I would not recommend renting from PRG. I lived here for 6 years. each time I signed a new lease prior to the other being up and they still would over charge my account each time for an additional $50 and have to refund back because they didnt update the system that I was in a new lease.When it came time to move out they did not once give the legally required 24 hour notice of showing. I work from home and was not able to be out of my apt prior, they still showed it while I was in a meeting rather than rescheduling as I requested.After I moved out they still pulled rent from my account even after cancelling my autopayment. I saw the pending charge and called multiple times with no call back.They made me do my check out before the end of the month due to their schedule and would no prorate my rent back to me for checking out early.

Good quiet place to live with a low crime neighborhood and nice neighbors and all around great place to call home. Was well worth my time spent here. I loved it greatly and the staff was amazing to work with.

When I moved in my friend (who referred me) was supposed to get 500$ off of her next months but she didn’t because of their incompetence and poor communication in the office.AIso, months later I got a notice that my rent was going up even though I was under the impression that I had 3 months left on my lease. Well apparently I didn’t fill out my new lease agreement correctly so instead of COMMUNICATING with me that I messed up the agreement they just sent me that letter that my price was going to go up. I called them (they didn’t answer on the first call like usual) and asked them about my price change and then told me (3 months later) that I signed my lease wrong so it never went through. I asked them if I could go back and fill out the lease agreement correctly and keep my current agreement and they said “No, my hands our tied. We have 18 buildings, and 35 moves each month so we don’t have the time to make sure that each agreement is signed correctly” as an excuse. To me this seems like I’m being taken advantage of for my money and/or they don’t know what they’re doing.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Awful company. Impossible to get ahold of and when you finally speak to someone they are not willing to help in any way.We asked them to fix our door and they told us they would be there within three days and they didn’t show up for two weeks.Our apartment was absolutely disgusting when we moved in and the carpets had not been cleaned.When we moved out they took all of our deposit saying they had to clean for 8 hours after we had cleaned it ourselves for two days and it was way cleaner than it was when we moved in.Make sure to take pictures and document everything because they will try to overcharge you.I do not recommend this company at all.

We went in and signed another 1 year lease. The person that helped us was great. The door on the washer is broken but I reminded him about it and the directory is not up to date yet. We have lived there for a year and it has not been fixed. Hopefully it will soon.

Very unpleasant experience. Getting in touch with someone seems to be very difficult whenever you have questions or problems. Ive had multiple phone calls and emails go unanswered, so it is unclear who else to contact at their main office when you still have issues. I would not recommend living at one of their properties.Update - In response to the company replying to this review, here are some examples of the unpleasant experience:• Ive had a refrigerator fail on me. I was down a fridge for a week. I had a friend bring me a mini-fridge to get by while waiting for the replacement relay.• Ive had issues with my wall a/c-heater unit. In addition to the maintenance request on this subject, Ive had multiple emails go to management about ice build-up on the unit. You can feel wind blowing around/through the unit, causing ice to build-up when cold enough. I finally had someone on-site look at it after he fixed my leaking sink, he put in his own maintenance request to have someone to come and try to stop the wind from blowing in. His maintenance request was answered in a couple days, whereas mine was still open/active from the month prior.• Noise complaints... Ive had issues with someone stomping and pounding on the floor above me. At times, its bad enough that they shake my floor, rattle my light fixtures, and rattle my window blinds. There are times where theyll also be in one place and rapidly stomping or banging on the floor. Regardless of the recordings shared with management, I have not had any resolution.

Great staff, great location! we loved it here! we hated to leave; our family size simply outgrew this fantastic apartment, otherwise we would have stayed for life! great mix of retired, professional, and students. we knew many of our neighbors.

Ive lived at 2 Property Resources Group buildings in the last handful of years. Ive always thought management was on top of everything. Common areas were clean. The grounds looked good. Parking lots were well maintained. I wish the buildings had elevators, but for the price, it was a great deal!

I loved renting with PRG they were always great to my family! Our apartment was very spacious and for a wonderful price. The yard was always maintained and comman areas were always clean.. Only downfall was when we moved in the place wasnt the cleanest, but Amanda worked with us a gave us options! Definitely will be referring my friends and family!

Worst company ever. Discrimination at its finest. my women is african american and we had all the credentials to get in. We got a big family and really needed the place. He calls us and tells us that we did not meet the credentials on both parts. Which is a complete lie.. why would I waste 80 dollars if I knew we couldnt get in.. pos company and pos people..

There was SO many things wrong with this place. Absolutely DO NOT RENT from them. Ive rented from many rental companies and this one is awful. First, when you try to call the apartment office you get redirected to a foreign call center... Ive never heard of anything like this. There is virtually no way to call and talk to anyone locally. I lived in a dog friendly apartment building that was disgusting. No one picked up after their dog. Garbage from other renters was frequently spilled around the trash receptacle, making the grass and public areas look disgusting. A lot of times there were dirty diapers in the trash around the building. Also, the snow removal was terrible. We were to shovel out a few feet from out garage, and the plow was supposed to take care of the rest. This did not happen on at least two occasions in winter 2018, making it very difficult to get out of my garage. Also, the cameras in the entry ways dont work. We had a package stolen and called to see if we could view the cameras and the worker said the cameras didnt work! How unsafe is that? Lastly, I was charged for drip pans at checkout that I bought brand new and replaced. The guy (first day on the job?) who did my checkout walkthrough absolutely did NOT check that I needed to replace drip pans, but somehow I still got charged $30 for them.Overall, theyre an absolute sham of a rental company and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever.

