Nothing but the best to say about these guys! Got a parts truck and it was way out in the boonies. he figured out how to get there and towed it back. Mr Shawn got here quickly and worked out a good deal and it was cheaper than the quote! Fast honest guys that work hard and do nothing but the best. I know who Ill use if I ever go in a ditch!

Good care taken of my vehicle. Driver (KC) obviously has lots of experience! Had 4runner loaded and tied down in just a few minutes. Rons is the only tow service we use.

I didnt have anything towed but I called for info about dealing with an abandoned vehicle on my property.They were helpful and very knowledgeable.I was able to get the vehicle removed largely because of RonsI would strongly recommend.(I have used their towing in the past. A+)

It gets very confusing come to find out theres the same dispatcher for here and another business. They take a long time to come and the wrecker guys English hard to understand.

Rons has helped me out more than once over the years. I always recommend them. No one wants a tow, but at Rons makes it not so terrible. Definitely. Would suggest for anyone needing a tow to go to them.

I would do zero stars if possible. It was a weekend. They said they were coming, gave us a time and then called and said they didn’t have the equipment to get me out. Very inconvenient as we were looking for one of my sled dogs who had gotten loose. :(

My fiance called them trying to get his bmw towed, yes its 3 am, yes its-30, but isnt that why they get paid or work for the company? Please correct me if Im wrong. The guy was rude and whiney. If you dont want to do your job, than why are you a 24 hr towing company? Your super cool guy. Thank you for nothing

Honestly, if you need a tow youre already having a bad day. We have used this company multiple times. They do their best to arrive quickly and quoted an out of town tow at nearly $500 less than local competitors.

Towing service was fine, customer service was terrible. I lost my copy of the receipt that I needed to submit to insurance for reimbursement. I went to the shop to ask for a copy and was told that they could only go back 6 days. I know lemonade stands that keep records further back than this place. Absolutely unacceptable, especially when youre a business that regularly deals with insurance.

Thankful for GEICO insurance to send someone to jump start our car. But the service provided by Rons Towing was speedy, friendly, and hassle-free. Linden also pulled the car out of the snow when I realized it was stuck! Top notch service, guys!

Great realiable tow company

Told them I had a multiple leaks in my car when I got my oil changed. I said the coolant was reported to be brown and a sludge color and the heater just stopped working then my car died while idling. When I went to pick up my car the invoice said check for oil leaks and they said there were many so they didnt fix them but they replaced a clamp on my power steering hose. So here I am, with a car that doesnt blow heat, can die while idling, is leaking coolant from somewhere, and a bill that is no where closer to my car being drivable. Waste of time and waste of money.
