GREAT SERVICE AND NICE PEOPLE I LOVE THIS PLACE GLAD TO HAVE FOUND IT

I really did not like the North Texas location in Fairfield which was the only one for years. I love this newer location on Gateway by the mall. Service is professional and courteous. However, they need to work on PRIVACY for all patients... It’s out right to not have everyone (public) in our personal business. People can pass by and literally see everything going on... When you go to the doctors office you get privacy as should be the same at the dentist.

Dr Wang is amazing. So gentle. Maria is no nice.

I had to have 4 teeth pulled. I dont recall their names but they took the time to explain procedure and did an excellent job.They were personable every step of the way. Friendly staff and very clean office.

My visit to my Dentist was fantastic, from when I first opened the door to enter was top notch service . five star / 10 out of 10 rating and they made me feel very comfortable.Best Dental care ever. Thank you all.

I came to Access Dental in Fairfield when I was having a lot of pain and not able to find dentists near my home in Oakland to give me prompt service. Access Dental provided an appointment the very next day and their prices were much less than I had been quoted from two local dentists. The procedure started on time, it went very smoothly and it was painless throughout. All the staff are very professional and friendly. I recommend Access to anyone needing good dental care at reasonable prices.

I have been going to Access Dental for about four years and I can say it is an excellent, high quality dental care center that does consistently great work. I trust their office/administrative staff and the dentists and dental assistants, and have only ever had great experiences over the last four years. These people are CROOKS who only care about money. They made me wait several weeks for a procedure that would eventually cost me instead of performing the process completely covered by my insurance. I waited in pain. On the day of the procedure they discuss the cost with me while I am already in the back, numbed, and in the dental chair! So unprofessional. They dont care about the patient. The manager showed no sympathy and the front office is a joke. Stay away! These people do not care about you!

This is the best dentist office that covers partnership/medi-cal insurance in fairfield!!Great front desk staff, even on busy days. Professional dentist and awesome assistants. I have no complaints and its been well over a year that i have been a patient with them!Ps. Shout out to Henry for cleaning my teeth so well.Thanks to all the staff

It was a Godsend to find Access Dental after previous unethical dental experiences at other local dentist offices.Maria Ruiz (front desk) was my first initial contact and her professional, calm and reassuring manner made it easy to return without a second thought. Gerardo M. (Gerry) front desk, is friendly and personable, making an office visit pleasurable.Dr. Sorabh Das, D.D.S. is the Rock Star of Dentistry...serious and skilled, patient and calming, and most of all, a great listener to the patient. He does not employ pressure or fear. Ultimately this leads to good patient-doctor communication and interaction.All the Access Dental personnel were friendly, a great crew and I have no hesitations in returning for further dental work.

I schedule for dental filling for one of my tooth, they give me an option if I want white with co pay in my dental insurance and one without co pay which is silver. I told to the dental assistant that I want silver since all of my dental filling are silver. On the day of my appointment for filling, doctor do his job very quick, thats good, but my mouth is still with debris from filling, assistant doesnt clean, but thats ok, I just go to the bathroom and clean my self... but... when Im going out the receptionist called me and she said I have a co pay. In short I fund out that the doctor put white filling instead of silver and it cost $250 for a co pay . I insist that Ive said I want silver one because I dont have money. In short they bill me $250 .very bad communication and rude receptionist. 😡😡😡

This place absolutely sucks in every way. After going there and talking with others who have gone there, they all said they sucked. I have gone there about 4 times to get work done and they are the absolute worse.Do yourself a favor and pick another dentist

Best dental place ever. The staff are friendly, has a great service there. And very clean too. I would strongly recommend people to go to this place.
