First time ever having my feet done and it was an amazing experience. They were kind to me as well..which goes a long way with me. My feet have never looked or felt better.

Happy Nail is super clean and I had a 10/10 pedicure this morning. The salon is very spacious, so you arent on top of other patrons. I feel comfortable and come back!!

Extremely satisfied! Best nail salon I have ever experienced! Called at 3pm hoping to walk in. When I got there they were super nice and did an amazing job on my nails taking well over an hour.

My tech was incredibly friendly and explained everything thoroughly. She answered all of my questions with patience and was pleasant to interact with. I will definitely be coming back for my next appointment :)

A ton of quality brands of polish in good colors. Ive had an acrylic fill and a mani/pedi here and both were very well done. All the instruments are clean and new and all the services were well done and thorough.

The acrylics that they did on me were nice at first but after a couple days 1 fell off and another one was close to falling off. I went to get them fixed and a day after that, the ones they fixed were falling off and lifting. There was also ants crawling on my chair and on the floor. I do not recommend going here.

My fist time at here did not disappoint. The removal old acrylic process was very gentle as to not damage my real nails. I am OBSESSED with the outcome!! Thank you!!

Still amazing, still my favorite spot. I came here with three friends this past Saturday and they were busy. But the great thing is that even when they are scheduled back to back I never feel rushed.

If you ask them their honest opinion on nail shape, color, etc they will tell you what is best for you, which is great! The atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful.

Okay so I went there got a pedi, it was an okay pedi not amazing not bad just regular. Idk while there everything was dark and almost grotto like idk. It was clean just not my style. Everything seemed rush there was no conversation. Idk this whole mask thing is throwing people off understandable.

The wait was very brief, the place was very clean, top notch hygiene/COVID practices. My tech was so nice and patient! She created this beautiful floral design on my nails!

The person who did it was so careful and kind and fun to talk to. I got the signature mani and pedi when I was there. The salon was so clean and they were very prepared for the new covid changes.

I was able to squeeze in a last-minute appointment which I was grateful for. I was helped quickly. However after I paid for the service. They were quick to close, didn’t finish trimming my cuticles, oiling my hands. Didn’t clean up the glue on the sides, and my nails were con craved and crooked.....

I was delighted that Andy was able to advise and achieve the natural look I was seeking. Well done.

The place is very nice, and the staff are very friendly. They make sure you are comfortable, they adjust the pedicure water to whatever temperature you feel most comfortable in. There’s really nice relaxing music playing in the Deluxe pedicure room, accompanied by beautifully decorated walls and floors to give an overall very relaxing vibe. My friends and I love this place, it’s good to come with a friend or a group and enjoy the relaxation together. They have a variety of colors to choose from and they last about two weeks.

For the dudes:First off Happy Nail is simply just a delightful environment. They play soothing music and have comfortable chairs. The staff is very professional and will take good care of you.You can come in here with your girl and just chill out. Get your feet scrubbed and try not to laugh when it tickles. Just play on your phone and be a man about it. Sit next to your lady and have some quality time. Pamper her without even having to give that foot rub you promised. Yes it can cost a bit to get treated well like this but just go have some fun. It is worth it.

I had a gel manicure of my manicurist and she did a great job. She was willing to stay and do my nails. Not only did she do a great job, she was incredibly friendly and was even able to give me a great recommendation for dinner. Highly suggest going here--great service, so clean and nice. It has a very upscale feel, and the prices were very reasonable.

Quality is poor, nails lifting less than 2 weeks after.

I have never been very impressed with a manicure and this was only my second time getting dip powder but wow i loved this place! Everything seemed very clean and well maintained. My nail tech listened to my request on length and shape. I will definitely be going back.

Went there for the first time and Im in love with my nails!!!! The nail technician did my fill and took her time to make sure I liked my length and shape. I had a cut on one of my fingers and she made sure to avoid that area and was very gentile. Amazing service and great work. I will definitely be back.

Ive been here a couple times, once for a pedicure with my sister and then again today for a manicure, pedicure. The women here are courteous, dedicated to their work, and have really great service. I love how sanitary it is, the plastic liners in the basins and all the tools kept separate in plastic bags. The technicians are very nice and efficient, nothing felt rushed and my polish looked perfect after. This is the only nail place Ill go to.

Best nail salon Ive been to in a long while,and Ive been all over the country. I just came up from Cincinnati 6 months ago and the customer service is unrivaled in my opinion. Have returned every 2 weeks consistently and have just broken my first nail in all that time. The quality is prime.

We asked for threes different pedi options and they said they were out of the smells. So they referenced us to the more expensive options, $62 was the cheapest and she said it’d be a very good massage. Ok, my lady, older than the others, talked the entire time to the other workers and barely even touched my feet, no callas removal, no massage what so ever. I have two huge scabs on my big toe cuticle where she stabbed me with the cleaner tool. While she was “pounding” my leg she asked if I wanted it harder and I said yes, please give me the massage the description said. She said, look at my hands, they are too small for your huge legs. I was crying. Then, I sat there with the wax on my feet for 45 minutes because she had to go. I was sitting in the room, alone after hours, it’s like they forgot I was there. My friend had been in the car waiting for an hour and we started at the same time.Terrible, terrible place to go, never again.

