Everyone was nice to me when I was there it was nice and sanitary it wasnt my first time there but I go there to get my nails done and I have a nice experience there its the prices arent too high and the nails never look boring if they cant do the designs you want they tried to do something similar to it so you can still be satisfied with your nails as someone who is younger than most normal people who go there they didnt try to take advantage of me and my money and I respect that all the workers that was there was nice and respectful if there was an option for 10 Stars I would definitely pick that all Im saying is if youre planning to get your nails done soon this place is highly recommended in my book 👍🏼 if any of the workers or even if the owner sees this post I just want to personally thank you for that lovely experience keep up the good work -d

The service is horrible!!! I will not return. The outcome of their service is bad and painful. My fingers hurt still after getting a fill-in. They dont last and they dont take pride in their work. The prices are ridiculously outrageous for the work performed. I got my nails done yesterday and they look horrible today. Shop needs to be closed down.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I asked for a manicure with gel. The pictures attached were outside of the nail shop (you can see the mall in the background), and in the parking lot immediately after walking to my car, and two of them were when I got home. The more my fingers kept bleeding, and walking outside and seeing how bad they really were, I walked back in and asked for a refund. They told me no. He told me that I could come back to get them fixed once my fingers heal. I told him that I do not want them touching my nails again. He just kept saying no refunds and pointing to the wall. I went to the mall office. I spoke with the manager’s secretary and showed her my fingers. She literally cringed. Per her advice, I am filling out a formal complaint with the mall, and calling my bank to dispute the charge. She also advised me to go to the doctor because of how bad they looked. I even went back in a few days later and asked them to fix them, they told me it would be $15 to fix. It is a huge scam. I wish I had seen these other reviews before going. Now I know why they would have to put this sign up in the first place. The bubbles you see are from when my fingers started to bleed and he put the gel over the dried blood. It is a recurring issue for them based off all the reviews I have read. My fingers were sore for days. I took antibiotics just incase. It is by far the worst service I have ever had in my life. DO NOT CHANCE IT! To say this place is a joke would be an understatement. I am so outraged. I should have never paid. Looking back now I really wish I wouldn’t have. I should have had mall security called on me and they could have seen them.

Awful experience. Messed up my nails twice, refused to repair and just incredibly unprofessional. Would not offer discount for poor service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I feel terrible saying this because the owner is a sweet lady and so are most of the workers.... but the work is medicore. Ive been coming here because its convenient but today was the last straw. My nails are lumpy and with bumps and some are crooked. On top of that they advertise enforcing masks but they dont. Im all for your own opinion on masks but respect the businesses enough to wear one when visiting. And as a business owner the lady should not be scared to confront these people because they risk her getting shutdown.

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Tony. I followed Tony from Sacramento to here because he is just awesome. After observing and reading all reviews no one would ever touch my feet from here except for Tony. He legitimately cares about his customers and shows them through his work.

I was paying for myself and my daughter . They tried to overcharge me. When U questioned the lady argued with me. Finally the guy doing my daughters nails stepped in and fixed it

I love this place! My daughter gets her nails done here regularly, and they always turn out beautiful! We also do our waxing and pedicures here. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Wevebeen happy every time.

Ugh... Where do I begin...Called in a specifically asked for a fill and trim. The man over the phone said 15 dollars. Made an appointment. When I came in, they ask me what I want. I said I had made an appointment for a fill and trim (apparently they didnt book it).The older lady who started doing my nails used the shaving tool too long on my nail bed it started to hurt and I kept pulling my hand back. She looked so annoyed that I was doing that when it came time to trim, she unevenly cut them. When I tried to voice that it needed to be evened more, she said she was going to upcharge me for it. (so stupid) at that point I wanted it to just be over.Long story short, my nails were uneven, not smooth, and she went past my nail bed when she did the fill with the acrylics. Honestly.. you cant argue with them either. So I dont recommend going here. Just a bunch of inexperienced techs trying to upsell stuff they cant even do with horrible customer service.Udate: oct 31st.After my hair was getting stuck, I took off my nail polish and this is the results of what they call a fill... Terrible. This place needs to be shut down.

