Management is very terrible. They only care about rent money and security deposit when you move. They dont remove snow in time and only give excuses when you call them. Look somewhere else. We only realized theyve taken our security deposit a month after we move out. They will say anything to keep your security deposit, including lying. They took our money for a hole that never existed. They could not even show us what they took our security deposit for. Live here and regret later.

If I could give higher I would. When any problems arise a long term solution is made.It’s a quiet building and the washers are pretty much always available.You really can’t beat the price for what you get. I’m going to staying much longer than I originally planned.

Great office staff. Lived in one of the “Brown Stone” buildings and had a great experience. The neighbors were great and the neighbors who weren’t great the office took care of. Reasonable prices. Cute clean apartment buildings. Good location. Overall great place to live.

I never had problem with anything over here in Flagstone. Considering it is a goldmark management and has reputation not having good management i honestly had no problems. Maintenance was done within 24 hrs of notice. The apartments are clean. The neighbors are not loud and have had no noise complaints. I lived here for more than a year i would recommend people to check this apt out.

I lived in the brownstone apartments for two years and loved them. The management at flagstone is awesome. They were always friendly and whenever I had a manintance issue it was taken care if right away. Great place to live.
