Great service. My car didn’t start that morning so called 24/7 towing and they did a wonderful job. Showed up on time, gently moved my car on towing truck, delivered to requested place without any problems, charged reasonable price. They are team of professionals.Highly recommend!

Worst towing in town, waited 2 hours for a 5 mins tow that cost $320. Horrible would never any human to use this company.

My insurance company originally planned a tow for my vehicle with a different company. After I waited over an hour and a half for them to inform my insurance they were not coming. Thankfully they called 24/7 Alaska Towing and they were there to tow my car in 30 minutes. The employee was super efficient and friendly. They loaded up my Jeep and had me at my destination in less than an hour from start to finish. Great service.

I called these guys ti pull my tuck out of a drive way that was covered in snow it wasnt stuck that bad but I called these guys to help they came and the guy took me to the hotel room and told me a time to show up i asked him how much the towe would be and they said they would have to see so then I get a uber and show up to their office hours later and no one is there the business seems to be closed and I had no service so I had to walk in the road for a hour to get service and I finally get ahold of them and they show up and out of nowhere say its gonna be 3000 dollars for the towe obviously my insurance dirint want to cover it and I had to pay it to get the truck back so now I called my bank to dispute the charge and this towing company is trying to fight back sending paperwork back to the bank saying i got towed all the way from Anchorage and they had to do all this stuff to the truck and that it was out of fuel but the truck was full of fuel and Ive never been to Anchorage I was just maybe 40 mins out of fairbanks when I got stuck and they have the dates wrong on the paperwork please if you value your money call someone else these guys are theifs and ill keep fighting them to get my money back I wont be one more of their victims

They were late and very confrontational. Their lack of professionalism was incredibly.

I slid into a ditch and had to be winched out of the snow. The tow truck was on scene already so they pulled me out then told me it would cost $200. When I received my receipt I saw that I was charged $350! For a windy out of snow that took at most 5 minutes! To make matters worse, they made it impossible for me to get in contact with the manager and have the charge fixed, so it never got changed.

We contacted 24/7 towing to move a small building and they quoted a price and set up an appointment. When the day came they were a no show but showed up the next day saying it’d be double the originally priced they quoted and the road would have to be expanded. We don’t own the road we bought the building off of so can’t extend some strangers driveway. Took days/weeks to get answers after originally contacting and scheduling. Don’t recommend, poor communication.

People are nice and they came to me within 45 mins in Saturday night. However, the price is extremely insanely super high high high high high which is 600 dollars. Then I negotiate with them. The final price is 250 dollars pay with card with receipt and 300 cashes without receipt. I appreciate their help but the price is as high as Everest.

I needed to be pulled out of my driveway in deep snow with summer tires on and was charged 290$. The service and the person itself were great but 290$ for maybe 5 minutes of work and a 6 foot pull was definitely not worth it. And it took almost an hour and a half to get to me, I’d find somewhere else less expensive.

The best experience i ever had!i called 5 6 towing companies to pull me out of the ditch on Pandaluna Ave, Ester all of them had a tons of excuses !!!!! finally i found this LIFE SAVERS, 247 ALASKA TOWING top of the line costumer services and all this was @4amgod bless you guys!!!!!!!

They charged me $70.00 for towing upfront. Then they charged the automotive shop $85.00 to drop the car. It took 4 calls (2 from me and 2 from the auto shop) and 1 week to reimburse the money. They even lied to the auto shop saying they had reimbursed the my card (Which they did not!). I do not know if it is just bad business or poor communication, but something is not right!

We paid our insurance to have 24/7 ak towing to tow our vehicle. Diver was unprofessional and rude. Waited 4 hours for them to show up start our vehicle, then drive off without towing. Driver left our house without towing the vehicle, nor made any contact with us as to why they just left without towing. We had to file a complaint with insurance company about 24/7 towing, and insurance scheduled another tow with someone else in town. There are many other choices in town when it comes to towing. I highly suggest call someone rather than these people!