I just got my toes done i got all white and they look horrible i was there over 30 mins drying my toes and when I put my socks on it instantly removed the nail color from my toes really cheap polish that is overpriced I dont recommend

Im so mad at myself for going here. I finally decided to treat myself, which I never do and Im left with a huge mess, maaterial all over my fingers, horribly pained nail beds, sore fingers and it cost me $40 bucks! I showed the nail lady a picture of exactly what I wanted, shape, length color and detail. I stopped her from doing the detail because we were already 2 hours in and I was trying to hide my frustration. She was very nice but not professional at all. She asked me to call the mall security for her while she was working on my right hand. She apparently lost her wallet the night before and couldnt call herself. I dont get it.. I feel like she was just trying to get me to feel bad for her. The sign out front says $25 for a full set so idk why this cost $15 more. I will NEVER return and I will do my best to warn everyone.

Never going back here again. the staff that did my nail was creepy af. even talked to me and i just didn’t respond as I am uncomfortable. the old guy staff even pushed me to do gel nails instead of the regular cause i was on the budget. he even frowned when i emphasized that i only like a regular manicure. don’t even bother going here. should’ve listened to the reviews before going...

So. I went here the first time about two years ago and the service was very poor but I looked passed it, the lady that did my nails decided she was going to be on the phone the entire time and do on the side business transactions as in sell cell phones. She kept getting up and talking to other people that weren’t even getting their nails done. They were trying to buy phones. Ok. It took two hrs to get my nails done. I laughed it off. I went here again a couple of weeks ago because I always give everything a second chance. Obviously, my fault but the place started flooding and my shoes were soaking on the floor then the guy was trying to clean it up and give me a pedicure and the paint was on my skin. He didn’t even scrub my feet or anything just water and lotion on my Ankles only not even my legs. I’m not even upset. Just fair warning there is a reason why they have 1.9 stars. I will not go back and I warned you along with 10 other people. Best of luck to you.

Came here the week of my wedding to get my nails done with my sister, not only was the lady EXTREMELY RUDE but she gave me nowhere near what I asked for (even though I had a picture, I told her I wanted it as close to the picture as she could)She essentially only gave me half of what I asked for, she put on the gel and painted them with a base color and stopped, leaving me with plain nails. I realized it was fine because I didnt trust her to finish the job anyways, so as I went to go tell my sister (who was washing her hands) that we should leave, I turn and see my nail technician, KNOCK MY PHONE ON THE GROUND. Given, it was an accident, but she immediately put it back on the counter, face down. I go back and see that she cracked my screen in 2 places.As a bride dealing with a lot on her plate, I wouldve appreciated an apology, in the least. But no, she sat back texting and sighing without saying a word to me.

I picked a 35 deluxe pedi which included a 10 min massage, it was 4 min which is standard, I was to get exfoliating scrub, nope, put on, take off only. I had to tell her to cut my nails. She disappeared for about 10 min, I can go on and on. Btw no manager to dispute charge so I paid and left

Went to get my nails done and the guy did them too quick not paying attention. A day later they started feeling like I’d gotten them done two weeks ago. Will not be going back!

I had a great experience there today. They accommodated me right away asked what i needed. Before i knew it, my water was drawn. Picked my color. Sat down and a lil old man came to do my nails after. I used the massage chair found a comfortable setting i liked then put on the 30 min timer. Felt so good. The nail guy was shaky and old i was worried...but he did a great job. I will so go back, and even go to him!

The nails the tech gave me didnt last a week. I got pink and white acrylic. I went to nails by Teresa in Napa to them fixed. Ive never had a problem there.

Good job doing nails but no longer going for multiple bad experiences! I been here probably 4-5 for convenience and i just cannot support this business anymore. Once, I asked to get my eyebrows done and they were so bad I went somewhere else to get them fixed. Still charged. No apology. Then, I went another time to do my nails and the man who was assisting me cut himself and refused to let go of my hands even though I had blood on both hands from him. I went up to manager frightened as I had a cut AND his blood on me and she laughed and asked someone else to assist me. NO APOLOGY again and still charged even though I shouldnt have done so. THEN, a friend wanted to do a pedi, we were already tired from shopping so once again we go here and days later she got a fungus. I encourage people to really put their experiences here to warn others.

