When i first moved in it was nice, then certain people moved in and it kinda went downhill. Laundry room kept getting broke into, doors being propt open, trash everywhere. But in last few months it has gotten better, we appreciate the signs about the trash and laundry rooms and people propt doors. Doors are still being ripped open and propt. I have small kids as so do many residents so sometimes i worry about them. So many strange people been hanging around. But, the office is great, maintenance is excellent. When i needed something it was done. And i like that management has been trying to clean it up. And i have seen the difference. Starting to feel comfortable again. Ilike renting from timberland. Very professional. They seem sincere in there property and tenants. I would recommend to anyone!!!😊

We were unable to attend our final walk-through due to covid restrictions. That itself is reasonable, but management regularly entered our apartment without masks throughout the pandemic.

Very affordable and nice apartment. When something happens or breaks they respond quickly. Also the office workers are very friendly and helpful.
