Im certain this Mac Repair shop does an terrific job. However, I was sold fake shoes on Amazon and this shopping center is the address they have listed on Amazon. I never get the chance to receive their services because the person I communicated with last week said hell call me back last Monday to schedule an appointment for Tuesday, the day he said he will have free open appointments but he never called. I believe he own the shop but I didnt get his name.

Tracey and Jeff were amazing. My laptop died, and they were understanding of my need for a rapid turnaround. The first fix didnt work and they took it right back, did extensive testing, and made sure that it was working properly before sending back. My Green Mac Repair was awesome. I had an old 2012 MacBook. It was working fine until all of the sudden it would not turn on. After contacting them, they sent out a shipping label and I was able to get it to them with a day. They assessed the issue, gave me options, and I chose to get it fixed, - upgrading the disk drive. They copied all of my files to an external drive.The laptop came back functioning better than ever and I was able to save money by avoiding buying a brand new laptop since this one still has miles to go.The op sys was updated, several keyboard keys were fixed from wear and tear, - and my daughter is happy to have a reliable laptop for her last year in college!

I was told by an Apple employee that I needed to change my battery on my laptop because I had some issues. I took my laptop in and Jeff discovered it was my charger. It was a free diagnosis which I was surprised because other places were going to charge me. The service I received was wonderful and helpful. You guys were a life saver. Thank you.

Very reasonably priced! Water spilled on my macbook pro and I was told from other places that I would need to buy a new macbook pro altogether. My Green Mac Repair was able to replace the chips that had water damage and returned my laptop in better condition than it was before. Very nice people to have fix my laptop! Very fast and courteous! Cant imagine the repair going any better! Jeff met me locally and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I was then able to pick up my iMac within 24 hours. I had my HD replaced with an SSD, RAM upgraded and the hinge replaced (hinge repair was free!). I will definitely contact Jeff if we ever need any work on our Macs.

Ok so this guys have my computer for over two months already they said that they were having a hard time ordering this parts since they come from china.i thing is bs.i toll them fix or not I wanted my computer by the end of this month so well see.i may have to file a police report just to get my computer back.i dont recomend this people so stay away from them.

I have never been more excited to write a review. I live in NY and was very skeptical about shipping my computer across the country to be fixed. The quotes here were about $1000 for my repairs. I placed my order, recieved my UPS shipping slip and held off on shipping it for about two week because I wasnt sure if I can trust a sending it and was worried it would be a scam and I would never see my computer again. I ended up sending it because of your good standing with the BBB. I am so pleased with your service. You comunicated throughout the entire process and it made me feel more comfortable. Jeff and Tracy truly are amazing and considerate. My MacBook Pro crashed on me just days away from my trip to Florida and I found them online. I sent the unit from quite a ways away, and expressed my need to have the laptop on my trip. Jeff assured he would do his absolute best to have it ready to pick up on the way to sfo, and sure enough he had it up and running for my trip.Very helpful, friendly, and attentive, I will recommend them to all of my colleagues with out reservation.

I sent my MacBook Pro to Green Mac Repair after a coffee spill, by UPS from the East Coast. Their service is an opportunity to save your Mac. My Mac was just past Apple Care. In my case, I needed a new logic board because the spill affected a higher voltage portion of my board. If it had been more typical, users reviews show repair of your boards component(s). Now thanks to Apples iCloud, my Mac is as good as it was before the spill.

*update* Ive had my repaired mac book back for a week and its still going strong.Never keep cough syrup and your macbook in the same pocket of your backpack. I learned that the HARD way this past september. My 3 year old computer wouldnt turn on, i thought it was toast, and the Mac Store couldnt do anything about it.Enter My Green Mac Repair to save the day! They had my laptop for quite sometime, but the damage was major so it was to be expected. I am excited today to say I just got it back and, so far, its working great. I dont know how he does it, but its all good to go. And for a very nice price. Highly reccomend.Also each time I reached out for an update, they replied within 24 hours.