For services over $40 you are allowed to enter the private room- for what? You aren’t offered anything and they provide poor work. My gel nails only last 3 days. I have gone there on 3 separate occasions and each time the same poor quality of service on my nails!

EXCELLENT place to have a pedicure. I have nerve damage on one leg and have only gotten a pedicure twice because of it. I would go every couple of weeks if I still lived in Fairbanks. Ask for Ahn (I believe that to be the spelling) translated to English his name is Money yes that is true! He is very knowledgeable with pressure points and listens to the customer with ALL concerns.

Waited almost 40 mins for someone to work on my feet but the service was nice once they actually started.

Nice environment, nice massage chairs, and the girls working there are sweet and efficient. Prices reasonable. Would have been 5 stars if not for the men who were obviously in charge lurking around, looking over the shoulders of the women working there. They were creepy!

I loved this place very well staffed, friendly employees. I was given a hand massage and cleaned the lotion with a hot towel. It was great.

First time experience was great. Had to wait a little since I didnt make any appointments, but the wait wasnt bad at all. I was pleased with the way my nails came out and people were friendly. Place also seemed clean. Towards the end they gave me a hand message which was awesome! Definitely sticking to this place. :)

Do not see the owner of this place. He is lazy and will not do what you want he needs to stick to owning the place not doing nails. if you know any of the ladies names see them Ive had great experience with the ladies but the guys in there! you can forget it!

They had bad service, plus they did a bad job. My eyebrows are uneven😒 they did their work too fast.

My experience starred off positive until the older gentleman started doing my pedicure. I got the Aroma pedicure for $40. He I did not get off all of my previous polish, remove all of my dead cuticles, scrubbed the bottom of my foot correctly and that lead to my polish looking sloppy and uncleaned. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone. On the other side of this I think the female technicians would do a better job because I saw them interact with other clients and I wished had them do my nails. I am from Georgia and they do a better job in my opinion!

I took my friend here for a new experience. They were absolutley wonderful. We had basic pedicures and she got shelack on her nails and I just got tips. I would highly recommend Hai! He was hilarious and he does spectacular work. I found my new nail and spa relaxation place! I will add a review once I test the VIP treatment on the first!

So, let me start by saying I called in advance to see if they had any available appointments and set one for 1:30. I show up 20 minutes early for my first ever appointment here and the place is PACKED with no where to sit. I get ushered to pick a nail color. Then the water for my pedicure is COLD and My pedicurist blames it on them being busy and the water running out. A lady with a teapot comes with hot water to pour in the bath. So the guy doing my toes is extremely rough. The exfoliate the guy used plus him being rough made my skin hurt. Then some random worker comes over and asks what type of nail I want. I told 4 different people I wanted SNS nails. He also demanded me tell him a length. I get to the manicure table and things start to get better. But the finished product isn’t great. He had to touch them up with a spray gun which I wasn’t a fan of. I still have lines in the tips After the “touch up”. Overall $95 for SNS and a basic pedicure with super rough and sloppy nails techs is NOT worth it.

*check yelp many many similar situations to mine* beware!!! Allure, is nails or even the place inside Walmart would be better. I have come to happy nails 10+ years as my back up shop and had issues here and there but yesterday sealed the deal for never going back 2/13/19!I will never again go to happy nails. I usually go to allure but they are closed a few times a year for extended periods, and Tuesdays. I went in to get a my nails done for Valentine’s Day and after 4+ hours, asking them to stop several times, asking for a refund and asking for them to take off what they had done I left. Initially I was told to come back they would fix everything and give a refund but when I returned I was told “the lady who told you that doesn’t want to talk to you again” the whole experience was insane. Three of my nails were filed half way down into the nail bed 😭 my thumb was bleeding. I asked for gel round nails, she did acrylic square - very bad sharp uneven jagged square too. Again asked for them to just be taken off and was told to come back after 6. When I came back the lady said “no you left happy” 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I said no that isn’t true I was told you were busy and to come back after 6 is when she replied with “ the lady who told you that doesn’t want to talk to you anymore” at this point the lady I think Lilly or Lillyann reappeared and said she wouldn’t refund the service but would take the nails off and give a gift certificate and offered a new full set- which wasn’t possible because I had a new set two weeks prior and I wouldn’t have enough natural nail to do that! I was shocked and said ok but I will never be coming here again. I was told several times the owners were on vacation. Anyhow a guy finally took the terrible nails off and says “oh wow she hurt your nail” and “ your nails are damaged wait a week before any more services” 🤦🏻‍♀️ I asked for the gift certificate and every single person in the salon ignored me very very weird experience after standing in the shop and asking three times I just walked out. I have been coming to happy nails for 10+ years as a back up shop when my other salon is closed. Never again.

All my nails fell off within 4 days! And when he was doing them i told him they were crooked and he said they were fine, because they were gonna be short and it wasnt noticeable!! Never going back there again

Shape and quality is great, however customer service is lacking TERRIBLY. The lady that did my nails forgot to buff half my hand and when I told her she didnt want to hear it. Luckily it didnt change things much but will not be going back. I will stick with US Nails....

Had a 7:00 appt, but sat for 30 minutes waiting. Soon as i stood up and grabbed my purse, they said they were ready for me. Ya, no. Im sticking with Top nails. Thats how you lose $$$$$$.