Honestly not even good enough to have 1 star. Never will I ever go to this salon again. They dug so deep into my nail and it split in half and is now holding onto a tiny bit of skin. Im about to have half a nail now.

Unfriendly.....lady that did my nails started talking a little after me talking. Worse part I got my nails done March 20th on my 40th and 3 days later my thumb nail broke off and numerous nails are lifting. Cause 2 others to fall off by the 28th and now have 2 more ready to go and it’s been 11 days!!! What a waste of $35!

Never again will I get a pedicure here done ! Guy didn’t even take his time he was rushing through paid for the massage didn’t even get one the French tip that I got looks like they drew a line across and the polish is all on the sides didn’t even bother cleaning the sides up !

Im a 35 year old woman whos been to nail salons all over the country, including salons in Europe. This is the fist time Ive ever been compelled to write a review. Why? Terrible terrible service. Time and time again I try to give them another chance since they have SO many workers. Each and everytime Im waiting or theyre hurting me. Today I went in at 8:20 for a simple manicure and waited for 30 mins to be told they couldnt help me and were closing. Unbelievable.

This place is awful. Kids 12 and under are $8 for a basic mani yet they insisted it was $10 for my 12 year old. The lady walked away multiple times with my card and there was some issue yet she didnt take moment to explain why to me. I will for sure be watching my bank account closely and will probably just get a new card. In 2 days the polish chipped terribly. I went back in to have it fixed and it was a terribly awkward experience.

I call ahead of time on a Sunday to make sure they can take me because they close at 6, the person who answer tell me not a problem I can come over.Once I arrive they told me they cant do anything because they are about to close it was 5:40pm.I explain that I calland who ever answer told me it was ok to come....but they just didnt care that all, so dissappinted. Now seeing the reviews Im glad I didnt get service there, it could be worse. Save your time and look for a better place and pay attention to reviews.

They were rude and got annoyed when I kept asking them to file down my nails more, and they still ended up to long. They tried to confuse me and other people into paying more then what we wanted and they ignored customers. I would recommend to never go there. And to get a full acrylic set it took 3 hours😡😡 when they said it would take 45 minutes

Had me waiting 45 minutes and never came over to let me know theyd be with me ... Mind you I was in a chair feet in water. They forgot I was sitting in the corner waiting.Until obviously I got up to leave could they be bothered to give me a towel.Never ever again. I dont leave reviews whelp heres reason for one.

Don’t ever go here!I went to just get my nails painted for the next day and when it was the next day the nail polish was chipped. What a waste of time and the lady didn’t even paint them good she didn’t file my nails or put nail polish remover for the nail polish that was on my nails.They do not rush you to pay but they do not do a good job.

Worst pedicure I have ever got in my 20 years of getting them! I told her they didnt look good and she took nail polish remover and wiped the polish off and stained my toes didnt clean them off and re painted my toe nails sloppy globby and and sent me on my way and then looked at me crazy when I didnt tip her. Will never go back!

The worst place ever went here on Wednesday to get my toes done, and on Friday my big toe was in pain, had pus coming out of it, and it was swollen.

Never going againnn the guy worker cut way to deep into my nail and gave me an infection my nail was turning all types of color and sore and when I went back they told me it wasn’t there fault when it really was because it happened after I left them

Horrible, dreadful...The service is the worst I’ve yet to seen, and I went there and I told them I wanted a pedicure and this group of Elvis Presley impersonation looking girls come in front of me. I even scheduled an appointment, how disrespectful and flat out horrible. Never again.

When they are not busy they have great service and carter to your needs but on a busy day they tend to forget things and cant get to you as they should

I went yesterday to remove my nail art and I spoke to a lady at receiption she said to me come after 20mints right now no one wants to take this job removal of nails because they get less money, than I spoke to another lady and she said Ill send someone I wait like 15mints & after that finally a lady come to do my nails removal she was very angry she dont say hello Hi to me and start working over my nails and cut my 2 fingers skin which is really painful Customer service is very poor
