Second time going. Went with a few friends and loved our nails. Tina is great. My pedicure was good. Prices are normal and somewhat better than other places around (the nail techs seem more knowledgeable and can execute exactly what you ask for). The inside is always busy and they keep it clean.

The lady rushed with my pedicure. Came with a friend. Did my brow wax for first time ever. One side was different. Would be nice if they did not rush. We did have appointments. They kept asking if I wanted to do more than pedi and brow wax. They are nice though real friendly.

I always have a good experience @top nails. Thanh knows what I like. Today was the first time Ive ever had a pedicure and I loved it!!

Surprised how fast they were. Less than 5 minute wait time, for a walk-in. And probably only an hour and a half of doing my nails.Tina was my technician, we had a lovely chat and shes so gentle. She gave me a small discount too, didnt charge to soak off my old nail set. Definitely will be going there from now on.

Well my finger nails and toe nails were suppose to be the same color. My finger nails were the right color but my toe nails were a very different color. I didnt notice it until later that evening because we my toe nails were done and dry the person doing them put my socks and shoes on helped me up and over to where my finger nails were being done. It cost $80 to have them done. When I went back and told and showed the lady she laugh a little and turned around a walked away. So I did really like my finger nails but not my toe nails. I feel for that price I should of been happy with my both my finger and toe nails.

My coworker and I have visited this location twice in two months. Our first visit entailed new nail sets, the second to fill. The multitasking capabilities their techs demonstrated was impressive. My technician attached, formed and decorated my nails beautifully, all whilst making friendly conversation with me, recognizing others and keeping things clean. The fact that my nails were beautiful and lasted an entire month without a fill with myself working on cars, bartending and doing desk work is very impressive to me. Not only this, but upon returning for my fill (only my second time there and after a month) I was remembered immediately, as were other customers. Cannot wait for my next appointment!

Do not get your nails done here. I have been going to another salon which I absolutely love (L.A.), but I wanted to try out Top Nails so I made an appointment with them. When I got there, the place was an absolute mess. There were way too many people in the room, one worker wasnt even wearing a mask, and it smelled so gross. They asked me to wait 10 minutes, so I did. Meanwhile they let a walk-in client start before me when we both had come in at the same time. Except I had an appointment, so you would think Id be called first. Nope.After waiting 30 minutes, I got up and called my nail salon, L.A., and they were able to take me in. So I walked back in to Top Nails and told them Id be taking my money elsewhere.At L.A., they dont take walk-ins anymore because of COVID, you have to knock on the door to be let in so there arent more than 7 people in the room, you have to sanitize your hands, and sign a waiver. At Top Nails, its a free-for-all and they arent taking any precautions. Its an absolute nightmare and so unprofessional. Im never giving them another chance and neither should you.

After complaining about my callused feet my wife took me for pedicure. It wasnt exactly what I wanted to do but it was definitely needed for sure and they did a great job

A week after receiving a full set, all around my left ring finger nail is infected and puffy! Use to love them, but after my last visit I will never go back!

Charged over $100 for basic acrylic nails with gel polish. It has not even been a week and I have lost majority of my rhinestones and my gel polish has started to chip. Extremely disappointed especially after how much money they charged, will never be getting my nails done here again.

This is my favorite nail salon in Fairbanks. It isn’t the most glamorous looking but the quality of the nail and eyebrow work is the best I’ve found and great prices. I’ve never had an appointment and even though they are usually busy they squeeze me in right away. Very good quality massage chairs. They have kids pedicure and manicure options too so good for a mommy daughter date. I also like coming here with friends or by Myself and enjoy some me time.

Ive gone to other nail shops around town, and the manicures and pedicures I get at TopNails are far better quality than anywhere else, and I dont get charged and arm and a leg. My favorite techs are LiLi, Nhi, Maria and Tina - I always get beautiful nail art too. Love TopNails!

I love how they do my nail. They did my grandmother nail all the time they were so nice to her and they did my grandfather feet and they there so kind hearted people I love getting my nails done by them there really nice people. I tip them everything cause I alway end up with perfect nail

$45 pedicure... the guy who was given the task to do my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. He kept asking the person next to him for help. Then he completely skipped the cuticle removal step and immediately started painting my toes. He did a horrible job and the owner insisted she would fix it. She told another woman to fix it and eventually she did. All in all we had a 6:30 appointment and I left at 9. I shouldn’t have paid. Now less than 1 week later my polish is chipping and almost gone on some toes. Skip this place.

The staff were very friendly. They did an amazing job with my mani-pedi. I was very happy with how my nails turned out. The prices were not to expensive. I very much recommend this place.

Great service, nice spa and pampered experience. It was a busy day when we came, but we never felt rushed, they got all of their clients taken care of and it was fun to ooh and ahh at everyones nails. Very fun, positive vibes, with young and mature working side by side- family run type business and will definitely be going back 😃

Usually I go here from time to time, never had a problem. But, yesterday as I was getting a gel pedi, the lady who is in her 40s, was being rude to me.*I dont know her name* But, shes short, w/ black hair. She even hurt my toes and cut really deep. Im just now waking up because my right side big toe has been in tremendous pain for about 15-20 minutes. I got the deluxe gel pedi, and it was supposed to be $40, and she tried to charge $55, an extra $15! I want my money back because of the horrible pain Im in right now!

