car looked almost the same as when I took it. After 10 years of my business I think I’ll be finding somewhere else from now on since I don’t want to make 2 trips for 1 wash or end up cleaning when I get home.

The service was terrible!! I am a club member go there often tip well!! Today for inside cleaning was very slow and I had interior clean which in the past look great not todayMy car sat there forever while others where leaving had to go out there twice and talk with them Employees seemed to be having more fun than working. I am noticing lots of negative comments on our Brookhaven neighborhood web site They definitely need some good management

I am highly satisfied with the customer service at car spa. The lid underneath my car came loose after an oil change. Travis came all the way to my house and fixed it. He was professional and timely. UPDATE:I went back to car Spa a 2nd time in may 2021, giving it a 2nd chance.I tried a complete wash inside + outside.Outside is OK : that’s why I give 2 stars.Inside is not acceptable : I’m publishing pictures of my car AFTER the wash.When I asked the team member to finish the work, I have been told « you should pay for highest price to get it clean ».I will definitely never come back

Had a recommendation to use car spa services for an interior shampoo of my vehicle . I purchased the interior seat detail and once I looked over my vehicle on the inside ...back seats did not seem to be touched. Windows dirty, center console and seat belt fasteners were all dirty. Seemingly it was only the front seats and a quick wipe down of interior is all that I received.. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service!

A very well done detailing of my vehicle. Marcelino and his crew did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. A recent car wash was also excellent.

Purchased unlim package of $50 per month on second use got into a shouting match with GM over placing the unlim sticker in my beautiful yet expensive vehicle that is of showroom floor quality. I asked employee can the sticker remain on card he relied yes before I made purchase. Quality of Carwash isn’t of highest quality it’s average at best. Wouldn’t recommend at all it’s over priced for no reason.

Whenever Im in Dallas I always stop here at car spa for gas and a wash and inside clean. They do an excellent job and great customer service and today was no exception. Renee at the front desk was very nice and professional.

Mind you, i just bought the car and wanted it cleaned up from the last owner.What exactly did they detail? There are smudges through out. Not happy at all...

Waste of money and time(especially full service clean) If you intend to get the inside of your car clean, this is not the place for you. You will not get your money’s worth! Few weeks ago they did oil change and cleaned fuel injectors on my 2002 Ford expedition and few weeks before that did whole inside detail including shampoo total excellence I give them all stars and totally recommend them as 7-9 years ago with my 2000 Ford Explorer xls always had it shining inside and out looking brand new I purchased it and took it there and there was one stain on floor carpet I didnt think they could get it out they got done and it was like what stain never ever disappointed thanks for great service love this place and will continue to go there !! ♥️🎯😊

Very poor quality. I got the Full service Platinum Plus. They vacuumed it, yes. But the interior looked the same way I brought it in. I expressed my concern to the manager. He tried to “clean” it Better but honestly.. I should have kept my money because I came home and did a better job in 3 min with a store bought spray . The exterior job wasn’t much to brag about either.

For the first time ever, I was not impressed with the car wash at all and will not be going back. I paid for the $31 wash as always, my Lexus NX looked exactly how I brought it in, especially from the inside. The rims were still dirty. I had to still go home and clean all my interior and my rims. There were stains on my mirrors where they were not wiped down and carpets were not vacuumed. What really upsetted me, that I had my toddler with me waiting and waiting and they never told me that my car was ready. I only knew it was ready because my toddler started crying and I began looking for the car. It was parked off to the side by the gas pumps not knowing why. As we were getting ready to leave, keys were not in the car. I asked one of the employees where there were and replied with just an I don’t know. He then saw I was upset and talked to another employee and also said I don’t know. I’m assuming who was the manager only pointed to the inside of the car wash without saying a word. Got my car keys from the cashier that also was rude and seemed as she didn’t want to work, just sliding then to me. I did not see the Caucasian man that usually would take care of me making sure my car was nice and perfect, but didn’t see him there this time. Very disappointed. Horrible experience.

