This is the only one star review Ive ever left in my life. I was lied to about available parking before moving in and the only excuse was the agent I spoke to on the phone didnt know any better. The only remedy they offered was suggesting I illegally leave my car in hour parking because it usually isnt an issue. I was charged for cleaning after paying for a professional service. I wrote a check from the wrong checkbook and fixed it the same day, was still unable to pay with check the rest of my lease, additionally a rentbureau report was filed months and months later, even though I was assured my mistake was fixed in a timely manner and nothing would come of it. There were weeks where the handle on the front door was hanging off, this happened multiple times, the washing and drying machines are broken constantly. The apartments are cheap, the vinyl flooring curls up and theres a strange smell- especially in the stairwells and halls. You could pay the same amount for a much nicer space. Every time there was a problem or misunderstanding (of which there were many), Cindy the property manager was callous, unwilling to help, and unprofessional. None of my neighbors had a good experience with her. Refused to give me any way to contact a superior, which meant all of my issues sit unresolved! Absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a property manager, super pathetic.

I lived in Waldorf square and when I moved in I thought it was going to be amazing, but the only good thing was unit we moved into the view and the layout of the apartment and the location. I had a parking permit and could never get a spot because of people who didnt have permits parked there we brought it to the landlords attention alot, my car was vandalized multiple times and was promised a spot in the underground garage (when we moved in I was 3rd in line when I called in about the vandalism I was 17th) and course the landlord didnt do ANYTHING. The maintenance guy couldnt fix anything we complained multiple times about the same issues. Trying to get ahold of management ha Yeah right they wouldnt answer the phone so youd have to go down to the office and hope someone is in there.