They did a great job on my mom. +1 star for that. They kept walking away while doing my nails, and eventually never came back. My mom finally asked another woman to finish so we could leave. Nail polish started falling off later that night. Never again.

Worst nail salon. I went to this salon to try it. I felt like I wasnt even a customer. I got a pedicure and when the guy was polishing my toes he didnt put to polish evenly around the nail and I told him and he got angry and had a attitude. Then the lady who did my nails filed them way to rough and I told her and she just said I know what Im doing. Now my finger is swollen and in pain. Thank you top nail! Im never going here again!!!!!

From a distance, polish looked fine but looked up close, and thought I couldve done that myself! I came here because I thought that other nail place did a bad polish job. Now I know it could be worse. This was done today about an hour ago.

This was the absolute worst pedi I have ever had! She made a sore on the bottom of my foot and even though I told her I had a problem with ingrown toenails & not to cut short she did so just waiting for that to happen now!

The guy that did my pedi and nail was very rude!!! He was rough on me. The guy and the owner were arguing so the guy that did my nail throwed fit and all this attitude. That shouldn’t be shown at a work place. He made me feel like I was some low life he could act on and be rough with my hand. It was very rude that everyone keep looking and know what was going on.

Yikes. My cuticles are burning and bleeding. She was very rude. Also added glitter, which I definitely didnt want. The customer next to me noticed and said next time to ask for Tina or Nikki.

The guy who did my nails just kept laughing about how short my real nails were and how I have so much dry skin around my nails and when I wanted a certain length he would laugh and say that’s too long and shake his head. I’ve gotten my nails done for years and I’ve had pretty long nails before and I’ve done just fine with them. Also, he put on fake nails that were too small for my nail and the acrylic powder wasn’t cleaned off my skin literally dried acrylic on all the sides of my nails and on the cuticle part of my nails. He also filed the sides of my nails way too much for the coffin tip look it ended up looking so crooked and one side would look more slanted than the other. He put too much acrylic on the top closer to the cuticle that within 4-5 days they raised up and when I would run my fingers through my hair the hair would get stuck in them and usually that doesn’t happen until I need a fill again and that’s around a couple weeks but this happened less than a week. Everyone asks to see my nails and they say my nails look horrible and it’s embarrassing. I hate that I spent $45 on this!

You get what you pay for here. Sure it is the cheapest nail place in town, but by far the worst service, most unclean salon in Fairbanks. Went in for a simple gel manicure and had polish left around my nail. Looked like a 4 year old did my nails.

If you want to be treated like youre invisible, have chipping nails, and broken skin on your heels after a pedicure then come here!Im visiting the area for a few months and regularly keep my nails and feet groomed. I saw someone elses nails and I think they told me it was from this place so despite the lower rating I decided to give it a try. Mind you, this nail salon is beside the gym Im a member at so once before I approached the salon just to check it out and potentially get a mani/pedi but literally no one greeted me at all so I left! So like I said I was skeptical but decided to give it a go.Upon arrival I had the same experience: just standing there awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge me. After a few moments someone asked what I needed done and directed me to pick out a color. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure (non gel) and therefore asked to see the gel colors. I was told to pick out a toe nail color from a very limited selection. Now I usually like my nails and toe nails to match and in my experience this process of selecting a non gel color first is usual but likely to result in having to reselect in order to find a matching shade.I select a color and am directed to a pedicure area (very small and no where to put your purse) and told to sit down. I asked the woman to see the gel colors first so that I could make sure they had a matching color and after the woman trying to bully me into putting my feet in the water she finally gave me the gel colors (again, very limited.)After I sat down it was very uncomfortable since I had to hold my bag and coat during the entire pedicure. I selected the most expensive package for the pedicure and at the time it was just ok. The woman applied way too much pressure during the massage and seemed kinda lazy during the buffing and cuticle cutting parts.During the manicure the woman barely spoke English which made it difficult the explain what I wanted. I usually dont get designs but this time I wanted one and the woman constantly had to defer to another technician for help until the other woman just came over and designed it herself. I showed them a picture of work completed there as an inspiration for what I wanted and even told them I didnt want exactly the same but I ended up with the same design, different color.Also, I have very strong nails and dont require acrylic and all that and the woman apparently filed my left pinky nail down to the point that it split the very next day and when I press the nail its thin and weak.ON TOP OF THAT I didnt notice it right after but the next day my left heel was super sensitive. I thought I was having sore feet because occasionally I suffer from plantar fasciitis but when I looked, my heel was red and cracked and the pain I was experiencing was from my sock rubbing against the broken skin! I am so undone right now!AND I tipped above 20% to each of them! The only time I was welcomed was after that when they kept saying they hope I come back! I WILL NOT BE BACK AND THEY BETTER HOPE MY FOOT DOESNT BECOME INFECTED!!

Definitely do not recommend this place, my experience was horrible they cut me multiple times and left a bunch of acrylic under my nails making them ugly looking and super thick.

Service is poorly manage. They do not address you when you walk in. They overbook appointments. The lady in charge son did my nails, he was very inexperienced and my nails broke withing a week.

Got my nails done here. In less than a week my pinky nail broke, shake my head. Very cheap quality!!