Great deal for the price. I love driving out with that new car smell but I think you guys should invest in hiring a wash and detail inspection manager. I think relying on an employee to decide if he did a great job is not enough. For the most part my car was clean but it looks like they forgot a few spots. I paid for ther Express seat treatment which includes platinum full service wash. Not sure if they are supposed to clean mats and vacuum car but they didnt. Windows were dirty from the inside, leather in back seat doors were not wiped down, dash board was dusty, glove department was not wiped, bird poop was still on the trunk. I noticed all that in a 2 minute inspection of my car. A wash inspection manager would have caught it in 2 minutes and you would have a 5 star rating. Great place for ther money but I suggest checking your car before you leave.

I came here a few days ago to give it a try and since I was with my baby I only grabbed my purse, when they told me my car was ready I noticed MY RING WAS GONE!!! ( I take my ring off to not scratch the baby with the diamond ) I still haven’t heard ANYTHING FROM THEM until today when i called !!

Ive used Car Spa off and on over the past 20 years or so, I dont go frequently but when I want a nice thorough cleaning, I usually go here. Today i was disappointed. When I checked in with the oder-taker I told him what I wanted and he explicitly stated that the dashboards would be covered in the $50 seat package as well. He told me the car would be done in 35-45 minutes. Well, thats when things didnt go right.....first, the car wasnt ready at the 45 minute mark. My receipt was stamped at 8:08am, and that was after them having the car for a couple minutes already. My car wasnt ready till 9:37, about the 92 minute mark, and 45 minutes longer than promised! When reviewing what was done to my car, i noticed the dashboard hadnt been wiped off as promised, the guy told me it would be another $10 if I wanted it done. I told him the order taker said it was included, and then he half walked away, I told him I was upset and I asked him to tell the order taker he was wrong. I honestly dont know how being one of the first customers in the day can cause my car to be soooo late and un-finished in my mind. What the heck did they do for the extra 45 minutes...perhaps they can finish my car with an extra staff member or two before starting the car behind mine...anyway, there are plenty of other car washes around town and will not be going here any more.

My husband dropped his car off this morning after a weekend at the race track. He opted for a $200 detail to get a thorough clean inside and out as well as a wax. I also asked them to not put any fire shine on the slicks as it will ruin them. They soaked them in tire shine, potentially ruining the tires. Dustin assured us that hed have no problems with the task. The car was left in their hands for 8 hours while my husband and I carried onto work. When my husband showed up, they tried to tell him his car was clean and $200 worth of clean. The car was not clean whatsoever. It still had bug splatters everywhere as well as the shoe polish on the windows from the race. Instead of the manager, Dustin being courteous and apologizing profusely for the poor work he proceeded to argue.This place is the absolute worst in Addison and possibly DFW. They offer poor customer service, poor quality of work and horrible management.BEWARE!!!

Didnt check their work. I paid for a full interior package and they did not deliver. My car was an extra mess but these spots arent hidden under seats. There is dirt in obvious spots throughout my car. Im guessing they were rushing and didnt check their work. Pretty disappointing for over $100. The customer service was nice and facility is great but the work is unimpressive.

I guess some could say pricey, but you pay for quality service. They have many different levels of service to cover any budget. The lobby has comfortable chairs with multiple TV screens fir when you wait. Try them, you wont be disappointed.

This is the most worst place I have ever been. My car was clean by itself, I just wanted to get some stains out of my seats and greasy dirt off the carpets. They just dint do anything right. the dirt and the stains are still there. They give an excuse that they cannot be removed. Why was this not told before you inspected my car. ? Id have not done it. The most pathetic and disappointment was they scratched up my Hood and left passenger door inside. Attached are the pictures of fresh dents and scratches on my car in there detail area.Really disappointed on the service. Not even worth a penny. The so called Blackfire package is another non value add thing. I am really disappointed. This was a place I decided to go because of a friend who suggested me for its good service. I AM NOT GONNA RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FOLKS TO THIS PLACE. When I explained to same person on the situation he denied that it was not done here. Hate this place. Gonna take this to consumer affairs.

I love Car Spa! They are always friendly and fast, and for $36 theyll make your car feel new again, inside and out. This location is walking distance to a Sonic, so you can grab a drink or snack while you wait. Ive also had them change my oil and windshield wipers, and prices were reasonable.

