My nails are kinda like blobs I got a different color then what I asked fir and the sparkles didnt show up like they did on the sample... they seemed made when we came in at opening and were told too be there at 10 when they didnt open till 10:30

Not bad. Although if I am paying almost a full set I would want for them to remove all the unattached acrylic on my nail and not make that cheap move of gluing it back with the old acrylic. It leaves air spaces and a big chance for the nail to get fungus.They try to sell hard on the gel powder 😒 even if you do not request it. I clearly said acrylic and even if the difference is better I want to have what I ask for.Some times this Alaskan nail 💅 studios think that just because we are new to town we are new to nails. I know what it can be donde and cant be, so telling the client we cant do that or that doesnt exist is just a reason for a person not to go again. (Did not happened directly with this studio but in a slightly way).Overall service was good. Nails shape look good but it can be better as well. Speed good.Price-expensive, this fill should be around $27 to $35 dollars. Not $45. For 5 dollars more, you get a full set.Ambiance super clean, well decorated and spacious.Location is besides to a CBD store so 🤷 imagine the clientele next 🚪. Make sure you dont leave anything in your car.

I made an appointment to get a pedicure today. I made the appointment a day ago. I arrived and waited for over 30 minutes. When they tried to charge an extra $25 for gel, I mentioned that a $5 discount seemed fair. They then wanted to charge $10 more for callus removal that I did not ask for.As this was occurring they were continuing to bring people in not telling them that they were really backed up.As I felt that the wait and a $50 pedicure was not worth it, I ask them to just trim and shape. He cut me and made my toes look disgusting. Also, side note. He took my polish off with a file instead of polish remover. I have used this polish before and there is no need to do that. He then wanted to charge me $25 for that.I have never been more upset from a nail salon than I was today.

Nice atmosphere, kind people, a bottle of water and sterilized tools. I appreciate the care and the environment. Loved it.

A $8 dollar box of press on nails would of laughed at my $55 dollar set!So disappointing. I gave Allure 3 shots.. each visit got worse then the previous. Less than average service in my opinion.This 3rd visit was the final straw for us, we booked appointments in a advance because we are a large party. Show up for our appointments and told to come back another day because we never confirmed in text. Hello? We confirmed when we booked the first time, a week prior. Proceeded to say, we will fit you in just wait a bit. We did, no problem. 2 hours later & $155 later we all left with sloppy, crooked, cheap looking nails. & constantly told hurry - hurry up only got 1 minute.

My gel nail polish barely lasted 1.5 weeks. I’m very disappointed with that as usually they last much longer protecting my nails from breaking while I work with my sled dogs.

Not easy to make appointment. Nothing on menu is as priced, tried Upcharge for anything(be aware). Even if menu says one thing, they dont honor. Menu isnt listed but on paper pamphlet. I left with wax still on my hand 🥴🤔

I loved that they had so much business even though I couldnt get in. They were that business busy. I was ready to pay cash for manicure and pedicure. But then I spent it at Pikes :)

I’ve been here twice when my normal salon is closed, and both times they have aggressively tried to sell me services I DID NOT WANT. This most recent time, they tried to take my dip off by peeling it from my nail, which I refused and made them soak it. I will not be coming back and I suggest everyone considering going here looks elsewhere.

I have been to several nail salons in the states and a few here in Fairbanks. This is by far one of the best ones. My friend and I each got the water manicure (basic one) and a Deluxe Pedicure. My friend had never been to a nail salon and doesnt really like to be touched but she felt so comfortable there!They staff was very friendly, many were very talkative too. I really liked that they were NOT pushy. They asked several times to make sure which ones we wanted and when we changed what we wanted right before they started they didnt have any issue with it.I enjoyed that they did not rush, even though they started to get busy. We had appointments so we didnt wait long, It seamed like the people who came in that didnt have an appointment did wait a little. They came in when it was getting busy, so that is to be expected.They were very clean and didnt have too much of a fumy smell. I liked that they had little sanitized signs on their chairs so I knew I was getting a clean tub. I think the ONLY negative thing I saw about the whole place was they didnt clean the chairs after you sat in them.

Had my manicure done here and I got to be honest. Best decision ever! My nails was just lovely after the nail tech finish! She was so detail with everything! Listen to all my requests without a single problem. When she was done, my nails looked absolutely perfect! Just love how my nails looked now!

When I walked in they were shocked a guy getting a pedicure. The very pretty Vietnamese woman teased me with what color I wanted. I told her I have to do once in a while or I get ingrown toe nails very easy. I was very impressed with her. I wIll go again. Prices were not bad and very pretty lady to look at.

I don’t go here super often, but whenever I do I’m always very pleased with my experience. The people are always so nice and my nails always look great!

Todd did an amazing job. I came in very last minute in the middle of a rush with no appointment and they managed to work me in within 5 minutes of me arriving as well as taking care of everyone else. It was a clean environment and I watched the technicians sanitizing things the minute they were done using them or people got out of them. I will definitely be returning.2nd Appointment was just as great.