Very reckless when they were putting my truck sitting on big tires on their tow bed. Literally watched my tire go up the side of the metal piece and land back on the bed as they pulled it back also its an suv and you only strapped one of the front chains! First of all you could have easily lined up the truck with the back of mine, why did your guy have to get in the truck and steer. I have never seen such careless unprofessional work in my life! I am very disappointed!

Ive never had a worse interacation with any company in my life. I was treated like a criminal and price gouged to the point that I will be taking the company to court. Shameful that this business is even allowed to exist.Avoid at all costs.

0 stars! Definitely do not call. I called for a few days and they kept saying they don’t have anyone available and sometimes they didn’t answer. I finally called one last time they just hung up on me, rude af. Don’t ever get their service.

UPDATE: Shame that I have to give this place such bad reviews since Stefan is such a great guy, his employee greatly misrepresented him with his attitude and lack of work ethic. His employee Dimitri has screwed up two tows for us. He doesnt know how to drive the truck, doesnt understand the car has to be in neutral not park before he starts yanking it around and on this last occasion took over an hour to show up (only after we called to ask what the hold up was with no excuse just an oh uh Ill call the driver). $75 for waiting an hour in the cold, no apology for the wait and wouldnt even hardly make eye contact until he tried to leave really fast before I stood in front of him to get his name to make the owners aware of why theyre losing business. Judging by other recent reviews Im not the only one that has an issue.Previous review: We did get a successful tow from one location to another but it took an arm and a leg and is the most expensive tow company Ive ever used. The tow driver was new, got lost, had difficulty operating the truck and conveniently carried no cash to make change but could only accept cash. $75 ($80 is what they actually got) for 1.3 miles by a clueless rude driver is steep. My last tow for around the same distance was $45. In the end the vehicle got where we needed it but not without concern about the safety of our vehicle and huge sticker shock since we were expecting competitive rates based on the other google reviews.

The towing service was very professional.My car wouldnt start so I was referred to 24/7 ALASKA TOWING from a friend.Arrived at the expected time and was very quick to get my car loaded onto their truck.The service was great and would highly recommend it to a fellow driver in need of a towing service.

We called for an early morning tow, the dispatch “Mike” said 35 minutes. 90 minutes later after calling several times we called Ron’s Towing. Don’t use these fools!

GO ELSEWHERE!Called for a tow. I told the person I talked to my situation and the type of car I had. He gave me a price of $75. I double checked it was going to stay that price impressing how stuck I was and the nature of where I was stuck (going up a steep hill). They assured me it was going to be that price. The driver got here in a timely manner (about 40 minutes after I had called) but was pretty rude. He complained about his truck getting stuck a previous tow in similar circumstances and I informed him that I had been very clear about the situation I was in to ensure the towing vehicle was going to be sufficient. Throughout the entire tow he either made rude comments about my driving or about my vehicles inability to drive in the conditions (I drive a Subaru Forrester and have good tires on it). Approximately 30 minutes later I was out and went to pay the agreed upon price. When I handed him the money he looked at me and said that because he took so much time (again, 30 mintues) it was more, almost double. Since I was in a hurry I paid and called the main office to discuss this discrepancy along with the attitude of the driver. I didnt get an answer so I left a voicemail explaining my slight and asked for them to return my call ASAP. About 4 hours later I still hadnt heard from them so I called for a 2nd time. This time a person answered and I explained the situation. They asked me a few questions and then said they were going to talk to the driver and give me a call back. That was on a Friday and its now Sunday, I still havent heard from them. Im not going to continue running in circles. A reputable business would have made an effort to get back to me and Im fairly certain I got scammed. Hopefully this review will keep anyone else from falling victim to this and cost them more than what they cost me.

Please avoid this company. They changed 1400$ for 2nights.We couldnt get our rent car because they dont open on weekends.