My first time here and is what expected, the service is kinda bad cus heater the cashier who attends is not trained or i guess unexperienced, why? Cus when i get to the register im that kind of people who wait to be attended and that never happened even when i was in line, so i got to say hi first, the car wash is ok i paid for the $26.99+tax service and the exterior was fine just fine the interior was bad like if they didnt cleaned. i get for what paid for so yeah i wasnt expect that much but it was worse than i expected jajaja they can do better i gues but like i said u will get for what u pay for.My recommendation go if u are on a hurry go or go with the expectation of the comments and dont expect that much, u know?Thanks car spa..!!

Got a $19.99 outside wash and basic interior vacuum. The outside was a bit heavier than normal and it is abiut 50% clean. Essentially i will need to rewash this again to actually get it clean. I was not told id need a deep clean nor was that even an option.

I hate to say I didn’t have a great experience with Car Spa. I had my car detailed and it came back to me with dust all over the back of the seat and grease all over the accessories where they had sprayed and not finished polishing. I asked them to vacuum it again and the pictures show how it came back to me the SECOND time. I had pointed out the dust on the carpet and the only thing done was moving the seat forward to cover the dirt. At this point I was ready to leave since the guy who had been in charge of the car made me feel uncomfortable by saying “nice eyes..” in a sleezy manner as I was getting back into my car. I took the car back the next day and the manager himself fixed the car. While I appreciate that effort, I’m mostly bummed about the scratch on the mirror that appeared after the first time they attempted to detail the car. I’m generally not one to give bad reviews, but I do hope this inspires them to pay more attention to detail in a detailing business!

Passed this place 100 times since I moved here, never stopped. They are always super busy. Now I know why, for $10.00 I got Bronze level exterior wash, underbody, triple foam wax, hand tire shine, foam polish, clear coat rinse. I will go back again well worth the price.

We also prepaid for our daughters car wash and when she went to redeem it they said they had no record of it.

Excellent place to give your car a love, I really recommend it 100% and to the staff that attends I give it 5 stars.

I have to run my vehicle through twice every time because they dont get it clean and the prices are very high for what you get! They never pre wash any part of your vehicle.

Edit: last time I brought my car here, my sunglasses went missing. I let the manager know, and he didnt seem to care or apologize. Im more bothered by the way the situation was handled was such apathy, and although they overall do great work, Im not going to bring my car here anymore.Great value and they do a phenomenal job cleaning! This is only my second time, but Ill definitely keep coming! Now, I will say, they did forget the air freshener and to call my car when it was done so I probably sat there extra long, but it was a busy day, so its understandable.

They Do Not leave ur car clean.. they dont even try to hide the fact tht they dont vaccum correctly nor clean ur windows properly.. they take forever only for u to discover they didnt leave ur car clean....such bad service its sad

Quick errand turns into an ordeal. I purchased a platinum wash package and expected to be there for 30 minutes or less. Incredibly, they somehow managed to lock my smart key in my running car and didn’t bother to come tell me. I was waiting outside and after 30 minutes of seeing cars ahead of me finish and leave, I went searching for my car. One of the workers told me it was locked and parked in front of wash exit. I went inside to find manager. He kept telling me how this could have occurred and didn’t offer any suggestions for making it right. When I asked what they were going to do about it, he only offered to move me to head of vac & finish line once I figured out how to get it unlocked along with a brief “I’m sorry.” I told him it was inadequate response, but he clearly didn’t know how to handle a situation that was clearly their fault with any degree of customer service. Luckily, boyfriend was able to bring my spare key and limit my loss of work income to only 1.5 hours. Car was running entire time, lost an extra hour of paid work, boyfriend had to leave work and I paid $27 for the ‘experience.’ And I’m still baffled at how they managed to accomplish the feat of locking a smart key inside a running vehicle.

They have a nice little niche going on over here! I was over this way & decided to take a chance & get my car inspection done here---glad I did--free car wash too! They got a nice setup inside, relaxing, everyone wearing their masks, etc. I would have given 5 stars but wasnt told I had a choice of days to get carwash done when I checked in, so after waiting approximately 30 minutes for the inspection (not bad), I couldnt just ride off into the sunset but had to wait 30 minutes more for the carwash (bummer)...all because the cashier didnt tell me I had a choice of days when I stated I wanted a carwash. I was so ready to go that I didnt get the name of the guy that got my car thru & wiped down my car---he knows who he is & was awesome! If Im ever over-the-way and need my car hooked up they have my business despite the minor boo-boo!

