I made an appointment online, and when I arrived I was told their office was closed! Not sure why this happened - I made the appointment a few days ahead of time and received text and email confirmation the day of. The benefit of a chain like this is supposed to be the convenience of making an appointment online, but I drove 20 minutes out of my way for a nonexistent appointment. Very disappointed.
Dr. Tyler was great with my exam. It’s been 5 years since I saw a dentist and I was nervous. He calmed my nerves down and told me what I needed to get done. The Dental Assistant was phenomenal and her name is Kassandra. She took x-rays with no problem and I’ve had issues in the past with other assistants but she knows how to execute her job well.
First let me say the staff was amazing, super friendly, kind and attentive.Having said that, going to a chain-dentist company feels exactly as you would expect. It seems more like a car salesman trying to put you through the system and upsell you on everything possible.

This place is a very sketchy scam place. My wife scheduled an appointment to clean her teeth. First time visit. They gave her 18 x-rays, exams, etc, with no teeth cleaning. She was told no, and to make another appointment. This was a clear scam to try and get money from the insurance company. Their response was “we have to do a full check up before we would clean your teeth. You need a separate appointment”. Weve lived in 4 different places, changed insurance several times and have been to many dentists over the years. Never once has someone very clearly tried to scam us like this. This was clear from the start. Everyone there was super fishy and “surprised” she wanted a cleaning. Give me a break, thats the reason people go to the dentist 95% of the time. And everyone that works there could care less.
The office staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist was thorough and he was very gentle. I had a few concerns regarding the condition of my teeth and he provided me with options and made me feel at ease. Overall, it was a great first visit!

The staff are extremely friendly and wonderful. The set-up of the office is a little strange... I was first brought to an x-ray room with no door which I found to be odd, but okay. I was then brought to another room for a few minutes, was seen by the dentist & reviewed my x-rays. I was then asked if I wanted a cleaning, I found this to be an odd question - as this is typically the main reason for going to a dentist... I was then brought to another room. This room was an open space in a hallway with two counters/cabinets surrounding it. Other staff members entered the area several times while the hygienist was in the process of cleaning my teeth to speak with her - absolutely no privacy. I was then brought to another open area to have a invisalign scan, meanwhile another patient was brought into the area where I had my teeth cleaned - I had to go back into this area while the hygienist was cleaning this patients teeth to retrieve my personal items... all and all the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, however, there was no privacy and was quite an awkward experience.
Not sure of any other location but this office has the best (dentist hygienist) she is the absolute best she is very professional in office and at what she do!!! Front desk can do a little bit better still 5 stars because of the hygienist👍
I am extremely disappointed in this office! I went today as a new patient. I took the day off of work. I do not have much free time. I spent 2 hours total in the office & didn’t even get what I scheduled an appointment for!! When I called the office I indicated I wanted a cleaning. I got to the office at 12:40pm my appointment was at 1:00pm. I didn’t get taken back until 1:30pm. I had a bunch of x-rays (the assistant was very kind). The doctor came in & looked at my x-rays. He talked to me about Invisalign. I said I would do the scan of my teeth & think about it. Before he began the scan, a hygienist came over. She made a comment about my TMJ jaw popping sound and grabbed her ears and said she didn’t want to hear it. Which made me feel very uncomfortable! And highly unprofessional. I am a healthcare worker myself and I would never make a patient feel uncomfortable! After two hours of being at the office I left highly upset that I didn’t receive my cleaning! I’ve never heard of such a place not giving a cleaning when I specifically asked for one. I spoke to the office manager and he said since I’m a new patient they divide the appointments. I explained I wish the woman who booked my appointment would have explained that to me. Needless to say, I will not be returning & I have called to get all of my records.
The best dentist I have been to! They a were able to fix my denture in time for a family wedding! I couldn’t be happier with the results I love my smile now
Everyone was wonderful from the receptionist to the dentist. Made the whole experience comfortable I felt like I knew them all my life. I would highly recommend the Fairfield office.Thanks to all.
As far as the staff goes they were nice enough they were very pleasant courteous And It wasnt over all pleasant experience as far as the people in the office. The pricing on the other hand was a bit on The outrageous side. They wanted a $1000 to pull One tooth so I went to another dentist And I got a second opinion and Im only being charged 200 for what they wanted to do $. $1000 seems a bit much to pull a single tooth. Also they were much intrested in not trying to save my tooth. They told me that the tooth was Unsavable and the 2nd dentist I went to told me that they could have saved it with a a root canal. If you dont have insurance your best bet would be Dr. Dental. If you have insurance and dont mind paying the remainder then I guess Aspen is ok.
Tried to sell me on a very expensive periodontal cleaning that was not necessary -- went to a periodontist to confirm such. I dont recommend this facility.

