Currently cheaper than Chevron accross the street. Convenient location with good, working pumps and receipt paper loaded. Has Jacksons convenience food mart and car wash.

Cashier (middle aged male) was rude, disrespectful and extremely unpleasant.I normally wouldn’t be bothered by a bad experience enough to actually waste my personal time writing a review but this transaction was more terrible than my words can express.

They dont seem to take a pandemic seriously. Ran by idiots

The manager at this location is unbelievably and unnecessarily rude. He was actually raising his voice yelling at me I am not rude *repeatedly* when I said, theres no reason to be so rude LOL. Most Jackson Shell locations are awesome and I was excited to find this one super convenient on my new commute. So disappointing. I will look for the next most convenient one and check back here to see if Jacksons posts about new management soon.Edit: I thought maybe it was just cultural rudeness to me as a woman, but I see from other reviews its a pattern here towards men too. The good reviews are old, current management is not customer service oriented. I will be looking up Jacksons main office to contact them, as most of their stores are reliably great.

If I could do less then 1 star & write a review, I would!? Ive never had a experience like this, from a.employee @ a gas station in my life! He initially got mad cause he grabbed the wrong smokes & I didnt notice before he rang it up. Its the Shell @ 201 128th St SW, Everett, WA 98204. Dude had a messy bun in his hair w/ a dangling earring of some sort.

The only good benefit is the new car wash however it seems the owners of this location need to adjust or change the car wash as there have been multiple times where theres still significant amount of soap left on my car or if did not rent properly along with the timer that shows how much is left for drying your car every single time it cuts that time short and the owners here dont seem to do anything or care much about it also there are a lot of individuals who loiter and would not recommend going at night has there ever been a case since when vagrants are screaming and no one at the store like they used to would ask those who arent customers to leave since the remodel there seems to be a loss of control of this location and its unfortunate also going half a mile down the road the Shell station is significantly cheaper this one is always the most expensive

Bought a car wash at 12:33 didnt get to the car wash til 1:10, wasnt over til 1:25. If I had to waste an hour to get a car wash I wouldve done it myself 🤷🏽‍♂️ Cashier also left the register with three customers to stop a car that left three minutes prior just to pay 10 cents for a plastic cup 🤦🏽‍♂️

DON’T USE THIS CAR WASH! Car wash takes 10 minutes per car at least.... writing this is a sit here 50 minutes after buying car wash and still waiting for 3 more cars in front of me to finish. Painful
