The apartments are spacious and management is super nice, especially Mikhaila!The reason Im leaving this review now is because we are currently having work done on our front steps and management left us a note on our door saying they had already talked to the post office about an alternate way of getting into the building so that we can still get our mail. I just thought that was very thoughtful of them to do.

My little family just moved into here and were already so happy with the change!! Prices are reasonable as well.

These apartments are BREATHTAKING, YES I LIVE HERE, Im glad they gave me and my fiance a chance, but management has changed alot over the past couple months, they care less and wont look at your history of paying ontime into consideration and will try to evict you at the first sight of paying late, REMINDING YOU THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW I AM JUST STATING THE CHANGES I DISAGREE WITH AND SHOULD KNOW BEFORE MOVING HERE. Ive dealt with or atleast spoke with every worker in the office old and new, Ive gotten bangs at my door not KNOCKS, BUT BANGS, IVE HAD MY BUSINESS TOLD TO RANDOM PEOPLE WHO I HAD OVER FOR 30 MINUTES,THEY TOLD THIS RANDOM PERSON ALL MY BUSINESS JUST BECAUSE THEY ANSWERED MY DOOR, (REMINDING YOU THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHO LIVES IN MY APARTMENT) I LOVE THIS PLACE DONT GET ME WRONG KEEP YOUR BILLS PAID AND IT WILL BE NO PROBLEM WITH THESE GUYS I JUST WISH THEY HAD MORE LOVE OR A GRACE PERIOD FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR A LITTLE WHILE, AND I KEEP COMMUNICATION, BUT MANAGEMENT ARE KINDA HEARTLESS NOW SO I HONESTLY AVOID THEM AND RATHER DROP MY MONEY ORDER IN THE DROP BOX THEN TO HAVE TO TALK TO ANY OF THEM AT THIS MOMENT. AND I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT PERSON IS TALKING ABOUT THEY FIX ANY PROBLEM IN YOUR APARTMENT VERY FAST AND EFFICIENTLY.

Sheridan Pointe is awful. I havent had one good experience living here. My boyfriend and I moved in November, and weve had problems every since. These people are crooks. They waited a day to cash my months rent a day before my next months rent was due. I told them our water heater wasnt working right, because wed wash dishes and wed run out of hot water. Legally, theyre required to fix anything that is broken in our apartment. Nothing has been done. Theres water damage on the floor by the toilet, and mold on our ceiling. Its disgusting. The people in Sheridan Pointe were charging a college student late fees even before he moved in. This place is horrible, the people are horrible. If you want to keep your money, and sanity, dont move in any places through Goldmark.

Goldmark is getting better, the staff in the office do care, hoping they replace my carpet and tile.

If I could give this property, the management, the staff, and everything about this place LESS THAN one star I WOULD. Sheridan Pointe management and staff are a JOKE!!! Kendall, the property manager, is an idiot who chooses to not fix items that SHOULD BE fixed prior to a tenant moving out of their apartment until AFTER the tenant moves out, then charges them for it! Dont waste your time on these apartments. The manager, Kendall is unwilling to budge with his ways, and a female staff seemed like they had no idea what they are doing more than 90% of the time, especially regarding assistance with moving and maintanence.

Very fast at fixing my problem. I was impressed.