Dr. Auguste and his team are absolutely amazing. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through their doors and until the time you leave their dental office. I had to get some major dental work done and they made me feel relaxed throughout the entire process. This is the dental office you should visit the next time you need any work done concerning your teeth. Their office manger, Blanca, is also a breath of fresh air and truly knows how to treat patients with respect and understanding.

Excellent experience. Yolanda who sits in the front desk area was professional, polite and extremely helpful in answering all my initial questions around financing options, and giving me realistic expectations to help ease all the anxiety I had about visiting a dentist. Although I just met her that day as a last minute problem focus patient I felt a sense of welcome that immediately made me feel like I had walked into the right place for my issue. In fact, everyone in the office that I interacted with at any point offered a welcome or a smile. I had not gone to a dentist in years due to my low tolerance of pain. Yesterday, I went back in for my first round of treatment which was for a root canal. Due to prior dental visit experiences at other locations I could not sleep the night before. I was literally shaking as I walked into Aspen that morning but as soon as I came into the office I was assured that I would be taken care of and comforted . Dr. Auguste was professional, knowledgeable and excellent in keeping me informed and offering comforting words every step of the way which helped ease my fears. I felt absolutely no pain at all during the root canal yesterday and do not feel any pain today. Thank you Dr. Auguste. I am pleased to say see you at my next appointment.
I had a wonderful experience Everyone on the staff was professional and polite. they served me immediately. I didnt have to wait.the hygienist Jeanette Charles was gentle but quick. Dr Auguste was thorough; he pointed out things he wants to keep an eye on, and he was patient in answering my questions.

I came to Aspen as a new patient and was kindly welcomed by there assistant Keilah, who is extremely personable and compassionate and also informative. After finishing my x-rays I was seen by their hygienist Janette, who did and exceptionally job cleaning my teeth. Dr Auguste was very thorough and informative with my treatment plan. Blanca was understanding and helped me schedule my future appointments. Overall, my best dental experience to date. I highly recommend this office to any persons needing dental careThank you Aspen.
Went here as a last resort when my regular dentist was unavailable. You have to call a National call center to make an appointment, and when I said their offered open time slot would not work and I would go elsewhere, an open time slot somehow immediately opened before I could even hang up the phone! Glad for the availability, but I did not feel the staff was very caring, and it did not feel state of the art or private (door was left open with several people walking by looking in). Will not be returning.
This is a great dentist. Ive been a client for ten years. Maria and Yolanda are wonderful at the front desk. Brian is very helpful with financing options. Janette, the hygenist is terrific and caring. Dr. Auguste is very nice and extremely professional. I dont dread the dentist anymore!

I was very happy with my experience. I was able to make my appointment and be seen within just a couple of days from calling, and Dr. Auguste was incredibly kind and gentle. After having had some previously bad experiences with other dentists, I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and painless things can be. Definitely recommend.
Front desk person was unhelpful regarding insurance. Had a 7.30 apt that was moved. Will not be coming here or to any aspen dental location. Do not recommend this place either. I had no idea they separate the evaluation initial check up from the cleaning. They try to maximize the amount you pay by separating one appointment into two. I just called another dental place nearby that does cleaning and x ray in one single appointment. Do not go here. Thanks have a good day
Mom has been hospital or home-bound for 10 months. Landon and the whole staff at the Fairfield office, showed true compassion and caring. They made sure that she was seen immediately, fixing her dentures and setting up an appointment with the oral surgeon for further needed work. I cant thank them enough.
Very seldom do I post a review, but I just had the best cleaning Ive ever had. My teeth feel so clean and my gums feel more refreshed each day. The hygienist Janet did an amazing job, she was very thorough, efficient, and informative educating me about my oral care. I can tell she enjoys her work. I love her accent. I dont know what that other Blok is talking about but if your gums and mouth are bad shell get you right. After seeing her I feel like Ive been cheated by other hygienist all my life. Ill be seeing her from now on. It makes me want to recommend her to everyone I know just as she was recommended to me. Excellent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is like a car dealership. People just trying to scheme you into getting services you dont need, also they are very rude when you decline not to get the services done. The hygienist was extremely rough on my wife and me . Both are our gums were bleeding intensely.I was forced to go Aspen dental, due to my poor insurance plan and have a contact to get a cleaning every year, if I dont, my insurance plan goes up that chose from work, which by the way I will be changing next time around.
I asked to have a temporary cap placed on my broken front tooth. I had one in the past and knew it would not stay but just needed it for a couple of days while I was out of town visiting friends. The doctor refused to do it, stating that it would not stay on long. I explained that I understood and would be getting permanent work in the next couple of weeks. He still refused. I pay for a dentist to do what I asked not what is recommended. It was a total waste of time. I went to another dentist and they did it with no problem.
The actual oral care was acceptable but have nothing good to say about all other areas of the practice. It took three attempts to get a cap made that would fit correctly. The mold was made fine because I had no problem with temporary tooth. In the middle of this ordeal headquarters closed the location local to me. Even more frustrating than having to keep going back and now to a location very inconvenient for me was the scheduling nonsense I had to go through. Appointments are confirmed two days before. The first time I was called the day before my appointment and asked to reschedule my appointment I had no issue. Again the second time I complied without much concern but then it happened again and again. The fourth time when I arrived I asked why and was told lunch schedules were changed. I sat in the chair for 45 minutes never seeing the dentist before I walked out. I had to leave in order to get to the appointments I rescheduled. The next ordeal was getting my X-rays sent to my new dentist. Not once after the five days of leaving a message did the office manager return my call. It only took 2 calls (only 1 1/2 weeks) to the Patient Satisfaction Team regional manager’s office to get the X-rays emailed. Of course another call to get the code to be able to open the file. Instead of anyone trying to ease this ordeal for me I was treated and spoken to as if I was an annoyance. There is one star only to allow me to post this experience. I love my new dentist and her staff so something good came from this horrible experience.