Went in two days ago to get a shellac manicure.My thumb nail was chipped instead of just cutting of this small sliver. He glues it, which just glued my finger and not my nail. That thumb now the polish has completely chipped off after two days. Thats not what shellac is supposed to do!! Also the color of the polish seemed to change color. I got a light purple its now a light blue. The guy that did my nails was nice, the atmosphere was nice. But I will not being going back.

I have been getting my nails done at Allure for about a year now and everytime I go in its an amazing experience! Alan is my favorite, he has a creative mind and does exactly what Im looking for every single time. Alex is great too, he loves fun colors and knows about all the most modern hip nails. I recommend this place to anyone! ❤️

The man who did my nails was very good but the lady who did the design was very snippy. She refused to do a design claiming my nails were too short. I then showed her another picture and said that I have had it done before to short nails. She again said my nails were too short but that she would try. She then asked me to pick a new color and when I was trying to decide she said hurry up or I won’t have time for you. She then did a bad job on the design and when I asked her to fix it she said it was pretty and then got up and moved to another person. She also put a sanitized sign on a chair that had not been cleaned. There were nail clippings around the floor. The only thing that saves this from being a one rating was that the rest of the staff was very nice and good at what they did.

The staff is very welcoming the moment you walk in the door. Very friendly atmosphere. The music is very relaxing.

We were visiting from Wisconsin and needed some pampering! The staff at Allure was wonderful--did beautiful work, were friendly, and even served us some coffee and water! Prices and atmosphere were great! Highly recommend!

I probably honestly will not be visiting this place again. Usually I am not picky, as long as they do a good job, but customer service was not good at all. I walked in and sat in the waiting area for about 45 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Once I finally got someone to help me, they were rude and caused me to be in a lot of pain as they did my nails. Then after the person was done, my nails werent even cut and filed evenly, even after I told her they werent all the same. It was upsetting. I heard good things about this place before going, but did not have the experience I heard about. It must have been old reviews or something. I was supposed to get a pedicure too, but quickly left after I paid for just my manicure.

I always enjoy my visits to Allure Nails. Tammy and the staff are friendly and professional. They are quick yet make you feel like your #1.

Prices are not too expensive. Very nice staff. Got a deluxe pedicure but the woman doing mine cut/broke the skin open on 3 diff toes with the tools. Started bleeding while in the chair.

This is the best nail salon in Fairbanks. Everyone is so sweet and attentive. Been coming here for years and they have always been clean and accommodating.

Traveling from the lower 48 and this salon (and my manicurist Alex) saved my nails! They took so much time filling and fixing my awful set of French Tip gels I showed up with. The steady stream of people in and out definitely showed loyalty to the salon. Clean and nice place. Ill be back!

Recently new to Fairbanks, this was my first time going to a nail spa in this state. I received a shellac manicure with a mood changing polish. I am quite particular how my nails are done including the smallest details. I have to say, Im pleased with the service provided. Their pricing was similar to what I pay in the lower 48. From my research most nail shops in town charge ridiculous amounts for their services. Allure Nail Spa has gained a repeated customer.

Went to get a fill and somehow ended up with a new set paying full price. Nails are not squared and the nail polish job was haphazardly done. I have a bubble of polish under one of my nails that drives me crazy... Ive been trying to pick it off but the shilac Polish is super strong. Cant wait to get back home and have my nails redone. The only plus I can say is the place was clean and the employees were nice... My lady was just in a hurry.

I had a horrible experience here about 4 years ago (there was someone elses skin in the trimmers 😷) anyway I decide to give it another shot seeing and I would have to say I am impressed. They are all nice and so friendly. Alex is amazing with his customers! The lady doing my pedi is actually trimming the cuticles! It is a very relaxing and pleasurable experience so far! And I am happy I decided to come in!

The lady who welcomed me was very polite but the lady who actually did my nails was very rude. I asked for a new set to be put on and my old set soaked off. Normally, nail salons will soak them off but she ripped them off. Then when she was filing and smoothing them with the dremel tool, she cut me on every finger and made them bleed. HIGHLY do not recommend!!

Made an appointment for 2:30pm didn’t get seen 3:00 pm they didn’t get my sister and in until a hour after we got there smh they chopped down my nails did a mediocre job job on my mani/pedi and my sisters mani very disappointed!

It’s 6 months after my visit I am still having intermittent problems due to the way the employee cut the nail on my big toe. I’ve never had problems with my toenails until now.

Went in for an eyebrow wax, and the lady left a bald spot at the top of my brow. I showed her the mistake and she just giggled and said theres no hair there, and she didnt take off any on that spot. 🙄

Tried to convince me ripping off the acrylic nails are the way you take them off. Im not stupid, I will not be returning.