I am looking for an apartment in Thief River Falls, MN. They have apartments available, but apparently do not want to rent them. I have been calling the rental office in TRF and the Fargo office with no luck on getting ahold of anyone willing to help me. I just wish someone would answer my voicemails and phone calls. Guess I’ll have to look elsewhere.

My overall experience with PRG has been great! Office staff has been responsive to my emails and questions. When I had my A/C go out ( on one of the hottest days yet) maintenance was so quick to respond and get the issue fixed. Very pleased with PRG and recommend to anyone looking for a reputable rental company!

I just moved into my new unit yesterday, and the place was in beautiful shape! Very clean, Marissa was wonderful to work with! The whole leasing experience has been easy and they were very patient with us while we decided on what unit we liked and when we wanted to move in. Great company!

The buildings are very nice because theyre new. However, communication is really bad with the part time and full time staff. The parking lot is not big enough to have guests. During winter, I had to call in to work because they didnt start plowing snow in the parking lot until very late. Maintenance...yeah, Ill leave it at that. I would not recommend living in their properties. The communication is very poor and it because frustrating overtime. Ive told them how I felt and yet no change or consideration for change.

Ive been renting for over a decade and this is the worst company Ive dealt with. It was the dirtiest carpet Ive ever had. It was never cleaned (carpet and whole apartment) upon moving in. One of the toilets in my apartment didnt flush the whole time I lived there, even though it was fixed by maintenance. I had multiple packages stolen during my short time here, and after calling the rental office to discuss it they told me its not their problem. They said they didnt have cameras even though I see them in the lobby by the mailboxes. The staff is beyond rude for any kind of reasonable request, which includes barging into the apartment unannounced and waking up sleeping children. The hallways go uncleaned as do the dumpster cages. Ive never seen a cleaner around to maintain common areas. If youre considering renting from these condescending slumlords, do yourself a favor get the hell away as fast as possible. They only want your money and dont give two rips about the good people who are renting their homes. They go out of their way to make you feel like you are the problem in their lives, not the one providing them a living.

Theyve been pretty nice and the rent is decently priced. Theyre honest about the contract and warned us about what could happen if we did something(like if we left without giving a 3 month notice). which was much appreciated. that was great, especially for the fact that Im a first time renter.always let us know when maintenance would happen and the maintenance team responds quickly to broken stuff. which is super awesome, literally fixed a broken sink hours after we reported it.the quality of the apartment we rented was very nice, and for the price we pay its really a nice place, I definitely suggest them over the competing companies (such as goldmark)

Worst rental company I have ever worked with. Staff is inconsiderate and rude. Force you into paying more for everything. Properties are small, and parking lots are not properly taken care of. Do not enforce any rules such as pet waste management and smoking. Complete lack of professionalism and do not care about renters experience what so ever. Absolutely do not recommend.

This property is unfair about therapy pets and if you want to rent with a therapy animal dont say a word till you have the keys and are all approvedthen you will get hit with the unfair comments and reasons why they cant rent from you, get real pgr trash your answers for why only came after informing a leasing agent thatworks for you we hadtherapy animals

Heat wont work and obviously there is no one to get a hold of to fix that pr other problems. Funny thing is maintenance is around to enter the apartment without notice like stated in the lease for things they find more important when no one is home.

Not all all impressed with this company. Ive lived in one of their apartment buildings for a year and a half and when I called them with a complaint they sounded like they didnt care. My boyfriend lives 3 hours away so when he told me he was having flowers delivered for our anniversary I was thrilled. I knew the buzzer for the building was broken (hasnt worked since I moved in) so I left a note for fedex to just leave them and went in to work for a couple extra hours. Shouldnt be a big deal right? Fedex sent me an email when they delivered the package so when I saw it about an hour later I left work and went home to check for my flowers. They were gone, I checked every option. While standing at the top of the stairs I heard someone down in the basement level mention something about stealing and flowers. When I called and told the main office all of this they said they couldnt do anything because there was no evidence and Id signed the note for fedex. Well, if your buzzer box worked I wouldnt have volunteered to go in to work and I could have waited for them to come and would have known when they did. Your lack of apathy when I called does not help your cause. Thanks for ruining a day that should have been celebrated.

DO NOT RENT FROM THE COMPANY PERIOD. They do not follow up with move outs, maintenance issues, check-out inspections. They play the blame game with anyone and everyone on the management team. Be warned, they are a headache to deal with.

If I could, I wouldve given them no stars. Ever since day one, Ive had problems with them. WAY too many to list. I moved out in May of this year and Im still having problems with them. The staff are terrible at responding back, Ive called more than once and left messages. I would not recommend this place to rent from.

If you rent from them be sure you dont have to move for a family emergency or employment. They will be dishonest to you be it to your face or over the phone, when they say they will try to rent it in the event you have to break a lease. They had four months to rent our apartment because I had to move for a job and never bothered. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