Quick boutique level service. Extremely clean, state-of-the-art facilities with mostly adult clientele. Very quick and convenient which is what I require with a busy lifestyle. So far, am very pleased with my service.
Courteous, friendly and skilled group. Office manager, Lee-ani, was extremely helpful and patient while I peppered her with endless questions Dr. Vincent is competent and weathered my various bitching and whining with grace. Andre is a prince among technicians. I dont remember the Drs. name who cleaned my teeth, but she made it as painless as possible.

Absolutely the worst dental experience ever, this place is a total racquet. They don’t listen at all to patient needs they are solely focus on selling and up selling mostly unneeded services. You can’t tell if their being honest as they are so totally focused on getting you to buy a service. During my appointment they used a tv monitor above the dental chair to pull up horrific looking pictures of twisted and rotting teeth, the doctor shared that if I didn’t get Invisalign my teeth too would look like that when I’m old. After 90 minutes in the office, I had been moved around to different offices, hard pressure sold services and the crazy thing is never got the actual cleaning I was there for. This place should go out of business, do not go here.
Had an excellent appointment with hygienist Janette yesterday at the Fairfield office. This was my first experience with periodontal treatment. Janette was thoroughly professional, competent and confident; answered my questions and provided clear follow up procedures.

The staff is really friendly and easy to get along, however I believe the business model is to overbook patients. That being said, I arrived a 1/2 hour before my appointment and still had to wait over a 1/2 hour after my original appointment time.
The front desk staff and hygienists were professional and courteous. The dentist was personable, but no nonsense- which I appreciate. I liked his technique for administering the novocaine- fairly painless, and he did great work. I will be going back.

Tried to overcharge my elderly relative for services she didnt need AND wanted her to pay up front. When I went in to ask them about the over pricing they told me since she didnt have dental insurance they charge on an individual basis, which means whatever they need to make their bottom line for that month. They are trained to hard sell services even if you dont need them. Also, the Office/Sales manager was the one who talked to her about what she needed, not the Dr. .. Im guessing so he can make the sale.

My first time going to Aspen Dental, and they misspelled my name on every single document. No big deal, until I realized that even after I gave them my insurance card with the correct spelling, they still misspelled it on my billing. Then before starting my dental cleaning, the hygienist tells me that Ill be charged for fluoride. Previous to this experience, I was going to the same dentist for the last 17 years and only switched dentists because he was no longer considered in-network. Ive never been charged for flouride in the past and told the hygienist that Id like to opt out of the fluoride treatment. In the end, they still had it on my billing/invoice. I told the assistant to please have that resolved. She said she will take care of it without providing me another printout. I will not be returning to this location or recommending them to anyone else. I rather switch dental insurance just to go back to my previous dentist.
It was my first visit to Aspen Dental the entire staffs were so awesome, very professional so informative and makes you feel so comfortable I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone I know these are the staffs that helped me with my visit PSR Maria, Dental Assistant Ahais, Hyg stephanie, Dentis Dr. Cueaves and Office Manager Landon.I specifically ask what their names as titles are because I’m a manager for a Call Center that deals with sales and customer service so whenever I get excellent customer service I ensure that they’re recognized accordingly.
My first time at Aspen and everyone was great, had three extractions done but 5 hours later almost no discomfort at all, the entire staff was extremely nice and professional, found my new dentist.

