I love going there to cash my check. Never have a problem the lady’s are always nice there especially Jackie she amazing. Always make you feel welcomed call you by your name I love the customer service!

Sonja is the best needed to cash my check towards my rent and literally got there 1 minute before closing and she let me in.She was so nice and then a women in a wheel chair got there and Sonja took her in and the women was so happy.You can’t get any better then Sonja, great customer service.

Ive had several positive experiences here with money orders and transfers. They are less expensive in money orders than anyone else. I find the staff helpful.

I wish I knew the ladys name that helped me out here today, but she went way out of her way when she didnt have to in order to verify a check for me so I could get it cashed today in order to pay my rent. She was so nice and so helpful and so sweet. I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone here. Thank you again miss. If you are reading this you are awesome!!!!!

The hours on the website are wrong. They close at 9 not 10. Upon arriving this week to cash my payroll check (I have cashed my checks here every week for 3mo) there was screaming and lots of chaos between the employees and the customers whom were being turned away when trying to cash their checks. I approached the teller and signed two paychecks. The teller then told me that I had already signed them before I got there when I had signed them directly in front of her. She sent me over to the manager and told her this. I requested for them to check the cameras and they told me that the cameras were not on today. I made a call to the corporate office where I was put on hold for a general manager. I was then told at 3:10 p.m. that it was too late for the general manager and that she would take my number and call me back. When I had asked the First Teller for her name, after walking away and ignoring me, she wrote down the name Rosa on a paper. I had to argue with her to get her to write down her last name and ask her if she was refusing to give it to me. They landed up cashing my check I believe because they were scared. The two trips to the check cashing place because the hours were wrong cost me $45 in Uber and I wasted an hour of time there.

Dont believe the hours they tell you that theyre open. Its always different every day. No one there speaks any English at all. There could be a line of 5 people with 1 employee working while 3 others just sit around and look at you. They are not helpful at all, they add stress to this whole experience. All in all the worst check cashed place around. EDIT: changed from 1 star to 2 stars because an employee there took their time helping to explain the process, services provided, and different forms of checks they accept.

This has to be the worst business in Massachusetts. Nothing but a bunch of incompetent and lazy employees with bad attitudes. Non existent customer service and no official hours of operation. These people come in when they feel like it and leave when they please to. Im reporting them.

The manager there is a thief He goes online too dating apps with his girlfriend and steals from people! Be aware. Stats about him : 510,black,beard and mustache,piercing both sides of ear,and wears glasses .

Went with my friend this evening to cash a payroll check here. She gave her license and the check ..15 minutes later the girl comes and asks for her pay stub that was attached to the check, she gives it to her .. 10 mins later comes out and asked if she had a work ID. In that time, we watched 20 other people who weren’t white. Come in and not have to show any type of ID. Totally hating the white community here, it’s sickening.

Rude rude rude especially one employee, She grabs the check from you under that little slot and throws the change at you. Doesnt say thank you shes JYST a horrible people person.

Opens at 6:00 am but it is 6:56am and I am waiting in my car just to pay a bill. The door is locked and the employees are not answering the phone. Why advertise an open time of 6 of your employees arent competent enough to unlock the door on time?

I would give less 20 stars the place is a garbage bad attention they had an hour to then tell me they could not change a check I do not recommend it at all
