Had a great experience. Friendly and tending staff. I went for an acrylic manicure and I was impressed by the skill of the male staff. My nails came out beautifully. Considering that this was my first time getting acrylic nails, I’m not sure if it was on the pricey side but it was worth every penny.

Came here for the first time and I had an amazing pedicure and manicure both done by male staff. They were both very thorough, detailed and knew what they were doing. Thank you !! My nails looks great!!

Ive kept my nails short all my life as a musician and never expected my nails to turn out so beautiful until I met Tina! Tina is amazing!

I have had good experiences here before but my last manicure was terrible. The nails were cut too short and the edges of the gel polish were uneven and sloppy. I will need to find a new place.

Located on Willard Way in city Fairfax, Lovely Nail & Spa provides excellent and professional quality waxing, massage therapy, pedicure and manicure. Another great product they offer is their gift certificates which could be a delight for a friend or relative.

Had an awful experience. Walked in to see if they had any appointments available. Was told to come back at three. When we came back we waited 30 minutes and no one spoke to us, when we finally talked to someone they said come back at 5:30. This wasted my entire Saturday, three other people walked out while we were there as well for not having there appointment times honored. This place is under new management that is displaying terrible customer service.

Worst nail care experience I have had in a long time. I used to come here all the time and it was great every time, but just went back for the first time in about a year and it was terrible. The prices have been jacked up, $50 for a simple mani-pedi, but he did not even massage my hands! If I just wanted my nails to be painted, I would have done it myself. Worst part of it all, he didnt even clean the dirt from underneath my nails.... wildly disappointing. Also, I brought my own polish and he tried to pocket it. When I asked for the polish as I was leaving he said, it wasnt yours, and I literally had to argue with him to get my own nail polish back..... I will not be returning to Lovely Nails on Willard Way in Fairfax.

Horrible service by the manager. To start they will try to charge you for a service you didnt ask for. I asked for a fill not a fill and manacure! Nor did I receive a manacure. My nails still hurt a day later!

Terrible customer service. Ruined my day. Wasted an entire hour and no one had the decency to even speak to us while we were waiting. Also saw multiple customers have to walk out because their appointment times were not honored or were told to wait for a time that was clearly unreasonable for the amount of customers already there.

Terrible customer service. Don’t go here. We scheduled an appointment for 3, we were waiting until 3:30 and no one came to speak with us. Then when I asked if we should reschedule they told us to come back at 5:30.
