I hate to write bad review. But im just really dissapointed. I drove 30 min to get to this nail salon because one time they did a good job and i was excited i finally found a place that do a good job in the area. I already have a chip . I did my nails only 3 hours ago :( im so sad. I spent about 3 hours there today !

My experience here was fine. Nothing particularly negative. I had no problems giving them my business, especially right now when things are tough for nail salons.

I really liked this place but my usual nail tech wasn’t available so I went to someone else and I can just say now I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. Please do not waste your money or your time. Seriously overpriced and terrible customer service. One of the nail technicians mocked me when I voiced an issue and I was seriously surprised. I will never be going back to this nail salon.

Tina is amazing! I requested her to do the Disney theme for my nails and she nailed it! I received so many compliments at Disneyland😆

This salon used to be lovely nails. It has since changed ownership/management and is now Intouch Nails & Spa. My girlfriend wanted to try this place out since the change so we decided to take the kids out for the 4th of July for a treat. We were blown away by the hospitality and service we recieved. The girls had an absolute blast and the owner/manager was very friendly and helpful which made things much easier and pleasurable. My girlfriend has been going here since then for herself and is always happy with her nails & the service after.

Wonderful salon, but the nail technician accidentally cut my foot and when I jump she never ask if I was ok or needed any ointment for the cut

This is the only place I will ever go in the DMV for my nails. I’ve had some TERRIBLE experiences before elsewhere but never here. Tina is an artist. Over the years I’ve been getting my nails done she is by far the best nail tech I’ve found. I had an issue with an old set of acrylics and the color chipping. It was time to change them but even still, Tina told me to come in and fixed the issue almost a week after. They are awesome people who stand by their art. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Intouch nail spa did a great job on me and my grandmothers nails very talented and great shaping as well i highly recommend alot of teenagers to go here in my area.