Had a chipped tooth fixed, 13 months later the repaired part broke off. it usually lasts more than 3 year., I called them to see if they would do anything, I was informed I would have to pay again...I will never go back, horrible experience...called me back and offered to fix the problem, ty very much

I found Aspen dental when I had a terrible infection from my previous dentist and was in desperate need of care. Aspen took me right away and resolved all my issues with the best of the best care and compassion. Since then I have been a very happy patient there and would never go to another practice. The office manager is horrible! I believe her name is blanca. She is very rude and so unprofessional. As I was asking her questions in regards to my treatment she was completely ingnoring me and had the audacity to ask me was I finished so she could do her job! For this office to be ran with someone who has disregard as to the reason why we decided to visit the dentist, which is already a nerve wrecking situation, is very disappointing. The rest of the staff was amazing! Especially Dr August, Anais, Kayla, Maria & Janette but unfortunately the manager left a bad taste in our mouth so we will not return!
I had my appointment on a Saturday, when the billing person tried to contact my insurance company they received no response, so I was told that on the next Monday they would check with my insurance and let me know what I had to pay out of pocket. They had me sign a few papers, one of them was consent to pull my credit, I signed thinking Ok. If the bill is huge then Ill have to make a payment plan. Monday came and I had a credit report email saying this office had made an inquiry, I then called the office to see how much my bill was, it was $13. I then asked why they would put an inquiry on my credit over $13, they said it was the procedure they had.So then I go to pay the $13, I ask the lady how much is owed to double check, she quotes $1500+, I asked why? She showed charges for my next appointment, which I questioned as I never made plans to have their services because of them pulling my credit, so I had to let her know that I had not scheduled any services, therefore, I did not owe any thing close to 1500. After she took all that out, it comes to light that I actually didnt owe anything--insurance covered it. Overall, I got them to take pictures of my teeth, a doctor to poke around my mouth, a credit report inquiry over $0 owed, and really inconsistent communication. Never going back there.
I hate dentists, but these people were patient with me, explained everything told me how much it would cost and did not hurt me. Place is clean, employees considerate and polite.
I was scheduled for some treatments and the hygienist added another treatment that was not in my schedule and then later I was billed for the extra procedure. When i attempted to raise the issue with the office manager, she right away insisted i was wrong before fully hearing me out...Eventually after realizing what i was trying to get across, they removed the extra charge. I didnt find their attitudes to be professional so I left the practice.
What can I say or should I say where should I start. I have never had such a wonderful experience and out of all places at a dental office. From the moment you enter the door the staff are warm and welcoming. There is never an extended wait time and even the doctor on duty will assist the reception/management staff if there is a delay. Maria and Yolanda are extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions promptly and efficiently and if they do not know the answer they will make it their duty to find the answer immediately. Both ladies also go out of their way to ensure you are being charged/billed accordingly and will assist in rectifying any discrepancies, if any, found. Kailah is such a motivated and bright assistant. Her knowledge level would make one think she is the actual hygienist/doctor which is much appreciated. She is also warm and makes sure she offers support and encouragement throughout the entire procedure. I feel confident that she would make certain my procedures run smoothly each time. Janette is the BEST hygienist one could ever ask for and in fact if she is not available I personally will wait until she has an open appointment. She is the only hygienist I have ever encountered who not only performs the best, most prompt and thorough cleanings but ensures she assesses/screens for any issue that may be occurring and brings it to the doctors attention. Lastly, Dr. Auguste, is an amazing DDS. He is gentle and polite on every encounter. He listens to his patients and makes every attempt to ensure customer satisfaction each and every visit. I must say that the Fairfield, CT dental office is ran by the best staff and encourage anyone in the Fairfield county area to check them out. They offer flexible hours and an assortment of services that one could benefit from and this includes whitening and Invisalign.

Although they had my daughters records, they were unable to open them due to a computer issue and therefore refused to do her cleaning. This was after waiting for 45 minutes. I would not go back or recommend to others.

I am writing this review for my mom. I visited Aspen dental about 2-3 months ago with her for a filling. The place was very welcoming and Maria was super friendly. Dr. Anagah (hope I spelled it correctly!) was very nice and professional. Kathline was the nurse assisting her and she made her and me quite comfortable. We were out of the place in 40 mins as we had to wait for about 5 mins. I, however, have one complaint about the place. Their was a hygienist at the other end who was very loud. That makes this place look unprofessional and disturbs others. Apart from this, we were very happy with the service. Thanks Aspen Dental!!!!!
This place is terrible, double charged me for work i had done and work that i never had done. It takes weeks to talk to anyone that can help you out, then after they charge you some more. Avoid this place at all cost, the people at the front deask dont care about anything but making the monthy quota and getting a bonus.