I would not recommend this place. This is the second time Ive had a bad experience here. I thought the first time was a fluke and wanted to give them another chance. I paid $109.99, and went back to pick up my car two hours later after they called me to let me know it was finished, and the interior of my car was still dirty. (The attached pics are after it had been cleaned.) I drove back there to let them know. The young man came out to inspect my car, and he cleaned the areas I showed him, but he did not offer an apology at any point for the inconvenience or poor attention to detail. Terrible.

I waited for ever and asked for vacuum and car wiped out and air freshener paid 16.99 and look at this my car waste even that dirty I’m not even ocd clean but this come on guys step it up won’t be returning ever first and last time smh

I stopped by to get a state car inspection and it was so quick! Renee at the front was very kind and informative. I even received a free car wash after my inspection! There looks to be free coffee in the waiting area. I would give the place 5 stars if it werent for the Fox news on the TV.

If you get a vehicle inspection there, you have to sit and watch when the inspection is done and your keys go up to the counter. Dont wait for the cashier to call you, she barely knows whats going on. This is the second time Ive gotten an inspection there, and waited long after the car was inspected.

They dont do the service you expect, I pay $ 80 to get the car delivered the same as I take it! I prefer to wash it myself. If you are going to offer a service please give quality because it is not cheap to wash a car with you!

This location actually did a great job on the cleaning of my car. They however cracked my windshield in the process. When i spoke with the manager about it he told me that he has 20 years of experience and there is no way he could’ve done it.Well my insurance company disagrees.

Disappointed with service paid 179.99 for full details . I don’t see my car polished properly, the inside storage cabin was left dirty . Engine bay was left in dirt not even leafs were removed . Bumper seemed to left the way it is just wash no polish .. really disappointed not using their service again. Mats were not washed properly, Spent an hour cleaning stuff that they left untouched.

The window washer was extremely rude.

Cleaned the interior of my Jeep really well and helped eliminate the throw up odor from the night before. There were a lot of cars there but they work efficiently and got it out in an hour, 30 minutes earlier than the estimated time. Will use them again if needing a good detail or another incident happens!

Spent waaay to long there. The way they make you pull your car to a bay by pointing...over there. Just not some place Ill return.

Paid for them to clean the inside of the car and use vanilla freshener and it looks like they didn’t even touch the inside but grab some trash out. Definitely no freshener either. Outside looks great though

Paid extra for one mat to be wiped down.I had to show them what needed to be cleaned Inside wasnt cleaned very well. Had to do it myself. Wasnt vacuumed well either. Outside was good though.

My car hadn’t been washed in quite awhile and I even had rust forming on my alloy wheels. I wasn’t expecting the excellent detail that was performed on my interior at the price I paid and they somehow got my rims to look like new. Very satisfied with the service and price! My daughter and I were in and out within 30-35 minutes as promised.

For the price 130 you can expect little more.

Honestly they are pretty average and get the job done. However I would not advise paying for their most expensive detail. Totally not worth it. I had to ask them to clean some obvious details in the front my car and they looked at me like I was a jerk for asking. For 180$ it should perfect.

Dropped my truck off to try and have water spots removed. We had the $375 dollar wax done and I dont think that includes the inside of my truck if it did then I rate it one star. I pick my truck up and they have multiple spots where the paste was still streaked on my paint. But the best part is how the chemical took my black plastic handles and drained all the black off to a nice faded white in multiple spots. They dont take pride in the work and it shows.

My truck had a horrible smell in it due to spilled water and the heat and I came here to get my carpets cleaned. I ended up having to come back two times to get the smell out, because the first job didnt work and they were closed the second time around. Instead of having to pay another 50.00 for the ozone clean/treatment, the manager Mauricio took matters into his own hands and made sure I was taken care of and he was AMAZING!!!!! He rectified the situation so well and turned my experience with this horrible situation around. After going through this, I now know what service I need to get, if in fact this happens again. His type of management skills is what we need in the workforce today. Whoever gave this man this position knew what they were doing. When all was done, he wanted to shake my hand and thank me for my business, but instead he got a huge HUG!!! THANKS AGAIN CAR SPA!! 10 stars for this location, not because they have awesome customer service, but because they make things right!

The inspection process is quick. You’re in and out within 20 min, maybe less. On top of that, they give you a free car wash. Not bad for something you have to do every year.
