My pc wouldn’t turn on one day so I brought it in to this local shop. The owner was very knowledgeable and polite. He kept me up to date on my pc’s status via text, told me what was wrong and what it cost. The motherboard was fried and he had to order a new one. He told me it would be done some time next week when the new one arrived and was able to fix it much sooner than that. The cost was so much cheaper than I thought it would be, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase pc items or get a repair. He even stayed open 45ish minutes late to wait for me to get out of work on a Friday.

Lovely owner and knowledgeable on his computers! I recently sold my 2020 Macbook Air to this store after calling multiple computer/electronic stores in the area. While the other stores provided me insultingly low prices for my Macbook, i-Compupro was the only store that offered a reasonable price. The owner even went above and beyond to wait for me a few minutes after closing the store to assist me.I will definitely be coming back if I ever have any computer issues! Thank you i-Compupro! :)

I have been her for times for various fixes. Lap tops and desk tops. I have experienced nothing but fast repairs at reasonable prices. One time I thought something was major issue with a laptop and instead I got service while I waited that cost $60 and I was out the door completely repaired. Very personable owner.

Ive had a handful of experiences and all have been positive. Everything Ive brought in has been hardware related issues and they were diagnosed on the spot with accurate estimates given. Honest service at fair prices.

Ive been in IT for over 20 years. When I have a hardware issue at home that Id rather not deal with A.C. always fixes the issue for a great price. I always recommend him to friends as well.

I was so thrilled that I went toi-compupro!!! I had visited Staples to get my computer diagnosed and with a very lame diagnosis, the person behind the counter said “I think you need a new computer”~ I think???? A new computer would’ve cost me at least $600. When getting a diagnosis on a computer and about to spend quite a bit of money, you really don’t want to hear… I think! I went toi-Compupro and spoke to Hassan, who promptly diagnosed my computer problem as simply a defective/broken charger cord. $60. Twenty minutes later I was back at my office working and over the moon that I did not spend the money that was suggested at Staples!Go to i-compupro!

I am not someone who typically leaves negative feedback but my experience with this place and the owner was such. I brought a machine that needed to be fixed and was told it would be ready after a week. No update was given until I reached out 3 weeks later. After multiple calls and texts went unanswered I showed up at the office during typical business hours only to see a sign that said closed and to text the number I had been reaching out to for 2 weeks and not hearing back from. When I heard back almost 4 weeks after dropping off my machine I was told he was still waiting on parts. As soon as those parts came in a month later, there was a sudden urgency then to get me back in to pay. He did the job, but the lack of transparency and communication was beyond off-putting and frustrating. Would not recommend.

I told this guy that I reformated my hard drive, and that I wasnt sure if I did it right and that my laptop was still freezing up badly and constantly needed to be restarted. I left it with him and a day later he called me. When I picked up my computer, I asked what had been wrong with it. His response was that I asked him to reformat it and thats what he did, and he never actually checked out my computer, he just did what I said. I shouldve refused to pay. I thought he knew what he was doing but obviously I was mistaken. It cost me $60.00 to have nothing done to my PC. It has the same problem as before. Thanks a lot, Ill bring my PC to your competition next time.

To those customers who have had card jacks not repaired, or thinks they are over priced, this is the industry, after even 3-6 months, the card manufacturer discontinues the card and comes out with a new model subtype to improve their product.I have had great success and dissapointments from i compurpo hoever I have learned from every time I thought that he has done something wrong or misdiagnosed my computer problem, because i needed to do my own research.Computrer repair today is like going to the doctor for a cold or flu, you wouldnt sue him if the drug simply didnt work, but if you had enough common sense and were informed perhaps you could have helped your self. Its of UTMOST IMPORTANCE to do your homework and include model numbers, known issues with your manufacturer, and so on.When you purchase any computer tech device, card, or even software product, they ALL COME WITH 20 OR MORE PAGES OF DISCLAIMERS ON THEIR PATENTS.IF YOUR UNSATISFIED THEN its YOUR FAILURE to understand the DETAILS OF YOUR CONTRACT....THAT YOU FAILED TO READ !!!!SIMPLE AS THAT.IF THERE EVER EXISTED ONE MAN TO KNOW ALL THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT EVERY COMPUTER IN THE WOLD AND HOW TO FIX ITHE WOULD BE JESUS CHRIST, ALLAH, OR DAN ACKROYD AS A CONEHEADAND THEY WOULD PROBABLY BE KILLED FOR PEOPLE WOULD THINK THEIR THEANTICHRIST.l... please use some logic, your computers run on it, why do you run FROM ITgood luck with your repair!!!

The owner will fix your computer....eventually. He doesnt update you on the process whatsoever. He simply goes about his business oblivious to any time table you the costumer might have.I had built a computer, and seated the cpu improperly. A simple fix. They took 3 weeks to fix this. an issue that would take mere minutes. We had to call him every day, to get any sort of updates. He was VERY rude in the phone calls and demanded we stop calling.Against better judgement, went back to him for our other pc after the mother board was dead. After 2 weeks with no word, we had to go there in person and get the news that the motherboard was dead. No calls no nothing. Then we finally decide to build a machine ourselves. We get suckered by him into buying a motherboard and now learn, thorough EVGA customer support, is defective. Now watch him refuse to refund our purchase.

Id learned through experience to test out your repaired machine before leaving the shop. No, the issue (wifi) was not fixed. Their diagnosis was viruses and not hardware (a good catch-all, by the way). Not a competent shop; go elsewhere.
